We had an amazing time. The pickup spot was well laid out to start. We got bussed to the restaurant and had a great breakfast. The pyramid tour was grueling so if you want a workout you came to the right place. Tour guide, Julius Ceasar, was great and super knowledgeable. They also split the group in two for english and Spanish speakers which helped a lot. Had an amazing time.

We had a nice group of 6. Our guide was very informative and gave a good summary of the history of Teotihuacán.

Julio Cesar sent us the meeting time and location in advance, and from there we took off! We stopped for coffee on the way to the pyramids. Once we arrived, Julio Cesar shared the history of the people from the area. It was a long walk, but he made it so much fun and very informative. Afterwards, we went to eat at La Gruta, which was a great experience. Thank you also to Leonardo, our driver, who made sure we got to each location safely!

This experience was amazing! Our tour guide, Julius Cesar, was very knowledgeable and very enthusiastic about sharing the culture. He was very eager to answer any questions that we had and he covered all of the important parts of the history. He made the tour fun and was very accommodating. Our driver Leonardo was also great getting us safely to and from the destination. This is a one of a kind tour that everyone who is able to should visit. There is a lot of walking and up and down stairs but the view from the top of the Pyramid of the Moon is so worth it! La Gruta was also a great experience! The tour guides settled logistics and allowed us to enjoy a very nice lunch. Having lunch inside of a cave is an experience itself! Would definitely recommend!! 10/10

What a fantastic experience exploring the pyramids of Teotihuacan! A huge thank you to our wonderful tour guide, Julius Caesar, who really made the experience special. His knowledge of the history and culture was exceptional, and his enthusiasm was infectious! You could tell he genuinely loved what he was doing, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable. What stood out most was how caring and attentive he was. He never rushed us, took the time to answer questions and constantly checked that everyone was comfortable, happy and, most importantly, safe. He managed to strike the perfect balance between being informative, engaging and genuinely looking after everyone in the group. If you're planning to visit Teotihuacan, I would highly recommend this tour, especially if you're lucky enough to have Julius Caesar as your guide! An absolutely brilliant experience! 👏🏾🇲🇽

Pickup and dropoff was easy. Our tour guide Mario was extremely knowledgeable and funny. Highly recommend the tour. The restaurant, although pretty, was disappointing. Since the meal is not included, I recommending bringing a lunch/dinner and a deck of cards to enjoy in the rest area outside. Thank you to Mario and team!!

All went well... the guide ans driver were fantastic.

The guides all very organized, knowledgeable, and friendly. Made the experience very enjoyable. Afterwards we had lunch at La Gruta (great experience! Ambiance lively and I very much enjoyed my chicken mole dish). We were the only ones from the original group to go! We decided to leave early and had a separate driver take us. This driver was very nice and had a comfortable A/C conditioned vehicle to transport us. He waited for us as we had lunch. There was a lot of traffic going back to our hotel given it being Oct 2nd, but he drove safely. I would highly recommend the full experience with this company.

Our tour guide was excellent. He had a deep depth of knowledge and was bilingual. Very friendly, always with us and we felt safe at all times. I had elderly parents and he was very accommodating. It was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this tour.

Guides are friendly, knowledgeable and best of all patient. Getting driven out and into Mexico City was worth the price alone, the tour of Teotihuacan and lunch at La Gruta was just a bonus!

It was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico City, and I would 100% recommend this tour to anyone visiting. Such a perfect day and an experience we’ll always remember!

We had Julio Caesar and Jair as guides. Couldn’t have asked for a better tour. They are both amazingly passionate and educated about the history of the site - they have university degrees in history and subspecialties in Mesoamerican studies. We were so fortunate to have them with us. We loved speaking with them and hearing them answer all of our questions. Perfect logistics and organization added up to our already wonderful experience.

Zero trust worthy, they picked us up yes. But then, they left us at the pyramids... we tried to call them and the number was suspended, I had to contact the chat to see if I could reach them and they just left us... same happened with other 4 people on our tour group.... the guides don't care about the group, another guy from the same company saw us waking searching for them and he just said: they already left, didnt cared to pick us up or anything. So we paid for the restaurant, but they didn't took us, they didn't told us anything and when the chat tried to contact them too they didn't even answer. The bus status is also bad and old, smells like urine from the bathrooms. Also the tour guides are not as good, I took this before and didn't experienced any issues, but with this one was completely bad. They should provide clear instructions, they should care for the group, and they left like 8 people including the two of us and they didn't cared. Also, the restaurant La Gruta, expensive and not so much worth it honestly, u can get better food elsewhere. Horrible experience.

The guide and the pyramids were wonderful but the experience was sold as pyramids and lunch at the Gruta. On the day of I was informed that they didn’t have a driver to accommodate for the Gruta and that I would be refunded for that part of the experience. I am still waiting and have not received a refund. The experience should not be sold as a package if they cannot guarantee lunch at the Gruta. I booked with this specific company because others tour companies were taking travelers to a different cave restaurant and not the Gruta. Well I didn’t get any restaurant and was very disappointed because we were really looking forward to that experience and all the Pyramid tour was nice, I felt like it was false advertising and they are yet to make right on my refund.

A great experience! Wish we could have stayed longer…so much history! Some of the pyramid steps are steep but manageable. A great day and a great tour guide.

The tour was great! Pick up location was great and easy to get too. We had our bus driver Omar he drove safely. We stopped like half way to get water and use the restroom. Our guides were Ruben, Rodrigo and Yahir. We got split into groups. We got Yahir as our tour guide. He was very knowledgeable. He explained everything very well and he let people ask questions. It was a great experience because not only was the tour great but he was very patient with my parents because they kept falling behind. He never tried to hurry them up. He was polite never rude to them. The bus driver helped my mom get off the bus. The whole team was very professional. Would definitely recommend.

The Teotihuacán pyramids were incredible and the tour guide was very informative, but unfortunately the experience felt extremely rushed. There was so much history and so much to see, yet we barely had enough time to take it all in or properly enjoy the site. I would have preferred a slower-paced tour with more time to explore and appreciate the pyramids. Unfortunately, the experience at La Gruta was even more disappointing. The food was poor, the overall experience was unpleasant. The pyramids themselves are absolutely worth visiting, but I would recommend choosing a tour that allows more time at the site and perhaps reconsidering the restaurant portion of this particular experience.

Ruben was a fantastic guide! He’s so knowledgeable and made the experience extra special. We had an amazing time. Lunch at La Gruta was great. My husband didn’t like his dish as much - the barbacoa. But I had the mole and it was excellent. Not much that could be improved upon. The pickup was right on time. I’d advise that the toilets at the rest stop along the way do not flush. It is hot so bring water and sun protection. Coming back, our drop off point wasn’t accessible so we had an extra 10 min to walk (25 total) to get back to our hotel but hey what can you do? Mexico City traffic!

Yair was our guide well knowledgeable and friendly. The entire experience was amazing and would book them again. He answered all of our questions.
