The pyramids were fantastic. However, I felt we spent more time at the shop before then they gave us at the historical site. It was very commercialized. Then at the end of the night they wouldn’t take us back to our drop off spot. I understand traffic issues but that should have been talked about before the end of the day. Our guide nice but this was definitely more catered to Spanish speakers

Excellent tour with our guide Juan It was little hard for him to explain in English and Spanish language but he did his best Lot to see and learn
It was great! Sergio did a fantastic job of explaining the history at each site. Definitely recommend.
Had an excellent time, our guide Dante was extremely knowledgeable and easy going.. couldn't ask for better
It started a little unorganized because I refuse to use WhatsApp. Once we got going it was super fun. The tour guides were very professional, informative, and they made sure we were safe. I enjoyed hitting Tlatelolco, Teotihuacan, and the Basilica de Guadalupe. There were some pretty interesting bonuses such as Maguey tasting, some shopping, and good eating. After a long day they dropped off the group at their hotels.
Expect an interesting and decent tour, but also expect the tourist trap/sales offers from the very beginning of the tour.
Incredible and must go if you stay at Mexico City!!!! Everything went well!! I high recommend this experience.
What an amazing day. Our tour guy Dante was very knowledgeable and patient with our group where he explained in English and then in Spanish. This is the way to visit these three amazing sites. We met great people from Columbia Peru England Germany and Canada. The van ride was very comfortable while you interact with all your group. You have A very affordable buffet where I got a mariachi to sing us some songs. A very awesome tour!!
The trip was a very good itinerary. Our guide was not. We were a group of 5 English speaking and 4 Spanish speaking. He seemed to spend most his time with the Spanish group and explaining them and not the English group. We got only 15 mins at the church as he was in a rush to end the trip.
Sergio was a great tour guide . Great time ! ………………………,. ……….. ………………………………………………………………,….,,,,. Xxx x
The driver was texting and driving while on freeways, had a glass of wine and a shot at the lunch, and kept pulling over to talk on the phone with other people, we wasted at least an hour overall just looking for our tour guide, who kept disappearing without telling where we was. We spent way too much time looking at things we didn’t care about. We wanted to see two things, the pyramids and the basilica, and he kept stopping the car to talk about statues with really vague and questionable names, dates and facts.
Had a wonderful time with the family. Our local guides were very informative and welcoming and really made for a great experience.
The guide spooks most in Spanish og less in English. The information we received was basic and not much useful
First we stopped at Tlatelolco Plaza. A very short stop. Not sure why this is on the tour. Next we drove to the Teotihuacan Pyramids. A sea of people. It was the peak time of the year (right after Dia de Muertos). Still cool though. We spent a couple of hours here, most of that time without the guide (at his suggestion). After that we went to a restaurant. It was a joke. They didn't have menus. Barely anything was available to eat. Then they tried to overcharge me for the food we did get. To be fair, the guide did explain afterward that the restaurants in this area are not equipped to handle the surge in foreign visitors. That fact was plain to see during our visit. Finally we went to the Guadalupe Catholic Shrine. Also a lot of people, but very cool to see. We were with our guide the whole time.
This tour was an experience that we will never forget. We learned so much and we were able to embrace all the beauty Mexico City has to offer. Miguel, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable, he was the best. Highly recommended to tour with this company.
I cannot fault my guide or my driver who were both fantastic. However this tour had so so much more walking than suggested and some of it on difficult terrain (all the steps at the pyramids are treacherous). I’d also question the balance of the tour. There’s no need to spend two hours at the pyramids, they’re not even completely authentic and when you’ve seen them you've seen them. The Basilica and Shrine are far far more interesting and beautiful and warranted much more time than they were given. I’d recommend skipping the pyramids entirely (though the clapping was fun) and going on a tour dedicated solely to the Basilica and Shrine.
The combination of places visited made perfect sense and the guide, Alan was knowledgable and funny.
Dante our host was very good - knowledgeable, kept things moving, informative and funny. The tour also covered a lot of including temples, churches and culture. Would definitely recommend.
