This was such a nice and informative tour. Galy was a great guide and gave great recommendations. I would recommend to book your tour after 9:00 a.m. when most places are open.

Ari was our guide. He took time to show us what was most important and meaningful. He shared his insights and recommendations for local favorites. Ari was kind, generous and helpful! Thank you!!
Barbara was the sweetest person ever! She showed us everything single thing around and was very detailed about it all. If we ever come back we’re definitely coming back to this adorable girl.
Ari was such a kind and knowledgeable guide! We could tell he really loves Coyoacán and shared so many special bits of information with us about the area and Mexico in general. We got caught in a heavy downpour so didn’t get to see as much of the neighborhood as we would’ve liked, but Ari stayed with us past the allotted time and was great company while we waited out the rain. We would definitely sign up for more tours with Ari again!!
Wonderful tour of Coyoacan. Around my tour guide spoke English and showed me Coyoacan. I learned do much about the area I had Ben staying in for two months. I never knew much till he showed me it! The tour covered history, the arts and exciting squares and a bustling market. Ari was very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend this tour.
This was a very informative guided tour by Ricardo. We appreciated all the historical details he provided along our route. 100% recommend this tour.
We enjoyed our tour and our tour guide, Ernesto, was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. We were the only ones in the tour, so it was very private.
We misunderstood the scope of this tour. Initially. It does not go into the Frida Kahlo museum. However, it was a nice tour of the Coyocan neighborhood. In addition to the neighborhood, we got to go into a lovely church and a local market. Our guide helped me look for souvenirs, at my request. We were never pressured to buy anything. We also thoroughly enjoyed the ice cream and churros. We did pay for those independently.. if I had understood more, I would have booked this tour on a Saturday. During the tour, we learned that there is a local art market on Saturdays. I think that would have been very fun.
This tour was everything we had hoped for. Daniel was a fabulous knowledgeable guide who went above and beyond describing the local culture.
Ari was a wonderful tour guide and gave us an incredible in depth and personal experience of the vibrant and rich neighborhood of the Coyoacan. We felt as if we were walking and talking with a friend excited to show us around the neighborhood he loved. In addition to telling us about the area, he pointed out the best of everything, restaurants, churrerias (Churreria el Moro), bars, and stalls at the market. He led us to a chocolatier in the market where we sampled numerous varieties of Mexican chocolate. Ari patiently waited and encouraged us to enjoy. He showed us historic squares, and churches, adding stories to enrich the experience. As the tour grew to a close, he helped us plan the rest of our day in Coyoacan - we stayed in the neighborhood 10 hours in part because of his wonderful suggestions. I highly recommend Ari's tour!
For the tour it was just me, my girlfriend and the tour guide ( Daniel ) and we really enjoyed it. Daniel is such an amazing guy, showed us the city, gave us really good tips on where we should eat, go shopping and very knowledgeable as well during the tour. If you would like to know coyoacan I would recomend since it's a very chilled experience.
I recently took a guided walking tour of the Coyoacán neighborhood, home to Frida Kahlo and Diego Rivera. My guide, Galilea, was very knowledgeable and provided interesting historical facts along the way. The pace was relaxed and enjoyable. She was very welcoming and pleasant to be around. I recommend this tour; however, I would advise against going on a Monday if you want to visit museums, as they are all closed.
Ismael was great, we learned a lot. It was fun to walk around the area and see the history in front of you. The rain did make things bad
Francisco was knowledgeable and showed us the best sites, with great suggestions for the best churros and hot chocolate! He was super accommodating when we couldn’t finish the walk and had a great sense of humor throughout. A highly recommended and memorable experience!”
Ari was amazing. He was knowledgeable in the history of this beautiful country. We came across places we wouldn't of known about without our tour guide. I would highly recommend this tour
This was an overrated tour. It pales in comparison to other tours we did. The tour guide was however, very accommodating and friendly.
Ismael is an excellent guide, expert in history and fantastic at communicating it. Enjoyable and enriching experience.
The tour guide knew very little and we expected way more from the organisers. At one point it almost felt like we knew more.
Highly recommended. Our tour guide Jesus knows a lot about history and places to visit. He's flexible and fun, allowing us to experience some of the street food.
We very much enjoyed the tour and all the information given by Ismael was so interesting. We would definitely recommend.
We loved having an insiders view of this historic neighborhood. Jesus was very enthusiastic about the history and kept it lively and interesting.
A good, informative introductory tour to the Coyoacon neighborhood. It was nice to become familiar with the area and the guide was very knowledgeable as he shared the history for each location. His help was also very much appreciated in locating a pharmacy on the tour route for medication for an ill family member.
Our guide, Victor, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and fun to be with. If he is representative of this firm, you will have a broadening and pleasant experience.
Victor was an excellent guide. He has a deep level of knowledge about Coyoacán and he is a very good communicator. I enjoyed my time.
Frida Kahlo house and the public market were highlights. Having a local guide with boots on the ground made our experience so well worth the cost. Ismael was great
Excellent experience, guide was on time and answered every single question. I just hoped there was more Frida kahlo information as I booked this specifically to learn about Frida and her family’s life.
What a wonderful tour! We learnt so much. Victor, our guide, was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and we got to see a lot in this relatively short amount of time. Highly recommended!
Excellent tour and overall experience. Our tour guide Ismael was a gem -- very knowledgeable and personable. Communication before and after the meet up was spot on. Worth the money and time.
Our guide Victor was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the city. He was courteous and took us to some hidden places in the city that made it very interesting.
The guide Vicktor was very knowledgeable and willing to inform us of the history and interesting details. Enjoyed his company
The guide didn't show up due to some issue. I wish the company would've sent us a email or given us a call so we could plan things accordingly.
Francisco is an amazing guide who shares not only his knowledge about frida kalo but as well a lots of personal informations about mexicans, their cultures and lifes! We enjoyed it very much and we‘ll come back! Thank you
Very friendly people and eager to show you around with a lot of information. A lot of stories about the area and the famous artist . Learn d so much about the life and personality of Frida Kahlo .
I totally recommend to visit Coyoacán, It's a nice and colorful neighborhood, plenty of Mexican culture. The tour was so interesting, our guide knew a lot of stories and we was so kind. After the tour he show us some places to eat traditional food! It's a really good option!
Coyoacán is a place to walk quietly and enjoy its streets and artisan markets. Matilda our civitatis tour guide showed us this neighborhood of CDMX and told us the history of the highlights as well as its monuments. We loved the tour and our guide, his enthusiasm and his desire to make us enjoy the city.
They let us extend a tour on a date that they said they "didn't work," charged us, promised us a refund... and almost a month later they haven't.
Really a neighborhood to visit and discover on foot Very picturesque; many shops and street activities; a beautiful square; a beautiful church with a very beautiful altar
It was a good experience. The tmb group helped a lot because they were so fun. The guide Erick very friendly and the student tmb. Helpful tips:). The tip estimate they recommend seems excessive... But they didn’t put on a bad face or say something when I gave them what I could really give (which has happened to me with other tours in other countries).
A tour of the most emblematic places of Coyoacán; at the same time they tell you about the interesting life of Frida Kalho. I recommend the tour. It is a very cozy, safe place with many Mexican crafts:) Excellent option if you want a quiet walk with your partner or family.
It was a very informative tour, very complete information. Coyoacán very nice and the guides very friendly and with a wide knowledge of the subject. Erick very friendly and always attentive to our questions. I highly recommend the tour. All very safe. Thanks guys and girls.
