This made our arrival and departure in Mexico City extremely easy. Communication via WhatsApp throughout the process was excellent. Before our arrival, Luis sent us a photo of himself so we would know who to look for, and he was waiting immediately outside the customs exit with an easy-to-read sign with our names. From there it was a quick walk to his car in the parking area. Luis had cold bottled water waiting for us and shared useful tips and information about Mexico City during the drive to our hotel. The return pickup at the end of our six-day trip was equally smooth, giving us simple door-to-door transportation without having to think about airport logistics. This is not a limo or formal black-car experience, but that was not what we needed. We appreciated the personalized service, dependable communication, and smooth pickup and drop-off. We would absolutely use this service again and highly recommend it.

Upon arriving in Mexico City, Felipe reached out to me via WhatsApp to let me know he was waiting for me in terminal 1. The service was punctual, professional, and incredibly accommodating. Luis was very informative about the city of mexico and history and how many people estimate live there. Made us girls feel safe pickup from the airport and back. There is a separate charge rate if your plane sends u to a different AIFA arriving. Its extra because that side is new but he explained to us y and that's always a good thing when he explained the different landing spots. Over all very pleased with the service thank you very much will be using him again for future mexico city transportation.

The vehicle I reserved and paid for was not what I got. Viator never sent the requested vehicle to the contractor. The vehicle that showed us was a very small car and not the van I paid for. It was too small for my family. However the contractor made up for it on our return trip.

Luis, was great! He initiated communication days before the trip. Verified all details. Arrived at the airport with a sign and sent a picture of himself se we can easily identify him when we arrived. He gave us suggestions about things to do in the city. He also got us to the airport on time. He was nice and genuinely wanted to be helpful. He made it a good trip as it was our first time in Mexico City.

I was impressed with the communication. The driver confirmed my arrival times and made sure to stay in contact. My flight was delayed and customs was slow, but my driver was there in Hallway P with my name on his phone. He was friendly, handled my bags, and was a good driver.
