Our driver welcomed us via text upon arrival, sent photos of his car and plate number so we could quickly identify him when he arrived, and which door number for us to meet him. Friendly, communicated via what’s app translation, asked us what music we would like and when we said: “ Mexican” he sang along with the radio! We loved it. Very efficient.
The driver was very patient and waited for us even though customs took over an hour we were very grateful to have them there after such a long yrip
We booked this transfer from airport advising 3 adults. When we arrived the company told us a sedan is on its way to pick us up. I let them know a sedan would not fit 3 people plus our luggage. They turned around and said we would need to pay for an upgrade of a minivan. I responded that is not our responsibility we made a booking with the correct amount of people and bags. I would not recommend this company, as a traveller arriving in a foreign company you want the process to be smooth not stressful.

It was a prearranged airport transfer to my hotel. They were not clear at all about where they would pick me up. No one met me with a sign which is the reason why I pre booked the transfer. After about 40 minutes after I went through customs, I received a text with details of the vehicle waiting outside. In the meantime I had no idea where they would pick me up.It was very stressful.
Mr. Juarez, our driver, was incredibly responsive. He put our minds at ease as when you first arrive in CDMX you're immediately aware of how very large the city is. Mr. Juarez kept in communication with us and once we were out of the airport, we were on our way in about five minutes.

Make sure to give yourself a lot of time to get from and to the airport as it is one busy place! Our driver was a nice guy who apologized for the wait but it wasn't his fault. Vehicle was clean and large enough to carry all four suitcases and personal items. I definately recommend their service.

I was so disappointed with this service. We waited 30 minutes and the provider never showed up. The guy that was holding the sign and waited with us was very nice, but he couldn't give us an update on when the driver would finally pick us up. He kept saying 5 minutes, 10 minutes then 20 minutes. We ordered a Uber XL and it arrived in 3 minutes. Do not use this service for mexico city. It may work great in other cities but not Mexico city.
Great communication! I was able to find my person of contact and they were able to transfer me to my transportation easily! The price is affordable and I did not have to wait. My transportation was ready to pick me up.
It was a truly unfortunate experience. We hired this company to make our travel smooth and easy and it proved to be a rip off. The company only alots 60 mins from the time you land for pick up before they charge extra! Being that they are the experts they should know that timeline is impossible when traveling in a group through a major international airport. This truly made it feel like a scam. The van was very small and I am sorry to say this was a very unfortunate and stressful experience. I would not recommend this company.
Short easy drive from airport with Guerrmo. Booked him for return. He haf a sign with my name at airport. No problem finding him.
I thought that the driver would be in the terminal with a sign with our name on it to receive us. We ended up going out on the curb after exchanging text messages with him. We would have been just as well off by calling for an Uber ride which would have been less expensive. Not bad, but not what I was expecting. No worries.
Communication between the tour operator to airport pick-up agent in Mexico City was not clear. I made several attempts to find out about the pick-up location- eg which door, what sign to look for... on and on with multiple people. I lost count of how many people I spoke to. After 45 minutes of waiting outside, “I” found the agent.
My driver Daniel was super helpful and gave detailed information on how to find him in the CDMX airport. Felt safe and would definitely be taking another service again.
I was meeting two friends at the airport to spend a week in CDMX and thought I’d arrange transportation. Also we were arriving at two different terminals and this seemed like the only way for us to connect. I was told it wouldn’t be a problem to go from terminal 1 to terminal 2. Everything seemed good, until the day of our flight. Bad weather on my end meant a one hour delay. I messaged the driver and kept him informed. I landed, got to baggage claim. My friends were waiting for me outside. The whole time I was communicating with my driver, letting him know what was happening. And then he messaged me and told me I had one hour from the time I landed. I told him I didn’t understand. He said after one hour he had to leave. So, flight delays, hold ups in immigration or baggage claim can end up being a reason for a driver to just leave you stranded even after you paid? This was nuts. I ended up meeting him within my hour window but it added stress to the trip rather than making it easier. Lesson learned. I won’t do this again.
Advertised as a Large SUV with a suburban pictured. Ford explorer showed up which is not a large SUV and it was a very tight fit for 5.
car was a very small chevy, fortunately we just travel with carryon. Driver contacted us and we gave him arrival time but he did keep us waiting half an hour.

This was an absolutely terrible experience. I booked airport transfer from MEX airport to our hotel in Polanco. Unfortunately, our flight was rescheduled day-of by the airline for a later flight. The driver company would not agree to change pick up to the later time, which might have been okay wherever offered a refund at least due to circumstances beyond our control. Despite the aviator customer service representative assuring me via phone that I would receive a refund back to my credit card, I was subsequently told by visitor that they would not refund because the driver service would not agree. Absolutely horrible experience and customer service. I rebooked outside of visitor on my own and paid for both. Never again.

Mexico City is beautiful. The people are friendly and accommodating and the food is fantastic. Our driver Marco did a great job, so we had no complications. He was on time and very friendly. Don't use this service. There was no communication on where to meet and when we finally figured it out with the help of a cab driver we were approached by a young man with our name on a sign who took us to a cab line. We waited there for a half hour and ended up in a cab. We paid $25 for a car and driver and instead got a cab that would have cost $15, after a one hour delay. Felt like a total bait and switch.

Easy to book the car service and my driver was at the airport when I arrived. There was good communication prior to the booking and also the driver contacted me when he was at the airport and communicated clearly where to meet him. All very stress free.
This is the way to go!No fuss with trying to figure out a taxi! Victor was on time and in communication from the moment we landed! Got us to the hotel from the airport in a safe manner and even pointed out sites and locations along the way.
Speaking with the drive and learning about Mexico City . Learned a lot about DF culture. Also was able to brush up on my Spanish while helping the driver with his English.
Our plane was later than expected however the driver waited for us. He was pleasant and helpful and drove safely.
My flight was delayed, but I sent you that information before take off in Frankfurt. I was first person out of the aircraft. Still I had to queue for almost 2h for immigration. Then I was told the time for my transfer has passed. I had to take a normal taxi and pay for that. Means I have paid twice for the same transfer since you couldn’t send me the one I paid for. Driver was very nice but we had to wait for him once we were outside. I booked a business SUV and another car picked us us… Will not book again.
My flight arrived at midnight, and the baggage took a while to arrive on the belt. The driver messaged me that he would only wait an hour for me. I flew business class and was literally the first person off the plane. How can there be an hour waiting limit? It’s an international flight. Luggage and customs are things passengers can’t control. Thankfully I as able to find him before the 1 hour “limit”. But I had to go find him at a specific gate/door, which was extra frustrating as I’m not familiar with the airport and the Mexico City airport is massive.

Was very helpful. Easy to meet up. Plan on sometimes waiting forever in the line for customs. He gave lots of advice on where to go.
