What an amazing experience! As soon as I stepped out the car, I was greeted with hospitality. As soon as we entered the buliding, we were greeting with pastries and coffees. We arrived around 5:30am and got on the balloons around 6:15am. Franky was out pilot and he was a delight! He introduced himself, explained the process, and was a great pilot. The take off and landing was phenomenal. Overall, it was an amazing experience and I highly recommend it. 10/10, would do again.

Balloon ride was wonderful but afterwards, we picked and paid for a picture that we never received after. We were supposed to receive an email from them within two days with a link to download our picture but never got the email. Contacted them a couple of times to no avail. If they read this, as now their email address does not work, our receipt # is 0028 on Feb 16/26.
5 Stars for balloon flight (just awesome), transport (driver was on-time and kept communicating w us), and pyramids (beautiful). Unfortunately only 1 star for Aerodiverti. The entire 12 hour trip (we had to get up at 3.30am to get to meeting point in the city), nobody seemed to be in charge, nobody communicated or coordinated. The wait times between activities were extremely long ( we sat around for one hour after arrival in the morning, could have slept another hour instead). After the balloon flight the wanted to sit us in a room to look at their pictures ( we we refused because by then it was 4.5 hours into the trip and we were hungry and thirsty). We pressed them to get us to the breakfast place instead. After breakfast we were again idling around not knowing about next steps, so we pressed the driver to get us to the pyramids rather than sitting around again. Driver dropped us off at the obligatory gift shop instead. We again refused and insisted on going to the pyramids. Bottom line: We had a great experience because we pressed on rather than complying to their schedule, but for that price tag I would have expected better communication and better coordination. And we figured since nobody seemed to be in charge we tell the drivers what we want to do next.
DO NOT BOOK! They canceled last minute. A group of 6 people were waiting for over an hour at the meeting point since 4:15 in the morning. The agency just stop replying and Viator service sucked as well.
The hot air balloon and the tour of the pyramids were themselves great. The organisation however was not. The booking suggested that I would be picked up from a hotel at 4:30am, then the night before I get an email with a pick up time of 6:30am. I then confirmed this with the organisation. After that confirmation, just 10mins later, I received another message saying 5:30 but from El Engel. The confusion meant that some of the group arrived at the bus at 6:30 after I had been sitting on the bus for over an hour. Sunrise had been and gone, despite the tour being advertised as a sunrise balloon ride. There is a tour of a silver workshop etc which to my mind isn't needed as is just included to boost sales at their shop. If you do get a chance for a private tour guide around the pyramids, take it up. I paid $450 Mexican Pesos and it was very much worth it.

Our flight lasted about 45 minutes, though we understood it could vary depending on weather and wind—regardless, it was worth every second. After the balloon ride, we were treated to a top-notch breakfast buffet that was delicious and plentiful. But the day didn’t stop there. We enjoyed a fascinating tour, complete with tequila and mezcal tastings, and learned so much about the rich history of the area. A special shoutout to Christopher, our guide at the ruins—he was phenomenal. His knowledge, energy, and passion for the history of Teotihuacan elevated the experience tenfold. If you’re looking for a guide, ask for Christopher—he’s worth it, 100%. As if that wasn’t enough, we explored ancient caves before being comfortably driven back to Mexico City. The value for the price is unbeatable, and the memories we made are priceless. If you’re traveling to Mexico City, do not miss this experience. Aerodiverti delivered an unforgettable day packed with adventure, culture, and amazing service. Highly recommended!

The transport guy Diego was good and communicated well. Everything went smoothly from the morning to the end. Our pilot was great at navigating the balloon. The view was beautiful and breathe taking. We had to reschedule as it was so windy in the morning we booked. We had to pay extra 800 MXN to pay for transport on the reschedule day. The pyramids were massive so definitely have to rush a bit. If you don't like to rush, maybe get a tour with just pyramids.
Everything was beyond my expectations, one of the best tours I've been on. The balloon flight was breathtaking, breakfast was delicious and in a stunning setting, the tours (agave production, obsidian and silver workshops) were fascinating and the pyramid complex itself was amazing. Seeing the ruins from the hot air balloon is an experience of a lifetime. We got into our hotel in Mexico City at midnight and were kicking ourselves for only having 3 hours to sleep before doing this tour. No regrets. Amazing experience and seeing the ruins from the air before walking the site provided a different perspective.
The flight was great. It is something to do once, either here or in Bagam or other place like that ! 45 minutes, not one more minute in the air. We lost 30 minutes before visiting the pyramid zone, just waiting for a guide to expose its services, while the 2 hours allow for the visit was too short. Also, building groups by understood language should be consider : English or Spanish And pickup in cdmx is at 5 am (not 5.30 as said)
This trip is well worth the cost! It was very well organised, and the day ran on time and smoothly. The views from the hot air balloon were incredible and it was an amazing way to see the temple. The pilot was skilful and we had a smooth take off and landing. There was plenty of good food option at breakfast including vegetarian options. The tour around the temple was also excellent our guide was very passionate and full of information.
Hot air balloons are a great way to experience Teotihuacan, but this particular experience felt weird because of all the upsell options. The local drink workshops was more about selling obsidian handcrafts at a partner store. In addition, they've partnered with guides to do narrated tours of Teotihuacan, which again felt weird. I still recommend the hot air balloons though!

Met some great people on our balloon ride and got to experience a great scenery. The guided tour in the Archaeological Zone was also very eye opening. You do have to wake up early and we went around early March, so the morning time in Teotihuacan is chilly. However, while it might be cold in the morning...I still highly suggest wearing something for hot weather because it QUICKLY got hot walking through the archaeological zone. I had a t shirt and shorts and had a hoodie for the morning balloon flight, but quickly got out of it as the day went by. Overall though it was a grand experience!
The entire experience was amazing! Our hot air pilot was informative and super nice. He explained things that were going on and was super friendly. The driver to and from every location was amazing as well. When we got to the pyramids we upgraded to purchase the guided tour and it was well worth it! We learned so much, they were funny, down to earth, and were willing to answer any questions that we had. Would highly recommend!!

Being up in the sky with great company of other tourist and the captain was fun and to fly with!! The only thing is please call the company you will fly with because itinerary will same one time meet up and the company will come pick you up different then your itinerary. I was told to meet at meeting point at 4:30am the pick up was 5pm. So call the company you will fly with to confirm pick up time.
Very early start but having a good central location as a pick up made this easier, overall a good day with lots to take in, the air balloon flight was delightful, the tour guide for the walk around the archeological with a local knowledge made it for a super information interaction.
Bucket list experice. Hot Air Balloon, check. Teotihucan, check. Learning about obsidian artisans and tequila, mezcal, and pulque, check! We loved it. Only future request would be an option to select your preferred language and have those guides redily available. We managed to get an excellent English speaking guide Daniel for Teo, at extra cost. Would have preferred to have this set up front.

It was a very impressive experience, all the staff is very friendly and professional, the photos they take of you are on another level, I went on my birthday and they had a very nice gesture. Please live this experience, you will not regret it, it is super safe, they have everything in order. In my case, I purchased the photographs and videos for my social media.
