I can not say enough GREAT things about this company and its staff. I apparently left my house key which was in my pocket) in their van. The next thing I knew I had a message from the hotel’s front desk saying they dropped it off for me 2 days later. How they knew it was mine, I will never know. I am truly grateful. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
Terrible, terrible communication on pickup times and on getting to the venue. Our pickup time was supposed to be 5pm, guide said to be there 15 min early. We were. Driver was not there to pick us up until 5:30. No communication day of from your company, no answers to our texts with questions on where the driver was. Drivers information had pickup at 5:30, arrival was right at doors close. Will NOT be touring with this company again.
Good instructions for the pickup (by Whatsapp); she met us right in front with a (small) sign. Flight was late by 45 mins but she waited for us; led us to the 7-person van; the driver was extremely friendly; both spoke English. Excellent experience. Make sure to have Whatsapp on your phone as that's how they (and basically all tour operators in Latam) will reach out to you in case of issues.

Our driver was waiting right outside security with my name easy to read. He had a close parking spot and safely delivered us to our hotel. He kindly waited for the hotel to greet us since it was late at night. Would recommend.
Did not find anyone waiting for us after our plane landed. Could not contact them to confirm as we did not have phone coverage. cou
We were promptly met at the airport and transferred to our van. There were two other people in the van who were taken to their hotel first. As we drove, the van was sputtering and stopping but easily restarted. On the way to our hotel, the van broke down in the middle of probably the busiest street in Mexico City! We had to get out and walk the rest of the way to our hotel. We did arrive just fine and of course, felt badly for the driver. But we had a great time in Mexico City !

do not use this Service!!!!!😡😡😡 bad logistics and punctual, at the time of return to the airport we had to take an uber because the driver arrived very late telling us that first I had to dwjar other people, it was scheduled at 2:45 and arrived at 3:15 telling us that first I should leave other passengers they don’t answer me, there’s no good care, it was a Service we paid for and no one gives us refund or response 👎👎👎👎 If it was up to me I would put 0 stars, we almost missed the flight and we had to spend on another transport 😡😡😡😡😡😡
