Service was very communicative and professional - they were able to communicate with me prior to our travel via WhatsApp and were very clear on pick up time and car. They were able to help provide a car seat for my 16-month-old which was a big deciding factor in who we went with. Would recommend!
Seamless experience. Great communication on WhatsApp to let him know possibility of flight delay, then we had a baggage claim issue. Very accommodating. Very comfortable ride into town, and were offered cold beverages from cooler. Definitely recommend, would use them again

Prompt pickup by a courteous driver in a clean large luxury SUV. The communication from the driver was also excellent. We were coming from the US, so he communicated ahead of time and throughout our trip to make sure we were relieved that it would be a smooth trip and it was.

The Gran Hotel Ciudad de Mexico exceeded all expectations. It has a perfect location-and overlooks the main square (Zocalo) . The staff was exceptional from the front desk to the fabulous roof top restaurant. We will be back!!!
Our flight was one hour late but our driver let us know that he was available. He met us with my name on a sign. It was a little chaotic in the arrival hall. The drive took one hour for fifteen kilometres but the SUV was new, clean with water
Perfect airport pick up and delivery to our Airbnb. Our driver was very professional and helpful. Met us at the main airport exit after baggage claim with my name on a sign. BIG CITY- so having her meet us and deliver was awesome. Loved her.
We were met after customs by a sign holding person who then called the driver. The vehicle was a clean Lincoln Navigator. Everyone was courteous and professional. Bottled water was provided. We were driven to our hotel with no issues. However, although the Viator web site was relatively easy to use to make a booking from MEX airport to the hotel, it was impossible to navigate the site to make the return booking. The site asked about our return, but there was no capability to actually make such a booking. We were only able to do so directly with the driver on the way to the hotel. In looking at other Limo services this problem is not unique to the one we chose. Viator needs to fix this. It is not a reflection on the very good service we experienced on the day.

We booked this service for private transportation from the airport to our hotel and then hotel to airport when departing. Everything was seamless and professional. Our driver Xchel was communicative and prompt on both trips. We needed a 5:40 am pick-up for our return trip and Xchel was there right on time. We had a party of 6 and easily fit with all of our luggage in the SUV. Highly recommend and would use this service again on my next trip.

Xchelo made contact the same day to let us know he was waiting for us (I recommend you download WhatsApp prior since you can use the airport WiFi to communicate if you don't have service). He helped us with the bags and had a beautiful Lincoln Navigator waiting for us. Never got to use the driver. Communications with this app based business was poor. The actual email was not outlined where pickup up would occur and while I was waiting at midnight in Mexico City in an area where other passengers on the same flight had drivers with the name signs of party for pick up finally got concerned when we were the only ones left. As time passed I tried calling the help line and got put through multiple levels of automated recordings with no actual support. I ended hiring an Uber driver and got an email from the driver while I was already in another car that he was waiting in the parking area. Awful experience. Driver may have been fine, but the actual company is not who I will ever use again for any if their services.

Our driver Xcel was a complete professional, and was awaiting us with a sign on arrival. We traveled to Mexico with our small dog & he was so kind as to stop us off at a grassy area along the way so our pup could have a rest stop. The car was premium quality, smooth ride and had a small cooler with refreshments to top it off. The seats had a book on Mexican history, which got us more inspired for our time here. Would absolutely book again. Top tier pickup!

Sara & Shell picked me up and couldn’t do enough for me. They were waiting at the organised pick up place and my flight was just slightly delayed too. No extra cost, unlike some scammers. No hidden costs. They are good drivers and fluent in both English & Spanish. It was so well organised and so easy. They made it pleasant after a long flight. They offered extra food information on what to see with exploring Mexico & little tips. There were condiments and water waiting on the car, which is included. They couldn’t do enough for me. The price was reasonable considering the journey & luxury car and lots of space. I will request their services every time and they are available for other journeys. Much appreciated. Thank you.

Celso was at the exit from baggage waiting for us with a sign. It was about 4 PM - maximum rush hour. He delivered us safely and sanely to our hotel, navigating difficult traffic with ease. We had never been in Mexico City before and speak only bits and pieces of Spanish. Celso communicated well with us, chatted and made us feel at home in his beautiful city. It was such a relief! Our driver was wonderful, her communicated with him regarding a delay, he was responsive and pleasant. He made us aware there were streets blocked around our hotel due to an event and that he would get us as close as he could. He got us within a block of the hotel so we wouldn’t have to drag our baggage. Definitely recommend.
