This was our favorite activity we did in Mexico City. Rich made sure everyone felt comfortable and had fun. This is fun if you are with friends but would be equally fun solo and safe for women traveling alone.
Lovely night with Rich- great and full club even for a Wednesday. Nice people and super kind host, made our inexperience in salsa feel natural and the intimidation of dancing with strangers fade away. When we weren’t dancing, Rich sat and chatted with us, recommended other places in town to go, and gave great advice.
WITHOUT PRIOR DANCE EXPERIENCE, WITH A LITTLE SHYNESS, but you join the group and they ask you to dance a lot, it is very fun and they explain the dance steps well.
Loved the host, loved the club!! And I knew it would be a very casual and quick lesson; just went to learn a little and have fun. But it was so packed and so loud I couldn’t see or hear well enough to follow along nor the space to attempt the steps. There were at least 80 people packed into the small spacey upstairs. You start at 8:30 and the band comes at 11. I would still recommend this experience I’m just sharing how it was for me!
Never salsa danced before but Rich made me feel super comfortable and went at a pace i could follow which i really appreciated. Would highly recommend to the ppl wary of looking like an idiot

I hadn't danced salsa before, and it's a lot of fun because the class is very dynamic and the explanations make it very entertaining. You don't need a partner, and the party after class is incredible.
I went with friends and we had a such a good time!! Rapid fire, fun instructions with a wonderful instructor followed by some time to dance (until 2am!) with a live band. Great venue and atmosphere.
Place is nice.. they do classes upstairs for half an hr and if you are newbie it is nice introduction. The instructors are good, helps if you understand Spanish. But the crowd downstairs on the floor is quite good.. so you may not fit in if you are new or don't.
A fantastic experience! We are beginners and we were taught lots of moves and the teachers were incredible. After the lessons there’s time to dance freely and we were lucky enough to have a live Cuban band! We felt very comfortable, the venue was excellent and the other participants were so friendly. It was great, thank you!
I've bene wanting to learn salsa forever so decided to sign up for this along with my adult daughter and had a fantastic time with Rich. He is super friendly, speaks English very well and taught us lovely dance steps. The place you go to feels very safe and the experience includes one drink each. Although the class technically ends by 11 p.m., you're welcome to stay longer and enjoy the club and dancing!

I and my partner traveling in Mexico City choose this experience and we had a blast, everybody dancing, and the live music, and the mojitos OMG, it´s an experience where you can create a bond and funny memories with your BF. The place is amazing, Highly recommended.
One of the highlights of my trip to Mexico, highly recommend anyone to try this out because my only regret was that I didn't go more often! It's a great time for whatever level you're at with Salsa (which is great because you learn a lot dancing with more advanced people). Whether you have a partner or you're a solo traveller, you'll easily make friends and find great people to dance with at the class before the club opens to everyone and also after it opens because everyone there is so nice and respectful and genuinely looking to dance to great music all night. I was a solo traveller and worried that I won't find anyone to dance with, but Rich was a fantastic teacher, had a great time dancing with him and learning more about Mexico. While I'd recommend everyone to dance because I love to, I'd recommend this experience even if you just want to experience a core cultural experience, have a drink and listen to a phenomenal Salsa Band. Make time for this, you won't regret it!
What a blast! Although it was quite fast-paced for a beginner, the party atmosphere was excellent. I will practice and then return for another great night.
It was definitely the best experience dancing and knowing new footsteps and great people. The teacher is the best . It was a great adventure and obviously I’m going to repeat it any time I can . Congrats!!!
I had SO much fun during this experience with Daniel (Rich)! I'm new to the city, so I wasn't sure where to go dancing or take lessons. Some other dance classes require you to bring a partner, but luckily you don't have to bring one for this experience. I'm really glad I found this because I also don't have many friends here and it can be hard to meet people to go dancing with in such a big city. I never danced Cuban salsa before (just salsa in line) so I wasn't sure how to do it. Rich did a great job of explaining everything in English and teaching me how to dance! Thankfully, he is really patient and is good at making his students feel comfortable. He also helped me with my style because I used to dance with weird t-rex arms. I will definitely take more classes with him when I return to the city!
We are a couple and the experience was amazing we had a blast of fun. Definitely the best place to dance. You don’t need to bring a partner you can meet a lot of nice people there.
Daniel was a great host on the attraction, he would be pending all the time that we were enjoying the night and would take its time to teach us the basics even when there is so many names that you need to learn, would definitely come back with him.
Our trip of friends resulted in a total party with this experience full of fun people, we were dancing with the whole group and had a great time, there is very good atmosphere and you meet a lot of people.
Super experience, great care, suitable also for individual people. Beginners will get their money's worth but those who can dance salsa can have even more dancing fun in the club afterwards.
Great experience with a fun class and good music to dance to, the vibe of the place is pure fun, you have to arrive early, another reservation arrived late and in a bad mood.
The experience is really fun, the class really has a lot of fun and you learn to dance, it’s a style I hadn’t practiced and I really liked it. There you find someone to dance with and you can dance to the live music until dawn.
