They are nice people. The process was smooth. They were on time. I would just suggest that others first look into buying tickets for the event directly with the venue as it is much cheaper. The service provided by Epic Journey was not at all worth the premium paid. They just meet you outside and take you inside and tell you where to sit (which for the balcony tickets is anywhere you want to sit). Perhaps the more VIP packages are worth the premium price for what you get. The wrestling show itself was awesome!

Itinerary
Your reservation is not your ticket. Our hosts have your balcony tickets. THE MEETING POINT WILL BE AT THE FARMACIA GUADALAJARA ON RAFAEL LUCIO STREET. This is due to the large number of people around the entrances, which obstructs entry and makes it difficult to find us. You will meet one of our hosts at the meeting point wearing a light beige vest with the Epic Journey logo and "AGENCIA REGISTRADA DE TURISMO" letters. Our host will greet you, and we will walk and guide you to the balcony entrance at Arena México, about 130 meters. We will go through the security checkpoint. We have 3 departures: 7:35 pm, 7:55 pm, and 8:15 pm. After these times, you will be marked as a NO-SHOW. Another of our hosts will guide you to the best balcony seats we can find. That's why it's important to arrive on time, and the meeting point is one hour before the event starts. The seats offer a great view from the balcony to the ring. But it's important to arrive on time because there are no assigned seats.

Great fun experience. Absolutely packed so brilliant atmosphere. Guides made it easy and Jacob was superb communicating before wrestling and also helped me straight after too. Don't be nervous if solo. The Uber works fab so very easy and safe.
Great your company and a fun night
Very good and fun experience. We had a really great time!
I was alone there to see the show. Everything was planned perfectly. Victor and Andrea helped all the time. Thanks again for everything.
I arrived 1 hour promptly in advance one of the guides to enter was there he said he had to wait for the other guy to get there that guy was very late we didn't enter until about 15 minutes until the show had gotten ready to begin we were standing outside in the rain waiting for the other worker to arrive I found this to be very unprofessional because if I was at my job I know I would have to do my job
Fantastic night!! The show was so fun and it was very easy to navigate with our guide
What a fun experience.. The crowd was great. The production value is top notch. Walking to the theater and getting in the a little chaotic, but the tour guides do their best to make sure you understand what is going on. After you get into the arena is goes back to being well organized.. If you’re thinking about it, DO IT. You won’t forget it.
Communication and instructions were good and the guides were even better. They met us on time, walked us to our seats and helped us with our first order of beer and water.
A great experience and Roberto was an excellent host! Excellent and attentive customer service with everything arranged well and personalised to me.
Great show highly energetic , the crowd was awesome
The meeting point, the instructions and the promised locations were exactly the primised ones. The host and the guide were kind.
Everything was as described. They walked us through all the way to our seats. Nice people and everything went on time
We had a great time and would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to experience Mexico City !
Jacobo was incredible! This was the best way to see Lucha Libre. We were able to find our guide at the pickup spot very easily, and they guided us to our seats and stayed with us the entire time. Everyone was so kind and we would not have gone where to go without their help! Thank you guys for such a great night.
Loved it! If you want to have fun and get a real taste of Mexico, you should go! Get a mask and join in!
Greats seats, great experience and reliable tickets, definitely wouldn’t have been able to figure it out by myself
No ramps elevator or railings on steps and multiple flights of steps to the balcony. We would have taken lower seats had we known. Still fun
Awesome Experience!! It was super easy to locate the guide! I definitely think if this is your first time, spring for this experience as it can be very crowded around the arena, and very confusing. This experience is straight to the point, find the guide, then the guide takes you to your seats, that’s it. That’s exactly what we were looking for and it met all of our expectations! 10/10 definitely recommend!
Fun experience to do once. Note these are purely just tickets--a travel group host will meet you and present tickets to allow you into the arena and walk you to the balcony area/seats, but there is no tour or additional info/services provided. It may be cheaper to buy tickets directly from the venue. We arrived 1-hr before the start time, as requested, but I recommend arriving maybe 30-20 minutes before because seats didn't fill up closer to the start time and you'll be waiting around a while. About 1.5 hours in, the arena was mostly full so I do recommend purchasing tickets in advance. I didn't realize these fights are very similar to WWE (fake fighting), but it was fun and entertaining. We had arrived to Mexico City this day, so it was a good activity to do that first night because it was fairly chill and something fun to at least do if you're not up for a big night out. We left early to avoid the crowds. I do recommend purchasing a mask outside the venue before you go/wearing during the fight. There are some vendors walking around/selling within the arena but they have limited styles. There are also tons of vendors walking around selling snacks, beer, and drinks. The beer was priced well, I think 120 pesos for one drink, which was two bottles poured into a cup! The snacks (chips w/ chile) were pricey though and not the best.
What a super fun night! The energy in the arena was amazing, and having balcony seats gave us a great view of the action. The guides were helpful, friendly, and spoke very good English, which made everything easy to follow. From getting to the venue to understanding the traditions and wrestlers, we felt well taken care of the entire evening. Overall, a great experience and a must-see if you're visiting CDMX!
The guide communicated well and made everything run smoothly in a very chaotic atmosphere. The experience itself was a lot of fun and entertaining.
If you need to experience one of the vital organs of Mexican culture, this is one of them. The meet-up was smooth (pay close attention to all the messages and images they send you about meeting points) and the energy was electric outside of the stadium. Be sure to buy a wrestling mask for you and family if you really want to get involved. We were in the balcony, but still had a great view of the action. The action really ramps up for the later matches if youd rather arrive later (like a boxing or ufc night). I will say that if you're entire family isn't into wrestling, you can leave early. I grew up watching wrestling, but the faces on my tired family told me when it was time to go. All in all a unique, must try experience
Great experience, the host was available at the entrance of the arena and very friendly and informative. Highly recommended!
The experience was good, however the company Epic Journey raised my ticket costs on the same day of the event (40 usd) and told me that if I did not pay them I would lose the tickets...therefore I recommend that you live the experience, but that you select another company.
Excellent hotel, very central and close to everything, across from the Paris metrobus station
The guides were very tidy and punctual. The experience was excellent on the.show fighting. Highly recommended to know more about the.cultara urban Mexican.
It was a great experience. We only bought tickets through Viator but were super guided. Even when the show ended we were taken to a quiet place where we could easily order an Uber.
Terrible, tickets from 100 pesos to 800% of their value, these tickets in addition to being general and having to waste time waiting until the fights start are not good to see the action there are posts that cover your vision, plus you find them for sale on the day of the event, or on ticketmaster I do not recommend it
