Hello, I want to say that our driver Carlos did an awesome job taking us around for 2 days! He recommended La Cueva for lunch after the pyramids and it was delicious. He's very knowledgeable at getting around and made is very comfortable and safe visiting the Pyramids at Teotihuacan for day 1 and Xochimilco canal ride and Coyoacan with Frida Casa Azul tour on day 2. Definitely 5 stars!

He picked up our family of three in a spacious, comfortable van and even had cold water waiting for us after exploring the pyramids. He picked me up promptly at 4:30 a.m. for my hot air balloon excursion, got me there safely and efficiently, then waited nearly two hours for me before driving me back to my hotel through some of Mexico City’s busiest traffic. Totally worth it. We were picked up and dropped off at our Airbnb. The driver took us to eat breakfast before heading to the pyramids. There he gave us a lot of advice about where to start and where to go. We were picked up at 8am and made it back by 2pm. I absolutely recommend this if you are short on time.

This is a great service! They were very responsive a couple times when I reached out with questions. The afternoon before they messaged me on WhatsApp to let me know the name of the driver and what his vehicle looked like. The driver was already waiting outside our hotel when we got down at the start time. He was a very kind man who was extremely helpful with us loading our kids and backpack. When we arrived at the site he was very helpful with getting us oriented and asked us whether we would like him to drive us from station to station or if we would like to walk and then meet him when we were done at the last station. He was ready and waiting for us when we were ready to head back a few hours later and was kind enough to drop us off at a restaurant near hotel at our request so that we could avoid having to walk from the hotel to the restaurant. I highly recommend this service! Tip for travelers - buy your tickets to Teotihuacan online in advance to avoid having to wait in line when you get there.

We had a wonderful trip to Teotihuacan. Carlos picked us up promptly at 7am to start the trip. On the way he provided us with lots of interesting facts about the areas we were passing through. We arrived just before the site opened (8am) and were some of the first through the gates. Teotihuacan is absolutely amazing. We spent about three hours exploring and when we were ready to go we simply messaged Carlos and we were on our way home. Highly recommended

This is a car service out to Teotihuacan. There isn't a tour associated with this service, which was perfect for my partner and me. We wanted to tour the sight on our own and leave when we wanted. The driver was on time and kind. He didn't speak any English, which was fine as well, because my partner speaks Spanish. The car was very clean and we were offered bottled water. If you don't want to be in a group or be stuck with a tour guide, I highly suggest this car service!

I thought it was just private transportation but it turned into a tour! We weren’t going on the hot balloons and they found an alternative location for us to watch and enjoy and the hot air balloons from the ground. They even found a breakfast place for us! They were very easy to work with and very accommodating with whatever we wanted to do!
