Dante was great guide! I enjoyed this tour lots of things were explained and that's the point to learn and immerse myself in what I am seeing. Recommend!

Midnight before the tour, operator messaged if we need English speaking guide. Of course, I said yes since it was what I booked. Then message 7am the day of the tour asking if we would like to reschedule since the English speaking guide is sick. I said no because we already have plans for the remaining days of our stay. We were already on the way to the meeting place by this time. So I directly messaged them at Whatsapp for faster response, to ask if they could just join us in a non English speaking guide. They said, they will check. Meeting time is at 8:45am. We were at a nearby coffee shop waiting for their response. By 8:45 no response on the Whatsapp, tried to follow up and called but no reply. We talked to their other guide for other tour and said that there are is still an incoming van for us within 15mins. So we waited until 9:30am. Still no response from them. Only to see that they messaged in viator that we will be rescheduled! Such a hassle. We are only in CDMX for a short period of time. So every day is already planned for. I know the tour will be refunded. But this is disappointing since we fly half of the world to experience this.

Tours are great for introductions to major sites like the Pyramids and Guadalupe Chapel. This was no different. Some difficulty for me being the only English speaker, which I did not know before the tour. Time is always an issue. If you want to linger, there is no time for that.

Vanessa and Miguelito were our drivers and tour guides. I cannot recommend them enough. They’re a great duo and work very well together. They’re very knowledgeable and made this experience unforgettable for me and my family. The hot air balloon over the pyramids was 10/10 and La Basilica was beautiful. It is a very complete tour with 3 cultures, Basilica of Guadalupe and Teotihuacan. In addition, there is a very interesting stop about obsidians and a liquor tasting. In that same place you stop to eat and it is a good place (good food). The guides are very nice and attentive, and although there is no guide with explanations at Teotihuacan, which I thought there would be, the visit was good and the experience excellent.

It was great, I recommend them, a pleasant experience, a trip, you could say private, exceptional transportation, Dante very pleasant and knowledgeable about history, a thousand thanks, I will return and without a doubt I will look for them again.
