Our group had a great time on the tour! We were picked up from our hotel and the driver was very friendly and helpful. The tour was led by Ivan, who was very informational and had great energy. We then had a few tastings which we also enjoyed.

I cannot even give this tour a one. The tour guide never showed up. I tried contacting the tour guide, but he never answered. I also tried calling the number on our voucher. No one ever answered. I finally contacted the company and they could not reach the tour guide either. They also called the number I did, and no one answered. I am now in the process of waiting for a refund. We are extremely disappointed with this company and will probably never use again.

"Teotihuacan Tailored to you, Private Tour" canceled our trip three days before scheduled. No reason given. We had to scramble to find another tour operator, and were fortunate to find "Teotihuacan Pyramids, intimate Small Group from Mexico City." They did an excellent job.

My (large) friend group had a wonderful experience on this tour with our guide Fermin! He and the driver were very punctual picking us up from our Airbnb. Fermin was very knowledgable about the history and archeology of Teotihuacan, and his explanations were very clear yet academic. He emphasized that what we "know" about the ancient city and the people who lived there are all theories and that no one *really* knows much about the original civilization because no written records have survived from that time period, which I found very honest and refreshing. In addition to the main archeological site, Fermin took us to a nearby restaurant for lunch (tasty but maybe a little overpriced) and a artisan market, where there were some demonstrations about avage and obsidian, as well as a pulque tasting (all free). We also stopped briefly at the Tlatelolco archeological site close to downtown on our way to Teotihuacan, as well as at the Basilica de Guadalupe on our way back. We appreciated that Fermin and the driver were willing to take us to all of these optional stops. I definitely recommend this tour group!

I and my wife were helped by Ivan our private tour lead in the best possible ways. First, he was very punctual in meeting us at our meeting point 10 minutes in advance. The transportation service provided by the company was amazingly smooth, comfy and with no interruptions. Throughout the trip to the pyramids and in the site Ivan and our driver. who also happened to be a very knowledgeable guide. gave us many tips of historical significance, about all the region. Ivan was kind enough to give us multiple mini crash course episodes about the history of teotheuhacan . This helped us imagine and visualize the monuments closer to their majestic high and low points of their historical evolution. Ivan's love for the history and his beyond-expected devotion to explain things fully made our day . We had an awesome experience with our tour through his dedication and assistance with the stories behind all the wonderful artifacts in the sites. He went on and beyond in spending 2 hours more in explaining some of the other sites that were not even in the original plan of our tour just to answer some of our questions. He was very flexible in tailoring the tour to our taste and satisfaction. We truly enjoyed our time and I would definitely recommend Ivan to all my friends with a passion for the history of this region. We are very happy to have Ivan as a friend and wise tour guide to come back to whenever we will return for a visit.

We had an excellent experience visiting Teotihuacán. We were picked up at our doorstep by Arturo who let us know he was there. He drove us out of the city to the pyramids. He was friendly and knowledgeable of interesting facts about Mexico City. We were met at the gate for Teotihuacan by Ivan. He spoke perfect English and again was friendly and knowledgeable. We learned a lot about the history of the complex and what might have occurred there. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with both Arturo and Ivan. They were full of tips for places to eat and things to see for the rest of our stay in CDMX. We will recommend to friends who will be visiting.

Well organised, friendly and informative. Didn't feel rushed, had some free time to explore and even get a refreshing fruit ice at the exit...it's hard to escape the heat! Minibus rather cramped for taller folk, and at times the guide might have waited to regroup before continuing. Overall enjoyable and worthwhile.

From start to finish this tour was excellent. Arturo picked us up with his clean and well maintained vehicle. He was punctual, very friendly and was so informative about Mexico City and the ruins. We met Ivan on site he was fun and explained everything, gave us demonstrations and really brought the site to life! I was with my elderly father and they were so respectful and accommodating. Was so nice just being the two of us with the guys. Cannot recommend this enough. Would absolutely recommend 12/10 and would book with either if these guys again in a heartbeat. English was very good, driving was safe, we felt very cared for.

This tour was a great experience! Ivan was our guide and made the entire experience entertaining and educational. We felt the pace of the tour was appropriate and gave us enough time to explore, ask questions, and we never felt rushed. Logistically, the event was well planned; we were picked up from our apartment and dropped off wherever we requested. 10/10 Highly recommend!

Ivan was an excellent guide with great English, clearly has done a lot of research and answered all our questions with interesting info. Pick-up and drop-off from our apartment was very easy and Arturo the driver also had quite good English and kept us well informed. Would recommend!

This was a terrific tour. I highly recommend the driver Arturo and the guide Ivan. They are a great team. We felt cared for the whole time we were with them. We needed an English speaking guide and Ivan was fluent in English and was very knowledgeable about Teotihuacán. He took us all around and made the whole experience, totally memorable. Ivan was also very kind and helped me up and down the many stairs to climb to the top of the ruins. It was one of the highlights of our trip.

Really great experience with Ricardo the driver! Very helpful, gave us a lot of tips about local food and places to see, and dropped us off at a local market we wanted to visit. Ivan the guide was just amazing. Very knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the pyramids (I meant temples). Did spend more time than planned and brought us to a local Pulque (local drink you have to try) and chocolate place after the tour for an additional unique experience.

