Beautiful experience and well organised. We were collected at 4.10am outside our hotel and were given the WhatsApp number of the driver before hand so we could easily communicate with them. The drive was calm and dark and we arrived at the launch site where we could have complimentary tea and coffee, biscuits and watch the balloons being inflated then up we went. It was a magical experience and so smooth and relaxing. After we landed we shared a bottle of sparkling wine to celebrate our ride. We then went for breakfast in the cave which was delicious with three options to choose from. Then to a workshop to see the stone works and sample the tequilas which were delicious. Then we went to the pyramids. Entrance was included but we decided to pay an extra MXN1250 for both of us to have an English speaking tour guide to add some context. And we were back in the city by 2.30pm. All in all a great day trip with time in the afternoon for further exploration of the city.

Great experience overall! Everything was well organized, from the round trip transportation to the hot air balloon ride and pyramid visit. Communication was seamless throughout, making the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend!

The Balloon & Breakfast tour from MXC with Paradise in the Sky | Sky & Clouds, and especially their guide Zafiro, was absolutely amazing and well organised. As promised, I received detailed pick-up information the night before so I could easily and safely recognise the driver for the hotel pick-up. The pick-up was punctual within the 5–10 minute buffer, which is fully normal in my opinion — traffic, different culture… :) So muchas gracias to Jonathan for driving us safely, creating a comfortable atmosphere during the ride, and understanding my poor Spanish. :) At the balloon starting site, I met the guide Zafiro. In fluent English, she explained every step of the day and helped me whenever I had questions. With her attentive, open, respectful, and friendly attitude, she really made the experience even more enjoyable and insightful. She even took some photos of me with my phone (as I was travelling alone), which simply felt like a really friendly gesture (given that photos and videos are also being sold after the balloon ride). The balloon driver, Cristofer, was also very friendly (as was the whole team around him helping with the start and landing). I will not say more about the balloon ride other than that it was amazing, felt safe, and I would do it again. It was not too packed, and we circled in a way that ensured everyone had a great view. The food and drinks at the cave restaurant were delicious and sufficient, and the cave itself was beautiful. The shops selling local products were a nice extra, and the sellers were not too pushy. In the end, we had one hour to explore the pyramids. This is tight if you want to look around, rest, and soak up the atmosphere, but for my purpose it was ideal and as expected. I arrived back at the hotel around 13:00 — tired, and richer from an experience that I will never ever forget in my life! Because of the pyramids, but also because of the wonderful team, and to highlight again, Zafiro. Thank you :) Transfer, breakfast, the balloon tour,... and entrance to the pyramid sites were included in the ticket price as described. No extra costs — I only spent a bit on little gifts for loved ones in the local shops. I can really recommend the organiser and the balloon tour itself!

The ballon ride was a perfect way for my family of 5 to experience the wonder of Mexico. After the early start the rising of the sun accompanied the 100s of ballon’s - such a spectacle!!! Breakfast in the cave was an experience and the gem stone and agave information will stay with us forever… Our guide Ithamar spoke great English and was very accommodating. Highly recommend this if you are visiting Mexico City… a MUST!!!

Brilliant experience, just magical floating at sunrise. If you have time in mexico city I really recommend it! Perfect for solo travellers as well. The guide Isadur was really helpful and we learned a lot.

Everything about this was perfect. The communication before was clear and timely. We missed the bus and were able to uber and meet up with our group and join the rest of the tour and they were very accommodating. Our tour guide, Leo, was knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to experience this adventure with! When we got back in the bus, there was a water in every seat for us. The transportation was very comfortable and efficient as well. We will definitely use this tour company again!

got picked up at 4AM from condessa, spent around an hour picking up 3 other parties and drove another 40 min to the balloon area. It was still dark when we went into the sky. They take photos and also drone footage for you for purchase after the ride. After the ride get driven to the cave breakfast. Food was alright. Then get taken to a jewelry shop and taste some tequila and local specialty and finally spend one hour at the pyramids. Driver is efficient and guide etomar? Was very friendly and nice!

