Regina was a great tour guide and was on time to pick us up, her driving was safe and smooth. The only complaint I’d make is with the agency itself as they had sent us a confirmation for the pickup location the day before but didn’t respond until the morning of so we were worried that we were scammed. However, everything went smoothly and we did everything on the itinerary.

Jesús was fantastic! He was very funny and made us laugh. He made the experience very pleasant. The balloon were very nice.

Amazing Trip! Jesus Hernández nuestro guía was spectacular! His car was impeccable, his driving wonderful and his knowledge of the City was so interesting on the ride to the hot air balloon. Our ballon pilot was fabulous and it was such a memorable experience. Complete with a toast at the end! La Gruta was phenomenal and then we stopped at a local artisan market. 10/10 and well worth the money. Jesus had us one step a head of the crowds all day and it felt like a private tour!

Regina was super pleasant throughout the 6-7hrs we spent together and with all the questions that we had. The tour did not have any tourist traps and you can feel that she was generally concerned about the overall experience for us, giving advice about what packages are worthwhile and which one weren’t of the ones that were offered to us. Would definitely ask for her again on our next trip

We had a fantastic experience. Pick up from our airbnb was confirmed the night before by WhatsApp and they arrived on time…4:45! We were at the globopuerto for around 15-20mins for a quick coffee and pastry before takeoff. The flight itself was amazing- the light is perfect at that time. It didn’t feel rushed at all and our pilot gave us plenty of time for views over the pyramids. Sparkling rosé on landing was a surprise and a lovely touch! Overall an extremely professional and safe outfit - would highly recommend.

The balloon ride itself was spectacular and fun. We were picked up an hour later than promised, which meant we woke up at 5 am for no reason, and we also missed the sunrise ride we were supposed to have. Our archeological guide was kind and full of energy, but her English wasn't very good, which made it hard to understand what she was trying to tell us.

Everything went exactly as planned. Our driver was early, car was nice. We had a great time on the balloon, breakfast was excellent, and the tour of the pyramids was top notch. Would highly recommend!

We were picked up on time, travelled in comfort with our very informative guide, Xavier, who shared with us lots of his knowledge about Mexican culture and history. The hot air balloon experience was out of this world! A once in a lifetime experience. After a glass of bubbles to celebrate a safe landing, we had a very tasty breakfast and tasted some local alcohols and learned about local culture. We then visited the pyramids. I would highly recommend this experience, and hopefully you will be as lucky as us to have Xavier as a guide!

Had a fabulous experience exploring Teotihuacán with Xavi. We were picked up at 5:15am and driven to the hot air balloon experience. Here we had some coffee and snacks before an incredible hour in our hot air balloon. Next, we had a toast and received a certificate of our flight followed by a great breakfast. We then went on to explore Teotihuacán by foot. 10/10 would recommend this experience. We learned so much. Thank you!

The entire trip was very organized. We were picked up at our hotel and taken to the site where we checked in and had some coffee and pastries. Shortly after we were escorted to our balloon. Jorge was an excellent pilot. We had amazing views of the pyramids. The sun rise was an extra cherry on top. Highly recommended!

Javier did an amazing job if guiding us throughout the sculptures of teotihuacan and he explained us a a lot of historical stuff about it, we loved it and would definitely recommend him!

Paseo Olmedo cancelled the tour without a clear explanation after 9pm the night before the tour. My phone was off so I could sleep needing to be up early. I checked my phone at 2am when I woke up. Probably because I had a bad feeling about no contact. It is unexpected and unusual that my pick up place was never acknowledged and a question I had went unanswered even though those things were asked well in advance of departure (2 days to be precise) Anyway, when I learned that my tour was cancelled very unexpectedly and at the last minute I tried to contact the operator. He tried to shame me for expressing disappointment and not understanding why my tour was cancelled. I then turned to Viator for help. Juneishen an agent for them I think found me a perfectly acceptable solution quickly. The day was saved. There are LOTS of tour operators for Teotihuacan. Avoid Paseo Olmedo unless you like to be gas lighted and treated badly or just ignored.

The balloon experience itself was wonderful - which was run by a different company & included in the price of this booking. The 'VIP' portion with private driver was not the premium experience we'd hoped for & felt overpriced at the end. When coordinating a sunrise event - timing is key. Our driver arrived 10 minutes late & was not fully informed or knowledgable about the setup of the experience & was not what I would consider a confident host. (we were not assigned David, whom all the rave reviews are for) Unfortunately, our driver wasted precious time scrambling to figure out the photo options for us and we were not included in the sunrise photo session with the flying company. Ugh! If booking this experience - - perhaps make sure you get David - based on the reviews, he is the best one on the team - if photos are important - make sure to participate in the flying company's photo options as they're taken very professionally & can make for incredible memories. You will have the option to buy them at the end, and they are fabulous! We regret not having been part of the twilight / dawn photos. The breakfast with this tour was just so/so as it was buffet style - not a great selling feature, maybe pack some granola bars if you're selective.

This was a great find! We went in August and it was less busy, weather was great. David was our driver/guide, he was incredible! Took us to the best spots and captured pictures of us. The crew during the balloon ride were great. Our Captain of the hot air balloon brought us close to the pyramids and gave us an amazing view. I would recommend this company compared to the others, especially with how efficient David was. He uses your time wisely and was very personalized. If you can, request David!

