The scheduled driver left because the plane had a 30min delay without letting us know. However, he did book another driver for us after our request who came quite fast. It was still very surprising and disapointing to be left like that after planning the drive to the hotel to avoid the hassle of looking for one.
Excellent service! Driver communicated day ahead, meeting instructions were clear, and he was punctual. He even circled back to the airport because I had left my debit card at an ATM. Car was super clean and comfortable. Would book again easily.
I landed half hour following a long narrow police search
Great service Waited for us when flight was delayed. Would highly recommend
Perfect everything was as expected.
A very comfortable trip, the driver went very kind and attentive and also very careful driver. It was a perfect way to go to Agadir from airport than you so much
Fast and reliable...no problem.
Polite and professional driver with precise timing for collection. He speaks excellent English and is very knowledgeable, making the journey feel comfortable and stress free. I would highly recommend this driver and would definitely use the service again.
Drivers were very friendly and on time!
Great treat. I would recommend it
10/10 experience. Abdou was super attentive, gave us great recommendations, and is a fantastic driver. We 1000% recommend.
Clean car, timely communication & pick up details were perfect
Excellent service met by. Friendly guide who had our name and explained everything- very helpful and the driver was lovely.
Great experience. Aziz was a very nice driver, Even helped is to find out appartment.
I texted the pickup driver as soon as I landed and called when I got out of the airport. Told me he'd arrive in 5 minutes but this turned to about an hour wait outside the airport. He wasn't even apologetic when he arrived and then proceeded to drop me off about 10 minutes away from the riad, well short of the normal drop off zone, according to my riad. He even told me to give the cart pusher 5MAD for carting my 3 small bags and showing me the way to the riad.
Very late to collect us - had to wait over 45 minutes
Great taxi service very nicely looked after with texts and pictures where to meet
very nice driver that even informed us about local things
Great driver and service. The driver could not drive all the way, had to walk 200-300 meters with luggage, but it was no problem :)
Thanks to Hamza. Very punctual..friendly nice and very good driver. He drove to the point I asked quick and safely. Shokran
Without problems. The driver was waiting at te terminal with our name
It was a great experience so punctual and polite Drivers. Money’s Worth.
Everything was really perfect!
Excellent service thank you for your help
Very happy with driver who was friendly easy to find and very informative with details about pick up
Everything was excellent , they have Air condition,
It was an amazing experience, and everything went smoothly from the airport to the riad.
The transfer to Marrakesh Menara airport was conducted in an excellent manner. The driver was professional and the communication with him was smooth and punctual. He was also very kind and friendly. Thank you!🙏🏻 🌷
Excellent service driver Abdulrehman was very professional thank you
We had programmed the taxi at 6h30 AM. The taxi woke us up calling at 5h30 and telling us he couldn’t come at 6h30 but wanted to advance the meeting at 6h. In brief, we got woken up by the taxi who didn’t respect the asked time.
Friendly service, waiting for us in arrivals with our name on a board as requested. Clean minivan, safe and friendly driver. Would recommend. Thank you.
Amazing driver, i really recommend!!
Great communication before the pick up and the following day. We used Agadir airport WI-FI. Smooth ride to the city. Many thanks!
The meet up was clear, instructions sent day before by both the driver and asssistant and they met us right at the front . The vehicle was well air conditioned and smooth.
A good minivan for a family of 3 and luggage. Spacious, good air conditioning.
The driver didn’t know where the drop off location was. I had to show him on my phone and hold it throughout the journey. When I asked him, did you not get the notification of where the drop off location is, he didn’t respond. It was good that I had internet to show the driver otherwise we would’ve be stranded. Not worth the money we paid for.
Abdelhak was very helpful in helping us find where we needed to go in the medina as reaching your road required walking. He spoke to our host for us and got use there very conveniently. Was hugely appreciated.
Very positive experience, pickup at the airport was perfectely in time, driver Mohammed was professional and kind
It was so sufficient, the driver txt me once the plane landed, waited outside with sign with my name, the car was with air-conditioning, even he helped to call the management for early check-in, fair play to him.
Nice trip! Mohammed was kind and professional, easy to find him at the Airport. Would recommend Travel Thru
Good driver On time Drivibg safely
Lovely experience, thank you.
Excellent service! Highly recommend From start to finish, the communication was great. Car was super comfortable. Driver Ismail was very professional. Thank you Ismail.
Taxi service was perfect. No waiting time, friendly driver, good vehicle. Fully recommend this service!
Really grateful, thank you so much! it took me some time to get out of the airport due to various airport delays but they were so patient with me. The driver was also very helpful in trying to assist me to get to my accommodation. Thank you team!
I booked a transfer from my hotel in Agadir to the airport. The driver didn't show up. Booking.com tried contacting the driver, but to no avail. Booking.com sent me an Uber, and the driver called back an hour later, saying he was waiting for me at the airport! Total incompetence and lack of common sense. The booking clearly indicated the pickup point, but the driver was clearly too distracted. The driver didn't even apologize or explain the situation. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Punctual Driver and Good service!
Punctual, very spacious vehicle and friendly
Good service, very kind the driver, only I lack a bit of AC in the car.
Excellent driver. Very helpful
