This is a standard tour which I do second time and I think it is perfect. Every time I learn something new. Two complaints, both related to the tour guide Juan: 1. In Teotihuacan after finishing "mandatory" part of the program the guide gave us like 10 minutes before we had to go to the bus. The complex is massive. Even if the rest is much less interesting, we should have had at least half an hour to get a sense of the rest of it. 2. After Teotihuacan the guide corralled us into an overpriced restaurant where we had a choice of very crappy buffet for 300 pesos/person or a single dish for 250 pesos. This is Mexico, for 300 pesos you can eat like Moctezuma. Since the guide most likely got his kickback from that food joint, no tips for him.

Very nice experience. Guide was well informed, very welcome and was explaining in detail. Was also open to questions willing to answer based on his best knowledge. It worth because you learn so much details about the places visited.

Guide was nice and informative, but tour stops in retail stores felt pushy. We just wanted to go to the pyramids and have time for lunch with transportation. We were told we had 3 hours at pyramids, so we booked a lunch at the cave, but guide said we didn't have time and took us to a restaurant (food was good) but wasn't what we wanted.

It was a great tour! It ran on time. The van was new, safe and comfortable. The group was pretty small. The stops were well planned with enough time to walk around on our own but not in excess where it feels a waste. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. Great experience.

The tour was well organized and the tour operator was excellent at communication for all important questions before the tour, such as pick up location. The tour itself was well paced with a few well timed stops. The lunch was excellent (separate charge).

The tour did not stick to the itinerary exactly, we did things out of order and it took longer than expected, but I had a great time and would recommend.

Definitely bring sunscreen and water aa there is no shade at Teotihuacán. The stop before/after Teotihuacán is a bit of a tourist trap. Spent too much time there and the buffet was overpriced for Mexico (300 pesos / $17.65).

Everything ran like a dream on this tour — bang on time, comfy transport, and a cruisy pace at every stop. Super well organised and honestly a top-notch way to visit Teotihuacan and Basilica of Guadalupe. Highly recommended day trip

We booked the Teotihuacan, Guadalupe and Tlatelolco tour and it was really great. Lunch was good and the stops were well timed. Really glad we picked this tour, I recommend it if you want see more than just the pyramids

Very interesting experience. The pyramids are worth going to see! The visit to the Basilica of Guadalupe was too quick for my taste. I would have liked to stay a little longer to pray and it was just a tourist tour: I tell you, you look at it, you take photos, we leave.

The tour was super nice! Our guide explained everything very well to us and they were very attentive to us. They picked us up on time and dropped us off on time. Communication with the agency was excellent; they always responded quickly. The tour was very nice and the van was very comfortable. We highly recommend it; we loved the experience!

Teotihuacan is a place that is totally worth knowing, I had already gone some time but worrying about driving, dealing with traffic, looking for parking, etc. We decided to look for a tour to relax and really enjoy to the fullest. We went as a couple and we really liked that we did not have to worry about transportation or logistics, everything was fine with the tour, I will definitely recommend it with friends and family coming, it is totally worth just enjoying without stress.

Teotihuacan and the Basilica of Guadalupe are a unique and worthwhile experience. This tour was amazing and very interesting with all the explanations we received. We would certainly repeat it again
