It was a great experience and a very friendly guide who told us great stories. The cave and stop at the place with crafts was less interesting, hence the 4 stars instead of 5.

Incredible experience. Julia was so kind, accommodating and knowledgeable! No rushing and check in's for food/bathroom breaks. I loved the sequence of going to the sunny + populated Pyramids, then the cool + secluded cave, and finishing with an intimate visit to the family owned obsidian business. I can't wait to come back with friends to do this tour again!

Julia was a great tour guide. She was very knowledgeable of the history and culture. I appreciate that it was very well organized. It was also a fun experience in the cave. One of the best part was visiting the obsidian house where they informed us about the how pulque is made and demonstrated the process of making obsidian. An added bonus of some alcohol tastings. Enjoy!

Tour guide Julia was very engaged, informative, and funny. Super helpful in offering to take our photos at the Teotihuacan pyramids. The last stop was the best part of the tour where we were taken to a farm that harvests the plant that makes pulque. We got to meet the owner of the farm who also showed us how and what he makes with obsidian. He was sooo welcoming and humble. Truly the best part of the tour which resulted in more shopping from me. Highly recommend this tour.

We had an AMAZING TIME! From the very beginning of the tour they picked us up in a very nice and clean van. We made a stop to get some snacks before our day got started. Our tour guide Karen was FANTASTIC!! Very knowledgeable and genuinely excited to teach us about the rich history. I would highly recommend!

Liz was a really great guide. Not only did we have a good experience at the pyramids but the journey there was filled with very interesting information about Mexican customs, traditions and rituals. The pyramids themselves are awe inspiring and Liz gave us enough time to see and experience each one of them. Truly a great visit to the City of the Gods!

The tour delivered exactly what they promised: a small group of 9 people, and a visit to Teotihuacán pyramids and a cave. The van was comfortable and the driver Jesus was excellent. The guide Karen was excellent too, very kind and helpful, and gave us excellent information about the different places. The full tour was about 6 hours in total. Initially there was a misunderstanding about the pickup point in my reservation, but they solved it graciously.

roberto was an extremely knowledgeable and amiable tour guide who was able to roll very well with the vibe of the group. we were a big group who all wanted / needed different things, yet roberto was able to adapt so easily and weave between english and spanish with no problem. i am forgetting our driver’s name, but he was also an absolute rockstar. my dad got injured in the caves (be veeeeery careful in the caves, everyone!) and both roberto and our driver were super quick and helpful with first aid and everything my dad needed. we were well taken care of, and all of our needs were seen and met. one thing i wish had been better communicated is that we make a stop for lunch at the very end of the tour. one other thing is that i booked this tour through klook because it claimed to have a chinese audio guide, and most of my relatives who came on the trip only understand chinese. however, klook’s audio guide was only five minutes long. this is not the fault of the tour guides or organizers at all, but something to note for anyone else with similar issues to me.

We had such a great day exploring Teotihuacan with Alan and Josue! From the very beginning, both of them were super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel relaxed and personal. Alan knows a lot about Mexican history and shared so many interesting stories and facts with us along the way. We also stopped at some really beautiful spots and had plenty of time to explore, enjoy the views and, of course, take lots of photos. We never felt rushed at all. The small group was a huge plus for us. It made the whole trip feel much more personal and less like a typical tourist tour. You could really tell that Alan and Josue wanted everyone to have a great time. Overall, it was an amazing day and definitely one of the highlights of our time in Mexico. We would do this trip again anytime and can absolutely recommend it! Thanks again, Alan and Josue, for such a memorable day! 🇲🇽

What impressed me most was the depth of her knowledge and the way she brought the history of Teotihuacán to life without making it feel like a standard guided tour. Julia has an impressive understanding of Mexican culture, and her ability to connect historical context with the place we were experiencing made the visit truly memorable. Even though she is not originally from Mexico, her knowledge and appreciation for the country’s history and culture were remarkable. Everything was very well organized, the group size made the experience comfortable, and the entire day felt smooth and personal. A special thank you to Julia for making our visit to Teotihuacán such a memorable experience. Highly recommended!

The quality of the tour was amazing. It was perfect 5hrs tours from pyramid to obsidian workshop and spirit tasting. The admission fee was all included in the tour which was nice. The group size (5ppl) was also perfect. Julia was super knowledgeable and nice. Fernando’s driving skill was also very good. Last but not least, they are responsive so you can get answer easily when you have questions.

Our tourguide Julia was very nice en very knowledgeable about the pyramids. We also went to a tequila/mezcal tasting. The overall experience was very good.

Cannot recommend this enough! Pickup was punctual and Karen was an amazing and friendly guide. I’ve actually been to the pyramids a few times, but I was able to experience new things here. I was a bit skeptical about going to the cave and tasting, but we were all totally blown away and really happy with both stops. I rarely write reviews on here, but really wanted to come and show my appreciation.

Huge shout out to Arturo! He was a great guide and driver. This man knows so much about the history of the pyramids and the cave. He's such a fun conversationalist which made for the car ride seem like a short drive. If you book yourself for this activity, I highly recommend requesting for Arturo since he speaks great English and Spanish!!

My husband and I absolutely loved this tour! The small group setting and pickup/drop off made it feel like a private tour - the other two groups easily became friends along the way. Our guide, Karen, was super knowledgeable and knew how to ensure we had a private experience around the local sights since she was from the area. She always got our best angles when taking photos, knew how to get us a private cave stop, and had many local friends along the way. It was a fantastic tour that I would highly recommend, especially if you can get Karen as your guide!

It was 100% worth the price we paid, the length was perfect, the tour guides were amazing.
