Private Mexico City Airport Transfer – Aicm To/from Hotel

Transport communicated pickup time well in advance of trip. Driver was friendly and got us safely to our gate on time

we scheduled a airport pickup service paid US $88. When we arrived at the airport no one showed up to pickup. After 45 minutes we contacted the customer service and they couldn’t help. Had to take Taxi which h was half the cost and right away. Trying to get refund, let see how it goes.

My driver was there on time no waiting. He spoke very good English and advised me about a local taco shop around the corner from my hotel that was much less than dining at the hotel.

We were glad that this night time service was available, since we needed to be picked up at 3:00am for our early morning flight. Upon receiving the confirmation on the app, I noticed that the drop off location was incorrect. Through the text service on the app, after some back and forth, the location was updated to the correct drop off which was the Mexico City International Airport. Our driver arrived 10 minutes early and called me to inform me of his arrival. He was very attentive and got us to the airport safely and on time.

Driver was friendly and punctual. We were surprised at the condition of the vehicle. The car wasn’t very clean (car parts and dog hair) and smelled of wet dog which may not bother others but we have several pet allergies. It was a quick trip and we opened a window.

This is a scam. You hook to be picked up at the airport and when the car does not arrive where you are to be picked up they claim somehow the airport you booked a pick up from is outside the service area and won’t refund. Do not use. This is either a scam or just incredibly poor customer service. Sad that Viator won’t offer better service

Easy and solid airport transfer. Post customs can be a little tricky. Doors 5-8 are up the escalator

car was clean and driver was on time. Service dog friendly. Driver helped me carry my suitcase on and off the car.

Our driver was super courteous. We were stuck at custom for more than 40 mins at 330am but he still waited for us and greeted us very friendly. Spoke English and definitely felt welcomed and safe.

The driver waited offsite and communicated by text. He was not waiting outside of customs as promised. The car was very small and full of trash. He did drive safely and we got to the hotel on time.

No one met us when we landed. We waited 15 min and texted the # provided. No answer, so we took an Uber, which we should have done in the 1st place. If the driver is not there to meet you in the airport when you arrive, this service provides no advantage over taxis or ride sharing apps.

Professional service. No problems from pick up to drop off. Car was air conditioned which I appreciated. Driver was friendly.

Pick up was a No-show, and did not contact me by phone, text or email. I had to grab a taxi at hotel to get to airport. I expect Viatior will refund my pre-paid fees for this. Ivill be contacting Viator to discuss.

I utilized Viator as a hotel shuttle from the airport to the hotel. And then did the same in return. This was a little more expensive then using Uber but the communication was very good and the experience was excellent. Anna, the driver was great. Interestingly enough she drove me on Saturday evening and then again early Wednesday morning in leaving the hotel. I would definitely use Viator again if I ever have the chance to return to Mexico City.

The transfer from the airport to the hotel - Driver was late and could not communicate whether he was at the airport or on his way. Knew ZERO english. I don’t expect the drivers to be fluent but if you’re working with international travelers, they must know the basics. The transfer from the hotel to the airport- Excellent. On time. Communication was great.

1. The person that met us at the airport didn’t speak any English. 2. Driver was 45 minutes late. 3. The driver didn’t have AC turned on in the car and preferred to have the windows down instead. 4. Take an Uber! It’s cheaper, faster and better vehicles.

the ride was late but he apologized because he was caught in traffic. he communicated with me about the lateness by phone so i wasn't worried the driver was polite and efficient

I am so glad I booked this. Our driver was waiting with our name on a little sign. So easy to find after a long day for traveling out driver was so nice and gave us great recommendations. Would absolutely recommend

Great choice if you’re just looking for safe transportation from the airport to your hotel. Driver was there waiting for us when we finished with customs so we didn’t have to look for them. Very convenient!

If you want to spend $45 to get from the airport to Condesa Roma instead of $7 you should use this service. They also upcharged me $10 per passenger after I had made the reservation which I had to pay to the driver in cash.

Our flight was delayed and our bags were lost. The driver waited patiently for an extra two hours without compliant and was super nice. Great experience overall!

The staff in the hotel were excellent, Michelle,Elvia and Lorena in the Lobby bar, also luis in the buffet restaurant were excellent.

Viator sent us a driver to the hotel I had cancelled (Downtown Mex City) AND a driver to Gran Hotel Ciudad Mexico who got there late. First driver rerouted to Gran and I had to pay AGAIN in cash($40.00) Viator owes me $58.00 for our prepaid service

Hector was great. Was there after baggage claim waiting for us to take us to our hotel. Definitely recommend

Good communication. I updated them on the delayed flights via WhatsApp and they were there within 5 mins of our arrival. Driver was excellent.

I booked this because I didn’t want to deal with the expense of a larger Uber due to having luggage. Super impressed with our driver who found us through the crowds and then brought the van to us in the parking garage rather than having us have to walk so far.

Sergio was a super nice guy. He didn’t speak much English (enough to get by) and let me practice my poor Spanish with a lot of patience which I really appreciated.

We were met as we walked out of customs, greeted warmly and escorted to a waiting SUV. The drive into town was pleasant with both the escort and driver pointing out prominent landmarks. The driver was careful and drove at a reasonable speed with the flow of traffic. I would recommend this service to others.
