Initially, they were fully booked, but she kindly offered to put us on a waiting list in case anything opened up. Honestly, I didn’t think we would hear back. We continued planning the rest of our trip, thinking the opportunity had passed. Then, the day before we had originally hoped to go, they reached out and let us know that two spots had opened up and asked if we were still interested. Of course, we were! From start to finish, the entire experience was incredible. After the balloon experience, they took us to enjoy breakfast before bringing us back. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. What started as a disappointing situation turned into one of the highlights of our first trip to Mexico City and such a special memory from our honeymoon. I cannot recommend this company enough! Excellent communication, everything was on time, and the guides were professional. We flew very close over the pyramids. Everything was explained well and the takeoff and landing were smooth.

The whole experience was incredible! Obviously going up in the balloon and seeing the pyramids from above was a once in a lifetime experience, the breakfast location was wonderful and the visit of the archaeological zone was spectacular. What made the trip extraordinary were the kindness and warmth of the staff. The women who organised everything, the operators from the balloon, the driver and the guide were extremely friendly, kind and funny, every second we felt extremely well taken care of. 10/10 recommendation!