We went as a family of six and the tour was fantastic. The pickup was prompt, the driving was excellent and Fermin the tour guide was outstanding - extremely knowledgeable, very articulate in English, and he also paced and adapted the tour perfectly given that we had two kids with us who periodically got restless or bored. It makes a big difference having a real archaeologist lead the tour. I highly recommend this tour.

Great tour experience! Fermin was one of the best guides I’ve ever had. He had such a deep wealth of knowledge and answered every question our group had.

They never showed up. Don’t waste your time booking here. It’s a scam. I called Trip Advisor afterwards and they weren’t helpful at all. Just told me that they were probably picking up other guests but that didn’t make any sense because I booked a private tour just for my family. The tour guide never showed and even trip advisor could not reach them. I asked for a refund after the no show but Trip Advisor just hung up. I had to call my credit card to report the fraudulent transaction and it is still being resolved. Do not book from here.

Great tour of the pyramids with Fermin. He is extremely knowledgeable on the history and did it at a good pace. It was an early morning but totally worth it to see the site without a huge crowd. He also took us to a great restaurant for lunch and then some shopping with tequila tasting. Well worth the $60 price.

This tour was excellent! Ivan was our tour guide, and he provided great historical information on Teotihuacán. He not only walked around the sites, but he also brought pictures and drawings to help explain things. His English was phenomenal as he grew up in Los Angeles, California. Arturo was the driver, and the car was comfortable, clean, and modern! A/c worked great, and we felt very safe riding with him. They even picked us up from our hotel and dropped us off at our hotel. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone wanting to visit Teotihuacán!

Our half-day trip to the Teotihuacan pyramids with Monse was amazing. She is such a wonderful tour guide with an abundant knowledge of Mexico's culture and history. We learned so much today! Monse is very personable, pleasant, and funny. We loved how she used various types of media to explain things, which allowed us to understand the material much easier. The driver, Luis, was also very kind and an extremely good driver under very stressful traffic conditions. Thanks for a great trip!

We all really enjoyed our trip. Our guide was Paulina and she was wonderful. Her English is excellent and she is very knowledgeable. The van and driver were also excellent. Having the private tour was really nice for not all that much more than the regular tour. The pyramids and surrounding area are very cool. All around a great experience.

Arturo was absolutely AMAZING!!! We embarked on two separate tours with him over two days. On the first day, we explored el Castillo de Chapultepec, and on the second day, we ventured to Teotihuacan. This marked my first-ever trip with a private tour guide, and let me tell you, it's changed the way I travel forever. One of my dreams was to visit Mexico, know the pyramids and uffffff ballooning, it is too beautiful, I could not visit this place and miss the possibility of living this great experience, this tour I could do everything in the same day. I had the opportunity to live one of the most amazing experiences of my life: a tour to Teotihuacan with hot air balloon ride, it was really amazing, everything was super well organized, from transportation, staff in the flight area, breakfast and guided tour of the archaeological zone. Ballooning over the pyramids was just magical, the view is breathtaking, my fiancé very much enjoyed that birthday present I recommend this tour 100%, it is an experience that everyone should live at least once in their life, it is totally worth it! The Excellent Experience: This is the first time I have taken a guided tour, the advantage of having Arturo as a guide was like going back in time when the Aztecs lived in those territories, or when colonization and the Mexican revolution began. Each mural, statue, or archaeological piece was accompanied by the story of our guide Arturo, which allowed us to transport ourselves to the time in which the events occurred. It was an excellent experience. If you visit Mexico, do not settle for just visiting on your own, seek the help of a guide like Arturo, it will allow you to increase your experience.

Arturo is a very professional guide who integrates history, local legends, and teaches the best in each excursion to every corner of Mexico. It has a great selection of excursions of which we decided to go to the town of Taxco. Arturo tries to please everyone and takes into consideration the necessary time, space and is very flexible with all the members of the group. On our trip to Taxco he showed an incredible side of this magical town that surprised us with its culture and colors. I highly recommend it for your future excursions.

The whole experience was excellent, it was my dad, my mom and younger brother. Arturo was super attentive in giving us all the anthropological information about Teotihuacán and the chapel of the Virgen del Carmen, he was super punctual in picking us up and returning us to the hotel, his car was clean and had bottles of water and a first aid kit. We finished the tour eating in a spectacular place near the pyramids. I would definitely book a tour with Arturo again!

It is the third time I have taken a tour with Arturo in Mexico City. The first time was in 2022 and in 2023 we contacted him again. I totally recommend it, it takes you through the history of Mexico with ease and makes the places you visit become great experiences.

Arturo was our guide on the tour in the historic center and then we contacted him to go to Teotihuacan. He is very polite and has a lot of information. The tours are very interesting. I traveled from Finland to Mexico last September. The tourist visit to Teotihuacán was impressive. The excursion was really gratifying, because in addition to what I saw, I always heard a story full of information about what I saw. The history of Teotihuacan is full of amazing things that are still being worked out. Arturo, the tour guide, managed to give his listeners a very good overview of the history of Teotihuacan. It was easy to have an open conversation with him and ask him questions. He was very precise in his answers. The atmosphere during the visit was relaxed and there was no sense of urgency. Teotihuacan is a magical place that makes you think about the history of the world and our predecessors. I couldn't imagine a better tour. I highly recommend it.
