Teotihuacan Pyramids Without Stops (No Shops, No Restaurants)

Very practical and straight to the point. The only thing that would be nice to add is a confirmation via whatsapp.

This is a must for visitors to CDMX. This tour made it very easy, and it spared us the tourist stops that we didn’t want. Julius Caesar (his real name) was a knowledgeable and fun guide.

Enrique was a GREAT tour guide, armed with multimedia tools ! Great explanations about the entire site and made it a fun outing while still keeping on track time-wise. We loved that there was no shopping time - there were plenty of vendors throughout the site with several moments of free time. The only downside regarding pickups - people know what time they are supposed to be present, but they still insist on wandering off to get coffee before boarding the bus. Not sure how to fix that other than leaving without them !!!

The trip was definitely worthit. Julio Cecar was a very good guide and explainde the grounds with a deep knoledge of history and the place itself. It was authentic and a nice trip.

I had a great time and it was the right amount of time to explore the temples/pyramids. Julio Cesar was very knowledgeable and funny. The tour was early but the crowd at the archeological site was huge. For the price I paid it was worth it and just not Julio was right…. NO SHADE. So bring hats, sunglasses and sunblock during the sunny season.

Honestly an amazing experience. We had Yair as a guide and he was FULL of knowledge. You can tell he is passionate about the history and he answered all our questions. I would request him if you can. Our driver was Regina and she was very nice was a smooth ride there and back. We were picked up by Yair and Regina right on time. Whole experience was great and I would highly recommend!!

The tour was very informative and we had a great time! We went during a very busy weekend and things took longer with the dia de los muertos parade going on, so just make sure to plan for time accordingly.

Absolute pleasure to have toured this site with our guide Rodolfo, an archeologist with fantastic depth of knowledge. He explained the history with an impressive consciousness of ongoing discovery and conflicting historical lenses, and how those influence different interpretations of Teotihuacan in its entirety. He was passionate about the work of excavation and preservation, and truly managed to convey a sense of wonder. Our drive there and back was extremely comfortable thanks to Alejandro and reclining seats. Highly recommend.

Super nice guided tour to Teotihuatlan! We were thinking about going there on our own but we would not at all have had all the information and the experience, that our guide gave us! Even on the bus trip, he told a lot of interesting information. Would definitely recommend! Only thing was a bit uncertainty and waiting for the bus in the morning, but it was quickly sorted out!

Yair gave our group of 9 an amazing tour. I learned so much as we walked through the temples! Pick up and drop off were easy as they offer a handful of pick up spots throughout the city. I will book with them again next time I visit!

Really great experience walking all throughout Teotihuacan with our guide Yair and our driver Hector. We got to see everything and the timing was just right at 3 hours on site. The trip there and back can be very long and is entirely dependent on traffic, but be prepared to spend 3-4 hours on the bus. The bus is comfortable. Pick up was easy and timely, but did not know until the night before when exactly that would be. Rest assured instructions will be sent to you before pickup.

Bus pick up worked as scheduled with various convenient locations. Our guides, Mario and Yahir, were amazing and they split us into two separate groups for Spanish or English commentary. Yahir’s English is excellent and his knowledge of the history around the site is extensive. He guided us for two hours around the principal temples, then we had one hour to ourselves to climb the temple of the moon and explore some of the murals located near the exit. I recommend this tour if you do not want to spend time in souvenir shops and restaurants, but prefer to concentrate totally on the history of the area.

The tour is as described. We were picked up in a nice tour bus, and stopped at all the listed pick up points. We were picked up on time. It was a comfortable ride to and from the pyramids. Our Tour Guides Mario and Jair were awesome. Both were very knowledgeable, and have warm personalities. Each tour guide had about 15 people so it was a comfortable size so we could hear and be able to ask questions. It's great for a half day trip. We chose the morning departure and was back at our drop off point at 230pm. It can get warm. So dress comfortably, bring water, hat and wear sunscreen.

Excellent guides with good command of English - Yair and Mario- explained a lot about the temples and the archeological research. Very welcoming of questions. We appreciated being told when no information is known about certain aspects. Mario has a great sense of humor. We did have one stop for bathroom, demonstrations and shopping that I didn’t expect.

Rudolpho was an amazing guide who gave really in depth explanations rooted in academia while still being accessible, great! Julio was also a wonderful driver! Not a tourist trap type of tour in the slightest and was very insightful

Excellent tour - and a must do destination! A fantastic glimpse into pre-Aztec civilisation. Rodolpho, our guide, was engaging and informative and kept the group going at a good pace - he took no prisoners! Julio was our driver.

Julio our bus driver and Rodolfo were great. The tour was highly informational and entertaining. It was the perfect amount of time to explore everything and not feel rushed. Rodolfo is bilingual and very knowledgeable.

Mario, Omar and Jaire were fantastic. Start to finish, it was a great time. Lots of laughs and they did a great job explaining the history. 10/10 absolutely recommend this tour.

This was the perfect option for skipping buffet lunches and tourist trap shops. We went straight to the temple site and back again. Pickup was exactly on time. The tour guide Marco(?)/Mario(?) (apologies!) was amazing. Such a passionate and fun man to guide us for the afternoon. Clearly is very knowledgeable and would love to do more tours by him. Time in the compound was enough, a little longer would've been nice but you got to see the main sites. If you're keen to do the museum there, spend several hours wandering the pyramids then it may be best to organise your own trip. The timing of this is enough for the everyday person. Tips: bring food and water and assume there's no cover so bring SPF/umbrella.

Easy pick up and drop off. The tour guides were well informed of the pyramids. We made it back in time to enjoy our afternoon in Mexico City.

Rodolfo was a very informative guide with deep knowledge of the area, and lots of current cultural context. Eddy the driver gave us a smooth ride there and back so the experience was seemless. I recommend going, and also consider not walking on the Temple of the Sun or Temple of the Moon (ask Eddy why)

We had such a great time on our express tour to Teotihuacán. Huge shoutout to our guide Yair, driver Omar, and Ilse, they were awesome. The whole pick-up and drop-off process was super smooth, though I'd definitely recommend showing up just a little bit early for your pick-up to make sure everything stays on track. Since it was an express tour, we loved how organized it was. Yair was an incredibly informative guide, and they gave us the perfect balance of history and free time to explore the pyramids on our own. Definitely recommend booking with them if you want a seamless, fun experience.

Julio Cesar was great. Knowledgeable and interesting. It’s not everyday your tour guide has a degree in the subject you are viewing- this alone was worth it.

The experience was great for the most part and the tour guide was very nice. However, noone showed up at our pickup location. We wandered back and forth in the area for over an hour. Eventually the company called us back and organized an Uber for us but by then, we already missed the first two hours of the tour. I personally think the bus never showed up because the location they told us to go to had streets closed down.

We had a great day at Teotihuacan with Mario. Mario was a great host, he's knowledgeable, funny and charismatic. We were so happy to have had this experience.

Mario and Omar were both wonderful and we had a great day at Teotihuacan. The drive was smooth and they were very warm and funny. The tour itself was perfect, enough detail without being too restrictive, and lots of time to explore ourselves. Highly recommend!
