4 : 50am - 5 : 30am We will pick you up at your Hotel in the CDMX to go to the magical town of Teotihuacán, where our balloon port is located. (pickup time may vary depending on weather and logistics) our transport does not exceed 6 passengers or 4 is very comfortable
6 : 00am - 6 : 10am We will arrive at the takeoff area where we will welcome you with a coffee bar and cookies. 6 : 40am - we will take off in the hot air balloon where we will fly from 30 to 50 minutes up to 10,000ft high over the archaeological zone of Teotihuacan. 7 : 40am - Upon landing the traditional ceremony will take place, where they will make a toast with the pilot and give them their flight certificates.
9 : 00am - If you choose the breakfast buffet this option has a salad bar, typical food and desserts.
9 : 00am If you choose to have breakfast inside a cave we direct you to the village of San Amrtin de los pyramidas to visit a natural cave (CAVE XIBALBA) the menu is only chilaquiles, enchiladas or omellet.
10 : 300am - You will soak up the culture and knowledge in the workshop of obsidian and maguey taught by expert guides and enjoy the tasting of different types of handmade spirits made in Teotihuacan.
11 : 30am - You will have 1.5 hours free to tour the archaeological area of Teotihuacan the tickets are included
12:30pm 1:00pm - We will head back to CDMx where we will drop you off at the same place we picked you up. - All times are approximate and may change depending on the weather and logistics of the day. - The flight depends completely on the weather, we can not guarantee to fly right over the archaeological zone, but 95% of the flights we manage to fly up or very close - The cave restaurant has very specific times, so we could wait a few minutes to enter, everything depends on the day and logistics - It is important to consider that it is a tour and all activities must be performed, if you want to finish the tour before the last stop, you must return by your means to CDMx
What a wonderful day! The hot air balloon ride was absolutely incredible and that was just the beginning. Breakfast was delicious and our guide, Nirey, was so helpful! Would definitely recommend!
Everything was great, my only complain is that I had to write several times and call to get a confirmation about our pick up time. It wasn’t until 10pm the night before that we were told we were getting picked up at 430am. We were driven in a sedan with two other people so we were a bit squished but it was fine. The balloon ride itself was great and the treatment from our guide was good too. They take professional pictures and videos which were nice and are sold for 1,500mxn. They were nice so we got them. Breakfast in the cave was average at best but that was expected.
DO NOT BOOK THIS IS ABSOLUTELY A SCAM! We booked this early on for our trip to CDMX and had the hotel pick up option. 24 hours before our pick up no one contacted us about pick up. We tried messaging the contact number and calling them multiple times and there was no response. We waited until 4:30 am and there was no response still.
Awesome experience! Would highly recommend. Our trip included a breakfast buffet which was delicious. Seeing the sunrise, all the other balloons and the pyramids was unreal. Not scary at all, our pilot seemed very competent.
Incredible experience! It was my first hot air balloon flight and I loved it so much! Dream realized! The day and the wind were perfect, we managed to get close to the pyramids, it was awesome!
Excellent service, I highly recommend it, as I noticed professionalism, kindness, and I loved the staff's punctuality. I really enjoyed the tour traveling alone from Costa Rica. The hot air balloon experience over the pyramids has the best views, they are very punctual and without any deception.
The experience in general was okay, but it caused unnecessary stress that no one answered us or told us what time they would be picking us up. It wasn't until 10pm that someone wrote to us to let us know they would pick us up at 4:30am. They picked us up in a sedan where we were a bit cramped. The hot air balloon experience was very good, they gave us coffee and some cookies while we waited. There were 16 of us in the balloon in total. Breakfast in the cave was mediocre, but we already expected that. They gave us enough time at the pyramids; we did not feel rushed. They also took us to another place to explain to us about the drinks that come from the agave and the stones…the explanation was OK but we did not buy anything.
Good tour, recommended. Very organized, the guide Nirey was super kind, she helped us on the tour and was always attentive.

I recommend this flight option if you do not want to waste time with so many people we had a very fluid guide the driver passed to our accommodation and the return gave us the option to go to Basilica of Guadeloupe I recommend this option 100%
Excellent option if you want a more personalized and private tour the guide very attentive and was very fluid we saw that other balloons carried more than 15 people and saturated transports to us assigned us to a balloon with maximum 6 people super comfortable and the car of 4 people that adds many extra points worth the price

An amazing experience! 🎈 Everything was very well organized from the beginning. The team was very friendly, professional and made us feel safe throughout the flight. Watching the sunrise from the balloon over Teotihuacan was simply spectacular. The views of the pyramids are breathtaking and the atmosphere during the flight is very calm and magical. It was certainly one of the most special moments of our trip. Fully recommended for anyone visiting Teotihuacan!
