IMPORTANT BOOKING POLICES
Punctuality is mandatory. Late arrivals do not extend the charter time. Any time lost due to tardiness is forfeited.
Jet Skis are reserved in advance. If guests arrive late and there is not enough time to use the Jet Skis, no refund will be issued. The Jet Ski cost is lost, as they are pre-booked exclusively for your charter.
Fuel and crew fees must be paid in full, even if the full charter time is not used due to late arrival. These costs are fixed and incurred regardless of usage.
No-shows are non-refundable. If guests fail to arrive or do not show up for their booking, no refunds will be issued, as the funds are used to cover operational expenses, crew, marina, and reserved services.
All guests must follow captain and crew safety instructions at all times.
Boat rules apply strictly (maximum capacity, prohibited items, and onboard conduct).
By booking, guests acknowledge and agree to these policies.

It was the best decision. From the first contact, the team was super attentive and resolved all my doubts. The yacht was impeccable: clean, modern, comfortable, and with details that make a difference. The captain and the crew were 10/10: professional, friendly, and attentive to everything without being intrusive. Sailing with them felt safe and exclusive. We had a great time! I want to do it again! If you divide the cost among a group of friends, it is incredibly affordable for the level of luxury and fun you receive.
