Such an amazing experience! I was picked up from my Airbnb by Jesus, the chauffeur, and we went on the hot air balloon ride, visited the pyramids, and had lunch at La Gruta. I had a dish recommended by Jesus, and it was so great and beautiful; everything was well organized. A special thank you to Jesus, our driver, who was incredibly kind, helpful, patient, and professional throughout the trip. He made the experience even better and helped us take really nice pictures, too. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mexico. Definitely one of the highlights of my trip!

This was truly the most magical experience and we had the absolute best guide and host in Fabian. He was so professional, kind, and accommodating to us. What could have felt so cookie cutter day was actually made to feel like an incredibly personalized experience. From the pick up, to the drive there, to the actual flight, and even the lunch, he went completely out of his way. He took personal photos for us - some of our favorites - and even brought a celebration birthday cake for our special occasion. I can’t say enough nice things about this Fabian, this team, and this excursion.

Hospitality was the best. Our tour guide Gregorio made the trip even better. He was very accommodating and caring during our experience. Would highlight this tour of you are ever in Mexico city.

Loved our trip! Everything was very well organized and went off without a hitch. Jorge picked us up from our hotel and was a wonderful host as well as a very safe driver. (Our taxi driver from the airport was an adventure of its own). He was gracious, warm and professional. He also sent us hilarious pictures that he took along with the drone video that was included in the package. Loved, loved our experience!

This experience was absolutely phenomenal! Memories I will take with me forever. Everything was smooth a well organized. The icing on the cake was my tour guide Gregorio! If I could give him 10 stars instead of 5 I would! He was so professional, kind and accommodating. With every question/ request I had he never made me feel like an inconvenience. You can tell take mentally loves what he does.

I was picked up on time by my driver who drove us to the hot air balloon site - I was given advanced confirmation over text of the pick up time and what car was coming to collect me - I had a wonderful once in a life time experience as the balloon took off and saw a perfect sunrise. Our pilot made us feel very safe and comfortable in how the balloon would take off and land and what we would see. It was a very well organised day - as we landed we were immediately met with a van to take us back to the take off site for a drink/certificate then to breakfast (buffet: addition cost 220 Passos) then to see the pyramids on foot. I had a wonderful driver and photographer Richie who was on time, took some amazing photos and videos and looked out for us the entire day. Thank you Richie!

This company has it together. Everything was well planned and executed. Everyone working together. It was an experience of a life time. I will remember this day for many years to come. Flying over the pyramids was a wow moment.

Great experience, excellent service. We were picked up at our Airbnb on time with a wonderful chofer Gregorio. Very professional, they ensure your safety during the hot air balloon flight and you are able to choose your activity after the hot air balloon experience. They even had a cake for my husband’s birthday. Highly recommend.

I give this experience 5. Despite the weather condition and not being able to see the sunrise it was a spectacular experience. La Cometas captain and his crew kept us safe and were very professional.

This was a magnificent experience .... Our guide, Angel , was amazing ... He is funny and kind and generous ! He went above and beyond to help us find my daughter's cell phone which she dropped when we exited the balloon . We are so grateful !! Thank you !!

I had a solo experience and Cesar made it so comfortable. He introduced us all to each other, she reminded ours names, and he was excited to take us pictures everywhere. I would recommend this trip 100%. Cesar was very attentive, respectful, and supper helpful/nice!

We had a great experience. Our driver/guide Ivan was very friendly, professional and a big help. The hot air balloon flight itself was great, good view, etc and felt very safe. The drone taking videos was a little annoying but was only there briefly. If you haven't been in a hot air balloon before, it is truly a wonderful experience. I'd say the only part I'd hope to improve is the "coffee break" - they gave us very small packaged treats. You can buy other food/coffee there, but given the time of day/etc I would have hoped for a slightly more substantial snack provided. Some bolilos with jam would have been 10x better. Bring your own snack! One person in our group took a flight with NGO previously and said both times were good experiences. I'd go with NGO again. About the options: We went to a buffet restaurant (El jaguar), which was clean and had good food for a "your guide is taking you somewhere" place. I would recommend paying for the guided tour of the Teotihuacan pyramids - there is no signage in English (very little in Spanish) and you'll learn a lot more. it was $25 (not the $20 I saw listed).

I cannot recommend this tour enough! The views from the hot air balloon are insanely beautiful. This tour includes a complimentary video of the hot air balloon ride (shot by a drone) as well as sparkling wine/sparkling apple cider. After the hot air balloon, we were taken to a restaurant for a Mexican-style buffet breakfast before heading to Teoticahuan. Everyone is amazingly friendly and helpful — accurate pick-up times and they were super understanding when I got in the wrong car (and came back to pick me up).

I did a lot of amazing things in Mexico City, but this was definitely the best! There are no words for how fantastic this entire excursion was! My driver was Jesus and he was so helpful and attentive and made sure everybody had an incredible time! Not to mention he has great taste in music 🤘I also did the tour of the Pyramids instead of the breakfast and my tour guide (Susana) was brilliant; I really enjoyed hearing everything about the Pyramids- SO interesting! I would happily book this tour again anytime with NGO! Thank y'all all so much for an unbelievable experience!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This experience was amazing! The team was so friendly, on time, and well organized. I celebrated my birthday and this was the perfect and most memorable birthday activity. I opted for transportation and Fabian was so kind, on time, and knowledgeable of the area.

This experience was absolutely!!! The views are breath taking and the entire crew of people that you spend the time with are the best!! Our guide Angel was the best guide we have ever had! So friendly, sharing so much beautiful knowledge about the pyramids, making sure to take the time to explain everything and making us feel right at home! He took us for food after the air balloons and was right on time picking us up in the morning! I would 100% recommend this for anyone and make sure you ask for Angel!!!

Words cannot describe how amazing this experience was. From the beginning of the tour to the end everything was fantastic. We did the hot air balloon ride. At booking they were very clear about what the tour and its expectations. They picked us up from our Airbnb and took us to the destination. Our guide, Cesar, wants great. He was very helpful and accommodating. He insured that we always had everything we needed or our questions answered. I would definitely recommend this activity with this company. We had a blast and they documented everything with an incredible video.

The whole experience was marvelous and very well organized. Gregorio took excellent care of us and made the trip unforgettable. He was on time picking us up at the hotel, drove us safely back and forth, made sure we were warm, and took fantastic photos that he sent immediately. The ballon flight itself was amazing and we were very glad we had this experience.

Everything was perfect; they didn't pick us up on time, and then you arrive, and they give you your coffee, or our host Sergio was great, taking photos of us to later send you a really cool video. Our pilot, Ricardo Huerta, was also incredible; he brought us as close as possible to the two pyramids. From there, we decided to have them take us home since we didn't want to have breakfast in the cave and see the pyramids, and they arranged a return trip home, 10/10.
