Our visit to Teotihuacán was one of the highlights of our trip to Mexico City. The pyramids were absolutely breathtaking, and the whole experience was even better thanks to our wonderful guide, Daniel. Daniel was very knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about the history and culture of Teotihuacán. He explained everything in an engaging way and answered all of our questions without making the tour feel rushed or overwhelming. We really appreciated how comfortable and enjoyable he made the experience. We learned so much while still having plenty of time to take in the incredible views and explore the archaeological site. I highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mexico City. Teotihuacán is a must-see, and having a great guide like Daniel makes it even more memorable. Definitely a 5-star experience!

Our trip to Teotihuacán was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The entire experience was very well organized, and everything went smoothly. Our guide, Aníbal, was fantastic. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate about Mexican history and culture. He made the visit to Teotihuacán much more interesting by explaining the history and meaning behind the pyramids in a way that was easy to understand and truly engaging. Our driver, Eric, was also excellent. He was professional, punctual, and drove very safely, which made the transportation comfortable and stress-free throughout the day. Teotihuacán itself was incredible, but having such a great guide and driver made the experience even more special. We learned a lot, had plenty of time to enjoy the site, and felt well taken care of the entire time. I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Mexico City. If you get Aníbal as your guide and Eric as your driver, you’re in great hands!

Hannibal is a hidden treasure and a wealth of knowledge. He was attentive, engaged and interesting. I appreciated his deep connection to the culture and his willingness to be flexible to take the tour the direction my boyfriend and I desired. If you get him as your guide, consider yourself amongst one of the finest humans and teachers I have encountered all over the world.

Its was an amazing trip... I was taken care by both of them... Denial and my Guide missing his name. Add it in your comments plz. Belive me when in unknown city, you have language barrier but the friends out here made it as easy as it could be... Food, water, clicking pictures and guiding your tour with the information you may not find in web world. Polke tasting was once of the things I will never forget with Jacqueline. Really smooth, high-end experience Everything just worked, like zero stress from start to finish. We were actually contacted right after booking, which was a really nice touch. They stayed in touch the whole time, making sure we had all the info we needed. On the day of the tour, we were welcomed with bottled water and some snacks, which honestly makes a difference after an early start. Héctor was on top of everything the whole time, taking care of timing, logistics, and all the small details. You can tell there’s real attention behind the scenes, not just a typical tour. It honestly felt more like a curated experience than a tour, private, comfortable, and very well put together without feeling forced or too formal. We’ve done a few tours in different countries and this one definitely stands out. Would book again without thinking twice.

So worth it honestly I wasnt sure at first about booking a private tour because of the price, but wow… totally worth it. Aníbal was super chill and knew a LOT, but not in a boring way. He explains things easy and even my kids didnt get bored (which says a lot 😂). Everything felt relaxed, no rush, and the lunch was actually really good. Would 100% do it again.

I wasn’t sure which of these tours to book as there were so many to choose from - I definitely made the right choice! Friendly and professional throughout, Anibal was a fantastic, knowledgeable and endlessly enthusiastic guide. He sent a WhatsApp the evening beforehand to reassure us all was well and gave advice on the weather forecast and what to bring, along with a photo of the van so we would know what to look for in the morning. He messaged again in the morning to advise he was outside (they arrived early), but reassured us we could take as much time as we needed. Then during the journey, he engaged my three children with some history (aged 9-11) and provided water and snacks. The first stop at the Basilica was interesting and filled with the detailed relevant history that had my children engaged and asking questions for half of the drive afterwards - he is a excellent at making history fun for children. The same applied to the pyramids themselves - entertaining and filled with history throughout, with obvious personal enthusiasm from his father having worked on the restoration. Finally the stop for lunch was a peaceful shaded haven with delicious Mexican food - I wasn’t sure what my children would eat but all the plates were empty. A fantastic day out and I would highly recommend

Honestly, visiting Teotihuacán was much more beautiful than I expected. The place has an energy and a connection with nature that you feel from the moment you arrive. Walking among the pyramids, enjoying the landscape, and learning a little more about the history made the day very special. Our guide, Daniel, was excellent. Very friendly, relaxed, and extremely knowledgeable. You can tell he enjoys what he does and is truly passionate about sharing the history and culture of this place. It wasn't the typical tour full of facts you have to memorize; everything felt much more natural and entertaining. I also really liked that we were able to enjoy the place calmly, observe the details, take photographs, and simply appreciate the beauty of Teotihuacán. Without a doubt, an experience I would recommend to anyone who wants to get to know Teotihuacán in a different, calm way, and with a lot of respect for the history, culture, and environment. 🌿 Thank you, Daniel, for making this day so special.

Exceptional trip, I loved everything

The attention and service are excellent, the information provided from the beginning was accurate, the attention from the guides both at the pulque and obsidian workshop, as well as our guide Anna inside Teotihuacán was excellent, the transfer with Diana was very pleasant, everyone was always super attentive and making sure that you enjoy yourself and don't have to worry about anything, my boyfriend and I were amazed, without a doubt they are the best at planning, 100% recommended.

I thought it was going to be “yet another tour”... total error. Ever since Daniel wrote to us before the day, it felt different. Everything flowed easy. Erick organized everything flawless and during the tour we never felt a rush. That changes everything for me.

We booked this tour almost by intuition... and it ended up being the best thing about the trip. It wasn’t just going to Teotihuacan, it was understanding it. Hannibal has a way of explaining that he catches you unawares. There were times when we literally just sat silent listening. Very few experiences achieve that.

We were a little doubtful if it was worth a private tour, but after living it we completely understood why it was. Since Erick coordinated everything, communication was excellent and very professional. On the day of the tour, Ulysses was attentive at all times, with an incredible attitude and always looking for us to be comfortable. There were small details that made a difference, like adjusting times, making extra stops and never making us feel rushed. It was a very complete, well-kept and above all very human experience. They picked me up and dropped me off very close to the hotel. They showed me typical products of the area left the pyramids and their food. Daniel and Ulysses were very attentive and unbeatable treatment. I will repeat with them some experience without a doubt.

Take the tour of Teotihuacan and Basilica of Guadalupe with lunch. That day before getting into the van that would take us on the tour, we had the earthquake in Mexico City, having been with joy and Daniel was a blessing as I never experienced such a situation! And there the adventure began, always attentive to how we were all, Joy very complete all her guide during the day and lunch very varied and delicious. I would definitely hire them back when I get back to Mexico.