We booked this tour because it was advertised as being in English, but we turned out to be the only non-Spanish-speaking couple. As a result, our guide had to explain everything twice. Perhaps the organisers could’ve asked we shift to another day to not make this such a bother for the other guests and guide. That said, Juan was absolutely fantastic, incredibly patient, kind, and thoughtful in making sure we never felt left out. He’s so knowledgeable and really made the experience. It rained all day, but we still managed to enjoy every sight thanks to Juan’s added stories (and the shelter of the bus). Pick up and drop off were seamless and we kept to the time schedule, even with heavy traffic.
The trip was long but awesome and worth every penny spent. The tour guide and driver were top notch. Especially the guide Juan, he was just amazing and went beyond his way and time to bring value to all of us. Thank you Juan, you are the best!
I had a wonderful experience! Everyone was amazing and helpful. Terribly good value for the price. Would do again (after I recover from hiking up the temple!). Our guide was passionate, friendly and very knowledgeable. Our driver was amazing as well. I want to give a special thanks to the special considerations that were made for the friend who I travelled with who is Deaf. His experience was as wonderful as mine. Thank you!
Our tour to the pyramids of Teotihuacan was an incredible experience. Our tour guide Alfredo worked as an archaeologist for many years and had extensive knowledge on pre Hispanic civilizations. Our tour felt more cultural than touristy which was wonderful. We even got to have a meditation experience right In the heart of Teotihuacan. Would absolutely recommend this tour for anyone interested in learning a lot about Teotihuacan. The only thing to consider is that the tour in total lasted about 10 hours. Although they pick up from the hotel you are staying at, we were the first so it felt a little longer. Altogether wonderful experience.
This trip was long and exhausting but in a good way. We spent more than enough time in each location and I really appreciated all of the wonderful information our guide, Juan, provided. Wear comfortable shoes and sunglasses and a hat.
All was great! Overall traffic was very heavy, our tour was great, but at times had to wait on others to board. Great tour guide, just needed to speak UP a little, be louder.
Alex was amazing! He was a great tour guide and provided great information. He also had a great attitude and was very knowledgeable and optimistic. Would define so this again.
The history and site was amazing. Our tour guide “Juan Castro” did an excellent job educating us about the various tribes and the fall of the Aztec Empire due to the Spanish conquest. That in 1521 is when a new nation was established called what we now know as Mexico.
We did this last minute, and couldn’t be happier. Tour guide was engaging and knowledgeable. We had Spanish and English speakers in our group, and he translated everything. The sites we visited were amazing and came to life with the commentary. Small bus, so not too many people. The restaurant we went to for lunch was excellent value, and was enjoyed by all. All up, if my kids or my parents came to Mexico City, I’d recommend this trip.
Pros: saw the pyramids and basilica on an efficient tour at a reasonable price Cons: they were disorganized and bad at sharing information before the tour (we didn’t know whether we were getting picked up at our hotel or not until the night before even though we asked several times). Staff were somewhat disrespectful. Fortunately we had a pleasant time, however the guide was flagrantly rude to some other people on the tour (an older couple who walked a bit slower hence continually lagged a little behind). At one point, the older couple (who notably does not speak spanish) was left behind and abandoned by the group, only to be picked up later at the other end of the pyramids. The restaurant we were taken to was honestly disgusting (by far the worst mexican food I’ve ever had) and made us sick after. The meal was also not cheap. And finally, at the end of the tour, when they were dropping everyone off at their hotels, they had multiple people (including the elderly couple that doesnt speak spanish) get out and walk to find their hotel on their own.
Our tour guide was Alan and he did an excellent job of explaining in English and Spanish. The pickup service worked well and I was dropped off at my hotel. Overall it was a very good experience. My only drawback was not the fault of the tour company as the other partipants/guests were non-communicative and surly. It made it hard to spend nearly 8 hours with them.
A comprehensive and very educational small group tour. Our guide was very patience and had a great deal of knowledge about the subject matter.
Enrique was a great guide and was so educated about each site! Super friendly staff and made this trip so enjoyable! Enrique was able to answer so many additional questions the group had.
Trip was good but not the guide. He is nice boy but not efficient. His English was bad and his voice was too low. I warned him a couple of times to speak up, did not work. Please don't fire him in any case but this the truth about him. He should carry a mic with him.
