The guides were very helpful and although somewhat expensive, you get a lot for the experience. Options to buy video and photos which with a big group is worth it. Overall a unique and enjoyable experience.

Today would be one of the most valuable days of our travel in Mexico City because of the ballon flying experiences. Weather was good, we could clearly see the city view and the pyramids. Flying was stable and we could took photos freely. Drone fly together with the ballon and took videos and pictures for us, payment was required for the videos, but just 500mxn so not a big problem at all. The tour included also Mexican style breakfast. Atmosphere was nice because we ate in the mountain. While the taste was just normal. They provided coffee with cinnamon taste mixed. Pyramid tour was included in the plan, while additional 700mxn was needed for the guide and 210mxn was needed for the ticket. The guide was very friendly and explained things in great details. The only regret was that it was too hot at the time we went to the pyramids. At the last destination of the tour, we could taste honey and alcohol drinks made from the plants, also saw sculptures made from obsidians. This is the second best part of this tour in my opinion. (The first best is of course the ballon part) The guide contacted us 2 days prior to the tour, provided the great details about the pickup information and clothing instructions etc. All talks can be in English, So everything was very smoothly proceeded. I booked on Klook and spent around 70,000~JPY in total, based on the experience the price was very reasonable. 2026/5/3

Everything was very organized—they made us feel safe, comfortable, and completely at ease the entire time. You can tell they’re experienced and genuinely care about their guests. It made the whole trip even more enjoyable and memorable.
