Private Transfer From Mexico City Airport To Downtown

The driver is punctual to pick us up however there is no air conditioning in the vehicle and the vehicle does not look like the advertised picture.

Our driver Roberto Ruiz was very courteous, on-time and continuously updating us via Whatsup. He went above and beyond by taking us to an authentic taqueria for lunch on our way to the hotel, Yum!

The driver communication by text before pickup was very clear regarding meeting. On time and friendly. Clean car. Would recommend. Traffic was crazy but he was a calm driver

Driver never showed up and we sat at airport for 2 hours trying to get a ride to hotel. Do not use this company ever!

Driver contacted us as soon as we landed. We provided our flight number and they monitored it even though we were delayed. He was friendly and gave us tips for getting to know the city.

Excellent driver, Alfredo, and company. I always use them. Alfredo contacted me via WhatsApp with his details before I left. Even when my fly was cancelled and I had to fly in 10 hours later, Alfredo was there waiting for me (I sent him a WhatsApp message with the new details). Super service!

i was left stranded with no response or even a cancellation or apology. I ended up booking an uber after waiting over 30 minutes, with multiple attempts reaching out with nonresponse. My 6-year-old was exhausted enough from the long flight and this was a very poor experience. Not reliable at all

Stay away and use Uber. We arrived and I received a message that our driver was 30 minutes late, 2 hours later we were still waiting do we decided to call Uber. Stay away from this company!!!!

The car was not quite as expected (thought it would be a nicer van not a small old sedan) and it did not come with bottled water. However our flight was much delayed and we appreciated the driver keeping communication with us till we found him outside the customs.

Easy pick up from airport to hotel. Bigger car too so easy for a large group to get in and out of the airport.

Safe drive. Clean car. Driver spoke little English but used translator to communicate. Car was big enough to fit 5 people and all the luggage comfortably. Driver arrived on time.

They did not show up. Messaged a few days prior saying he'd send a pick up location and check in upon landing. Neither happened and we ended up paying for a taxi after our red eye flight.

The driver will wait outside of the terminal for you to arrive. Our driver connected with us the day before the ride pickup and after we arrived. Great service.

good communication from the company and driver the day before we arrived via What's App. Original driver notified us of a driver change (maybe because our flight arrived 30" early), and the new driver contacted us via What's App. He was not proficient in English, but between the two of us using translations apps we were able to find the meeting spot easily.

Quick and easy way to get from the airport to your downtown hotel. The driver contacted me before my arrival and informed me he would contact upon my arrival in Mexico City (which he did). We connected based on the information he provided and I had a very comfortable ride to my hotel. The car was roomy, almost new, and comfortable. I’d highly recommend this service.

Using Viator was easy and felt safe. Driver was exceptional and very attentive to driving. Provided photo of his vehicle, and communicated frequently before pick up. App was beneficial.

Great experience. The driver reached out 24 hours ahead of time to give me information about the pick up. Also the day of made sure I knew where to find him. Was helpful and very friendly.

The experience didn’t take place. We were late as we were waiting for our luggage from baggage claim when the driver threatened to leave since their wait time was only an hour. Luckily he did offer to wait around. When booking, details shared that each person could bring up to 3 pieces of luggage. When the three of us got there with our luggage, he denied the ride because his vehicle couldn’t accommodate. I even messaged the driver when he reached out days before to let him know how many of us there were and how many pieces of luggage to expect. We had to get a taxi and spend more money on transportation. I would not recommend this booking to anyone and will not be using them again.

Overall the experience was not the greatest. It was just like ordering an uber. Driver made us wait for at least 15 min and door 8 and honestly it didn’t feel as though the driver cared about helping with luggage. Nor were they interested in welcoming us. I would not use again

The balloon ride was awesome Our tour was to include transfer to location, breakfast, balloon ride, and pyramid excursion We had to pay uber to balloon ride, no breakfast and pay uber to pyramids and uber back to our hotel. We were on the phone with uber for 30 min night before to confirm our 4-5 am pickup etc. we had a technical problem accessing our vouchers and Viator tried to send email but we could not access then she said they were having technical problems. When we arrived at balloons we inquired about our tour booked and they said no just balloon ride. So Viator has issues and I will be contacted customer service for parcel refund for what we did not receive—uber transfers costs, breakfast and our ticket price we paid ourselves at the pyramids.
