What a way to first encounter the pyramids - awesome. Such a visual spectacle with all the other balloons. A smooth landing straight onto the back of the pick up truck!

As a female solo traveller, this was a perfect tour. The day before, I received the ID picture of the vehicle collecting me at 430 am. The driver and other tour members were wonderful. The hot air balloon was worth the entire price. The cave breakfast and additional tours were added bonuses. 10 out of 10 would recommend this tour to anyone.

It’s was a very nice experience and I can wait to do it again Next time I will definitely my friends and family.

This was hands down one of the best experiences of our entire trip to Mexico City! My partner and I were initially a little nervous about doing a hot air balloon ride, but from the moment we were picked up at our hotel, everything was so easy and well organized. We were incredibly lucky with the weather and conditions and got to have the experience we were hoping for—flying over the Teotihuacán pyramids was absolutely breathtaking! Our pilot was wonderful and clearly took his role very seriously. You could immediately tell how knowledgeable, focused, and experienced he was, and that safety was his top priority while still making sure we were having an incredible time. As someone who was nervous going into the experience, I felt completely comfortable once we were in the air. The experience didn’t end with the balloon ride either. We had an amazing meal at La Cueva, and simply walking into the restaurant was an experience in itself. The food was delicious! Afterwards, we had the opportunity to learn about and taste mezcal, including getting an education on the agave plant, which was such a fun and unexpected part of the day. We also had some time for souvenir shopping before heading over to explore the pyramids. I truly can’t recommend this tour enough. From the hotel pickup, to the balloon ride, food, mezcal tasting, shopping, and visiting the pyramids, everything was seamless from beginning to end. Being picked up and dropped back off at our hotel made the entire day incredibly easy and stress-free. Most importantly, we came away with amazing photos, unforgettable memories, and an experience we’ll be talking about for years. If you’re considering doing this tour, especially if you’re a little nervous like I was, do it—you won’t regret it!

We had a great experience on our hot air balloon flight. First, we got picked up at our hotel which was extremely convenient for the early pick up. All the guides and drivers were very nice and the flight was beautiful! Would recommend to anyone visiting!

This was so much fun! Everyone was so friendly. Landing is definitely much harder than it looks.

Absolutely incredible. Be sure to dress warm but with layers. You can leave your jackets in the van as it gets warmer in the day. I wish I had known that before. My favorite part of the tour was with our guide. He was funny and gave the history in such a clear way that was educational (which I loved) but entertaining for people who may not love history as much. Be SURE to wear a hat. Breakfast was bland, but the cave was really nice. The gift shop has some fun things, but you can get it all much cheaper inside the actual park. 10/10 recommendation. I plan to bring my son back and do this same tour.

Very smooth experience with great communication from pickup and throughout the entire excursion. The hot air balloon ride was amazing and you have the option to purchase photos and videos from the drone that were taken. The breakfast in the cave was included. Food was mediocre but definitely sufficient to keep you sustained throughout the tour. Abril was a wonderful guide and Julio was excellent as we toured the pyramids. Would definitely recommend booking with them!

Highly professional and immersive tour. Other reviews of balloon tour experiences are less coordinated or professional; this was excellent. We had great weather and a highly trained pilot so we flew for the maximum promised 30-45min air time in the balloon. During the flight, there are professional pics and videos taken via drone. Our photographer originally offered the whole photo package for 2000 MXN but was receptive to us haggling for cheaper. And tour guides were entertaining for all the locations (artisans, mezcal flights, Teotihuacan). Tour guides can speak both English and Spanish.
