Bus Microphone quality was terrible, so that I could hardly understand the explanations of the guide. Guest pick-up system needs to be revised and centralized to one spot. We spent 1.5 h on the bus just trying to pick a few guests a few blocks away. The guide tried to blame the problem on the notorious Mexico City traffic problem. However, I think the tour company should rethink their guest pick-up system, in order to go around this problem creatively . One guest couple was so upset about this delay, that they left on the way, before even getting to Teotihuacán. What a shame! Guide quality was however good.

Guides were kind, helpful and informative. Bus was pretty comfortable overall and actually had a bathroom, which was great even though it was only about an hour ride. The pyramids were amazing and the tour guides gave us so much interesting information that made them even more amazing to behold. It definitely helped us get so much more out of our visit. They did a decent job of giving us time to explore certain areas as well which was great for taking pictures. Thanks for the great tour!

Francisco was wonderful. Very informative and energetic. The tour was extensive and allowed for individuals to have some time to explore independently!

Francisco is the bomb! He shows up on his bicycle to tell us the bus will be a few minutes late. We get on the bus, and with a few more pick up stops, we're on our way. We arrive at the pyramids and he is extremely attentive around drop off locations. Once inside, he has a very deep knowledge of the pyramids: the history, the planning and astronomical conception of the campus (I didn't catch it all), and the way the inhabitants used various rooms. I was happy. I definitely recommend Francisco (and Edgar, the driver) to everyone.

Had a wonderful time on this tour. The Tour guide Ernesto was an absolute pleasure. He was kind, welcoming and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this tour and him as a guide.

We had a good morning excursion to the pyramids. Our guide Mario was excellent, sharing his knowledge with enthusiasm and humour. As advised it is a good idea to wear a sun hat as there is very little shade and it gets very hot. A great experience and well worth the money. Thanks to our bus driver Christian who got us there and back safely.

This was an extremely easy way to get out of the city and see amazing sights with the least amount of trouble. The ability to pick a convenient pickup spot and the knowledge of the guides made for a great experience. I would only suggest that you bring a snack as it is a long morning, but there were great local fresh fruit popsicles at the end. No fault on the tour, but the whistles inside the park that were being sold made for loud and distracting background noise throughout.

Really great tour - just what we were looking for! Pick up was simple and on time, the bus was nice and comfy! The ticket covered the cost of entrance, and in total we stayed within Teotihuacan for about 3 and a half hours. Our guide showed us everything we wanted to see and provided some really great information and the history of the area in both spanish and English! Make sure you bring water and snacks as you are walking around for a long time, without many options for food or drink, apart from the beginning and end of the tour! Would recommend to anyone!

Excellent value for money. Excellent guides Luis and Francisco for explaining the pyramids, the ancient culture and answering all questions with patience and care. Wonder ful experience. Thanks to Oscar for safe driving. The trip was about 6 hours total from pick up to drop off. The bus was clean. The amenities at the archeological site were adequate and nice for refreshments and bathrooms. Highly recommend the experience when visiting Mexico City.