We had an absolutely amazing day with Ithamar (guide) and our driver (Ivan)! The hot air balloon ride is not to be missed! Ivan was a great driver and navigated the heavy Mexico City traffic with ease. He was a patient driver and not once did we see his feathers get ruffled in the traffic! We felt safe and comfortable in his car for the duration of our excursion. He even made a point to jump out of the car every time we stopped and open my door before I could even get my seatbelt off. Wow! Ithimar was a fantastic guide. He was kind and calm and very knowledgeable about the history of everywhere we went. You could tell he was very passionate about his job. Ithimar also ordered us a surprise cake when he found out it was our anniversary. So thoughtful! We appreciate both guys for making our day super special!

This was an excellent activity from start to finish. Organisation and communication was second to none. The flight was superb, with safety so ensured the issue was off the table. The information, transport and care was a feature. This group deserves success.

Ian was friendly and communicative. There was a logistics issue with assigning a driver, but it was cleared up the night before. The hot air balloon was an unforgettable experience. Breakfast at the terrace was delicious with a great view of the pyramid. Obsidian and cacao artistans were informative. Tried plenty of liquor. We had about 1HR 30M to view and explore the pyramid.

Hi, the trip was fine but I bought a package including pics and videos and still haven't received them. At first they replied via E-Mail but since weeks... no reply, really frustrating

Our first booking was cancelled within 12 hours of the flight. We booked a second tour and the company did not send the driver at our agreed time (we waited 45 minutes) and we missed the sunrise balloon tour.

Definitely recommend coming here if you are in CDMX. Hot air balloon above the pyramid was amazing! The food in the cave was incredible The gallery/museum tour was memorizing If you have Salam/ Ian as your tour guide, they will work with you in timing and language barrier.

The tour was amazing. We visited beautiful workshops, where we learned about the making of chocolate or the indigenous history. The highlight of course was the beautiful ballon ride. Can definitely recommend this tour.

It was an incredible trip, I loved flying in a balloon, it was my first time, the view is incomparable. All the people were super friendly and of good quality, I’d return to Teotihuacan many times, it’s a beautiful place.

The entire personnel was cordial, punctual and over all attentive to details. From the early hotel pickup by Mr. Manuel to the coordinator, my personal guide Mrs. Monse and our ballon pilot Mr. Agustin, it has been an awesome experience. Felt very safe since the beginning of my reservation.

Out experience with Sky and Clouds ballooning over the Teotihuacán pyramids was unforgettable! The take off and landing were very smooth and the flight was very peaceful. Including myself and partner our balloon carried two other passengers and the pilot - this was great, it wasn’t too crowded and allowed us to take turns taking photos of each other. Our guide, Monse, was very kind and considerate, taking lots of photos and recording videos of our take off. She even stitched together a video clip of the experience for us which was such a touching surprise. Prior to the archeological site, we went to the demonstration of how agave plants are used (a gift that sells souvenirs from the area) and had breakfast in the cave. These were interesting experiences however felt unauthentic tourist traps. Following our visit to the archeological site we opted to go home rather than continue on to the other activities (chocolate making and something else?). Monse and the driver were very accommodating of this request. I’m sure some tourists would love these stops but they were not for us - the hot air balloon ride made the experience. Thank you Monse for an amazing experience!

An incredible balloon flight, I loved living the experience again with the same travel agency, this year I lived it with the same people and their treatment was the same, totally warm and attentive they totally documented my experience

I loved the balloon flight, it's a unique experience that you can't miss, you have to live the full tour, I learned to make handmade chocolate, I tried artisanal drinks, and I bought a silver charm with obsidian I was delighted, recommended

Though the food part was a little bit lacking, and there was no context and history in regards to the actual pyramids, it was a beautifully organised seamless experience, from my very last minute booking very late the night before, particularly for a solo traveller. Thank you so much!

Luis and Monse were top notch and very professional, starting with a quick AM pickup and amazing balloon line. Everything kept moving on time, yet you never felt rushed and enjoyed every second. The experiences were fun and left us some amazing memories 5/5!

Such a lovely experience, definitely worth it! The team were seamless from the pick up to lunch, they also gave us a tip to sit on the terrace so we had a view of the temple as we ate. They took really good footage from the drone/ cameras and they were all ready by the time we got back to base. Learnt a lot of new information at the artisan shop as well despite being in Mexico a week and a half already. Great service thank you so much for a wonderful day
