Unfortunately, my experience at this property was disappointing. The few positives were the location and the availability of parking. The apartment was functional enough for an extended stay and had the basic amenities needed. However, there were several issues that significantly affected our stay. Cleanliness was well below expectations, especially considering that a cleaning fee was charged. We found dust buildup, dirty ventilation areas, cobwebs, and signs that the apartment had not been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. The apartment was also extremely noisy. Sound insulation appears to be very poor, and we could clearly hear conversations, footsteps, furniture movement, doors, and daily activities from neighboring units, both next door and above us. Privacy was limited, and it was often difficult to relax or get uninterrupted rest. The access system was also problematic, and the most concerning issue was a security incident in which another guest was reportedly provided with the same apartment information and attempted to access our unit. This created an uncomfortable and avoidable situation and raised serious concerns about guest security and management procedures. While the property has potential due to its location, management needs to significantly improve cleanliness standards, noise control, quality assurance, and guest security procedures. Based on my experience, I would not choose to stay here again and would not recommend it to travelers looking for a quiet, clean, and professionally managed accommodation.