Our guide was nice and the transportation was comfortable. Unfortunately, the tour group was a mix of Spanish and English speakers, which meant a lot of standing around while our guide explained everything twice. (I’d guess we missed out on some opportunities for the guide to share more information as well.) Add in a couple of lengthy stops for souvenir shopping and it made for a very long day. It would have been nice to know about those details in advance; I probably would’ve opted to do a tour with a more condensed schedule and that was conducted entirely in English.
The tour was VERY professional and informative. We had a great time and the size was perfect. Our tour guide Alan was terrific.
Really interesting history with great views. Our guide Dante had a good sense of humor and helped us to understand the culture of the people that built the temples. Wouldn't hesitate to go on a tour with this group again.
We had an amazing tour and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City! Our guide, Juan, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and our driver made the experience seamless by picking us up directly from our hotel and dropping us off afterward. The day started at Zona Arqueológica de Tlatelolco, where we learned about the ancient Aztec capital and viewed the Plaza of the Three Cultures. It was a powerful introduction to Mexico’s layered history—Pre-Hispanic, Colonial, and Modern. Next, we headed to the Teotihuacan Pyramids, which were absolutely breathtaking. Juan shared fascinating insights as we explored the Pyramid of the Sun and the Pyramid of the Moon. Walking through this ancient city was a surreal experience we’ll never forget. We ended the tour at the Basilica de Santa María de Guadalupe, one of the most iconic religious sites in Mexico. The architecture was stunning, and Juan’s explanation of its cultural significance made it even more meaningful. Everything was well-paced, informative, and comfortable. Big thanks to Juan and our driver for such a memorable and smooth day!
Tour was great. Time allotted for each attraction was good. Alan, our tour guide was fantastic, he knew the topics and did a good job both in Spanish and English.
Bring toilet paper…you’re welcome!!! Restrooms does not have toilet paper dispensers so no toilet paper.…smh =( =(..
Wonderful experience, great guide. Spoke excellent English and Spanish and the places they took us to learn about native culture were very entertaining and educational .Bring good walking shoes.
The pick was on my location. The 3 stops were awesome. The tour before the pyramids was very interesting and fun. It was amazing to learn new things about agave plant and see the different stones /rocks. Also the pyramids were very nice, the whole area was fun to walk around. The church tour was good too.
What a wonderful experience! Our guide Alan was so accommodating and gave just the right amount of information. It was so great to see all 3 places and not have to worry about the logistics of transportation etc. We definitely would not have gotten as much out of the visit had we gone on our own. Highly recommended
Everything went smooth according to the program! Good time logistics.Nice drive from Mexico city to Teotihuacan. Our guide Marco has a good sense of humor.
Alan was a good guide. The only thing that was unnecessary was the stop at “tequila “ tasting. One low grade tequila and pressure to buy from the gift shop. All other stops were very good and well worth the money.
It is a great time. Lot of travel time picking/dropping passengers. Treated very well by staff. Thumbs up!
Very well managed tour, good communication, and knowledgeable guide. I had a wonderful time exploring Son and Moon Pyramids and learned a lot of history.
Beautiful TEMPLES which is what they are - not pryamids. The guides were perfecto. Alan our guide was knowledgeable. Our driver supreme
This was a great way to see the pyramids and the basilica in one day. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and professional.
Jose, our guide, was very good. Unfortunately, this tour lasted 9 hours and should have taken 6-7 hours max. So much wasted time. First, we had to waste 30 minutes while driver went back to retrieve 2 guests left behind at their hotel. Then, we wasted 1 hour and 15 minutes at a restaurant that was not scheduled only because 2 people apparently had a lunch voucher while none of the rest of us (13) never knew lunch was an option. Very poor planning mixing the 2 with us. As a result, we spent only 90 minutes at the pyramids when itinerary showed 3 hours. And only 30 minutes at the basilica de Guadalupe when an hour was scheduled. We returned to our hotel at 5:45 instead of the stated 5 pm.
“My family and I had an incredible experience visiting the Teotihuacán ruins today. Our guide, Emanuel, was exceptional—his passion and deep knowledge about the site made the tour both fascinating and engaging. From the awe-inspiring pyramids to the rich history he shared, every moment was unforgettable. Highly recommend this tour for anyone visiting the area!”
The pyramids and tequila tasting were outstanding. I learned a lot from our tour. I enjoyed the other tourist on our trip. Thank you very much for the experience.
