It was my understanding that we would be in a smaller group sprinter van not a 45 passenger bus. The information shared about the archeological site was a bit irrelevant. Restaurant for lunch was disappointing

Amado was very informative and helpful through the tour. Definitely gained a lot of value from this tour and would recommend again.
The tour was amazing and very beautiful, the tour guide was very knowledgeable and personable. He did his best with the language barrier but I didn’t stop him from giving an amazing experience.
Our guide Edgar was amazing, very helpful and kind, and tried to make sure everyone was accounted for and safe even though it was a very large tour. It did run a bit late but that was because of other tourists not meeting up on time and we had to wait. The stop at tlateleco was quite brief and we only looked at it from the street but our tour guide Lucy at Teotihuacan was incredible and very knowledgeable. We also stopped at an artisinal market where Ruby showed us so many cool stones and a huge Agave plant. The tour was 44 people and I think it would have gone smoother if it was maybe half the size.
I am very disappointed because we were picked up an hour late from Fiesta American Hotel. In the information that was send it said we were going to be picked up by a Mercedes Benz van and we were picked up by a bus. Since they were late we were rushed through out the tour. Tres culturas was rushed and Teotihuacan supposed have being 2:30 hours and we were there for 1:45 minutes. The most important part the Guadalupe Shrine we should have been there 1:30 hours and we were rushed and there for less than 45 minutes. With only 5 minutes to spare Basilica to pray. This tour was very disorganized.
Very fun trip. The guide was wonderful and informative. The driver and additional guides were just as amazing! Good company, good food, salut!
Amado was an excellent guide. He was super knowledgeable, patient and funny. We had great memories and would highly recommend him.
Had a great tour guide and was very knowledgeable. Van was full but had enough room for everyone. Met some great people along the way was a bonus.
Amado ha sido el mejor guía que hemos tenido. Es muy conocedor y su sentido del humor hizo que el viaje fuera aún más memorable. Amado has been the best guide we’ve ever had! He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely passionate about sharing his knowledge. His wonderful sense of humor made us laugh throughout the trip and made the experience even more special. We truly enjoyed our time with him and will always remember this wonderful experience
Amado was very knowledgeable and patient with everyone.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience and I am grateful to Javier and his team. I enjoyed our time at Teotihuacan immensely, but I do think that the stop at the obsidian store and tasting was perhaps too long. I was not a fan of the restaurant for lunch; the staff was very nice, but the food was cold. The Basilica was wonderful and I appreciated the tour.
Edgar is a great tour guide, knowledgeable about the culture, always makes sure everyone is doing good, funny guy.
Very fun experience! Our guide Edgar was amazing. He took really good care of the group. He was funny and very knowledgeable of the tour. It was a nice day trip that included many additional attractions.
Overall good experience, Amado Buendía was a very knowledgeable guide who brought visuals to guide us regarding the historical eras. Time management could have been improved. Warning of the pricing at the tourist traps vs pyramids would have been appreciated.
Edgar was an awesome guide! The tour was interesting and had enough free time to explore the different areas.
Our guide, Edgar, picked us up promptly and went above and beyond to provide a humorous, informative day with some world class views and a lot of fun memories. My only gripe all day was that lunch was at a tourist trap restaurant which cost us double what we had been paying in the city centre for less food with less flavour.
Edgar was an amazing guide and made sure that we had everything we needed for the tour. The entire experience was excellent!
Edgar did an awesome job of explaining and guiding throughout the tour
Edgar was great with the group and established great rapport. With rain in the afternoon, he even changed the drop off points for us. Personally I would have wanted to spend less time at the tourist shops but overall had a good day.
We had a great time, our tour guide Edgar really elevated the experience, very funny, knowledgeable, and personable. The pyramids were the best part!
Edgar you are simply the best - really enjoyed your tour. You were excellent- humorous, knowledgeable, personable, and really attentive towards everyone's needs. I would highly recommend you. 5 stars all round for Edgar.