David was a great tour guide. He picked us up from our hotel, was a great converser and had a lot of knowledge of Mexico City and its history. In Teotihuacán, he showed us around the pyramids and gave us great explanations, as well as took us to parts we may have missed. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I highly recommend booking this experience.

Amazing experience, one of a kind and totally worth your time, crew there is very nice and courteous, defiantly get package with pictures and drone video. Breakfast spot after has delicious traditional foods. So much better to have a private car driving you around.

David was our guide and driver. He arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel, drive safely and swiftly to the balloon site, and spent time sharing stories and facts while we waited for the fog to clear for a safe takeoff. We enjoyed coffee together and watched the crews assemble the hot air balloons. After an amazing balloon ride, David brought us to a warm and welcoming family restaurant, where we enjoyed huevos and nopales and tamales and chocolate, among other breakfast delights. David then led a comprehensive tour of Teotihuacan and took many photos of my husband and me, which we cherish. Afterwards he drove us back to CDMX, where we arrived around 1pm. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend David and this package!

Everything about this hot air balloon ride was perfect. Picked up by David from our Airbnb right on time. 1 hour drive to the hot air balloon. Greeted at the hot air Balloon company with coffee and cookies. We had the hot air balloon all to ourselves! Smooth ride and the pilots made us feel safe and comfortable. First time in a hot air balloon and it was one of the coolest experiences I’ve ever had. Beautiful view of the pyramids. Safe and smooth landing with a champagne toast at the end. Everyone worked so hard to give us a perfect experience. Muchas gracias to David, the pilots, and everyone who helped to make this ride amazing. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was incredible! Misael and Regina were punctual, polite and very informative. Marcos our pilot was also very kind and made sure we were comfortable. And our tour guide Christian knew so much and was very passionate about the history of the area. Important to note that the cheaper options will often load more people in your hot air balloon. I was very glad to have paid more, we ended up being our party of 4 + 1 other guest. It was perfect! Overall such a hospitable, sweet and professional group of people.

We had a great experience, a little higher priced than other tours we saw online but it includes so much! A driver, Misael, who is fantastic and informational, a photographer, Regina, who is kind and thoughtful, a hot air balloon ride with coffee pre-boarding and champagne at the end, Marco the pilot, who is experienced and professional, lunch at a delicious local restaurant and a tour of the pyramids by Christian, who is enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Pick up was at 5:30 am and we got back to our place by 1:00pm. Overall, very happy with our experience and highly recommend.

Captain Marco and the group were absolutely wonderful. The day was a pleasant pace, the balloon ride was absolutely magical and we appreciated being in a smaller basket with only 5 other people including the pilot, a well-made flavorful lunch (loved the tamale and hot chocolate!) and excellent opportunity to see the pyramids. We had a beautiful morning visiting the pyramids Teotihuacan. We were picked up on time in a comfortable suv. Just by luck, no other people signed up for the same day, so our whole trip was private for my husband and me. Our first stop was the balloon ride, which was spectacular. At sunrise we ascended and proceeded to fly directly over the pyramid of the sun. There were probably 20-30 balloons in the air with us, so it was a beautiful spectacle. Next our tour guide, Hermes, gave us an informative tour of the pyramids. We learned about the people who lived there and how they built their structures. After the tour, we had a gorgeous outdoor Mexican breakfast. Yum! What a memorable outing. Hermes was wonderful and took care of all our needs the whole time.

We had a great time on the hot air balloon ride! I would recommend this to anyone seeking a new and novel adventure, especially if you are looking for a more private experience. Be sure to pack layers at it gets quite cold. This was a very comfortable day trip. We went with this company because of the private nature of the tour. We were a group of 2 and our car ride was private so we didn't have to stop at other people's hotels. We had a couple of other people in our hot air balloon (they were friendly and it was easy for everyone to see the views). Our lunch and pyramids tour was private. The itinerary: The tour company texted us the night before to confirm the time of pickup. They were perfectly on time at an early 5:20am and greeted us in a comfortable large SUV car. It was about an hour to the hot air balloon center. There, we had Mexican coffee and some tequila. Note that it was very cold at this hour (though it was January) so definitely pack layers if you are planning to do this adventure! After a while at the lodge, we headed out to the field where they were getting our balloon ready. I was getting a bit nervous about getting up by sunrise, as it was starting to get bright out, but rest assured we made it up for the actual sunrise. The hot air balloon ride was very smooth and comfortable. The views were absolutely incredible. By now, it had warmed up a bit, and anyways we would forget how cold it was because we were so stunned by the views. Finally, we landed, be sure to hold on to the handles. We then had a champagne toast. Then we headed to lunch, where we tasted more tequila, and were able to do some shopping. We then went to the Teotihuacan pyramids which was nearby and got a great tour which was about an hour long. It took about 1.5hrs to get back to Mexico City.

This was an amazing experience! Very timely pick up (5:20am!) in a comfortable car. We were only two couples in the car and met with another group of 6. My girlfriend and I were treated to a private ballon because we booked over a week in advance, all the others were in a larger balloon. The sights were spectacular. Perfect view of the sunrise, mountains, pyramids, and 30-40 other balloons. We were down by 8:15 and were promptly taken to a delicious breakfast of quesadillas, chilaquiles, eggs, etc that was entirely included in the trip. Our guides spoke English quite well. Overall an unforgettable experience!! Definitely worth it.