Marco and Caballero were amazing. We explored everywhere and it helped because Marco knew the information about everything historically. He answered many questions and used his body language to explain the beginning of the Aztecs Mythology. I will definitely recommend this guys to everyone who wants to visit Mexico. Thank you.
This was an amazing experience. Edgar was very a knowledgeable and engaging guide. We got to spend the perfect amount of time at each place, and the experiences were very informative. Thank you!
Great tune overall. Our guide Edgar was knowledgeable about the sites and entertaining with his jokes. He established a good rapport with his guest and everyone had a good time. Only negative are the pickup areas. There were none where we were staying in Polanco. All nearest were in La Raforma. We had to Uber round trip to pick up and Polanco. I recommend that your company establish at least 1 spot in Polanco because there are lots of hotels there too
Marco was a fantastic guide. I was surprised that he was able to deliver the tour in both English and Spanish so well.
Marco was awesome! Very knowledgeable and patient when explaining everything. English, Spanish and Portuguese! 100% recommend it! Amazing experience
We had a fantastic time! Edgar was a great guide, very knowledgeable and funny. 10/10 recommend!
This was a really great way to see different parts of Mexico City! I would recommend this tour to anyone visiting the area! 5 stars!
We loved our tour guide & our driver (Marco & Juan Carlos Caballero)! We had great conversations with them & they answered all of our questions during the tour. There were bathrooms at every stop & they took us to gift shops & kept us all together. I highly recommend this tour. Ask them about other tours we will definitely take the other tours they recommended.
Had a great time! Our tour guide, Marco was amazing and knowledgeable. He kept the whole tour engaging and fun. Would definitely recommend
This tour was wonderful! Our guide was knowledgeable and accommodating every step of the way. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore Mexico City.
First off id like to thank Marco for such an amazing experience and tour, along with our driver Juan carlos Caballero. I 100% recommend this experience as a first timer and I will most definitely be back. They both felt like family. Thank youu!
Marco and Caballero were awesome. Very informative. What an amazing tour
Edgar was a great tour guide, I can’t recommend him enough. Kept up occupied, entertained, and informed about the stops. Never felt rushed or lost. Great experience with this tour
It was a great and educational experience. Marco, our guide was extremely knowledgeable! Definitely worth your time and money!
Edgar was amazing! We had lots of fun on the bus ride to the sites and he was talking to us about history the whole 45 minute ride to the pyramids. 10/10 would recommend! The pyramids were cool and we got to climb to the half top on the moon but the sun was closed.
Our tour guide Edgar was great!
Marcos was excellent. Patient, diligent, articulate with the perfect attitude as a guide. He seems genuinely passionate about his job and I enjoyed his helpful information.
Amado was an excellent guide! He explained many historical facts about Teotihuacán with a good attitude and humor. Highly recommend!
The tour was amazing it was very organized and on time. Our tour guide Marco is very knowledgeable and helpful with tidbits and helping take photos especially as I am a solo traveler. I would recommend my family and friends to take the same tour when they visit Mexico.
This group tour was amazing. Edgar the tour guide was friendly knowledgeable and amazing.
Amado was a great tour guide and gave interesting information on all the sights.
We really liked the tour and the credit goes to Edgar. He was super helpful and loved his cooperation and conversations.
Amado is very knowledgeable about the places we visited and very entertaining. I would definitely book this tour again
Marco was an excellent tour guide. He explained the history and background clearly, and we really enjoyed it. As for the tour itself, it’s understandable that the tour includes a shopping stop, but it would have been better if this had been disclosed in advance.
Such a wonderful experience! Pick-up was easy and the tour was a lot of fun. Our tour guide Amado, was extremely knowledgeable and loved that he knew and shared the history. The workshop was a blast too and I loved learning about how it was all connected!
Very well recommended, family friendly, at your own pace and a lot of knowledge and history about places!
So much fun. 10/10. Would recommend to everybody
Had an amazing tour with Edgar! He was very helpful, informative, kind, and very outgoing. Would highly recommend it to others!
