We had a wonderful experience. I contacted the phone number to ask which package included breakfast in the cave. All my questions were answered and the night before all the details for pick up including the license plate, the driver’s phone number, etc. were provided via Whatsup. The breakfast was delicious. My fiance and I can’t recommend the complete package enough. Everything was amazing from start to finish.

The experience was amazing super professional staff - hot air balloons felt really safe, the guide Christopher was really knowledgeable and connected the pyramids throughout Latin America to Egypt and Asia with astrology. would book again One area for improvement would be cave food (which is out of their control) having more flavor and options - also adding pastries to breakfast would be helpful

2-15-26 Recent experience. Do not recommend this company! the lack of communication between Viator and balloon paradise sucks! They wouldn’t respond to my messages booked the earliest balloon departure. Which pick up time was suppose to be 4:40 to catch the sunrise ballon flight The company over sold tickets and they put me on tier 3 which was pick up at 5:40 balloon departs at 8:30 the first balloon got to depart early in the morning the last two tiers didn’t, do to a high wind advisory! I paid for the tier one there lack of customer engagement was horrible. They offered me a partial refund but I was defiant and demanded the full amount. They retaliated against my demand and told me they weren’t going to give me a ride back to my hotel. Even though they picked me up and the balloon experience got cancelled. Must have been at least 25 people that had early departures but they over sold the tier times because they squeezed in people from the day before Valentine’s Day.

I booked a tour of the Teotihuacan pyramids with a hot air balloon ride with another company. We were taken to Balloon's Paradise for the balloon ride. We loved the balloon ride. We felt safe the entire time and drifting over the pyramids was really lovely. The problem came after the balloon when we were offered photos and videos to purchase, some of which had been taken prior to the ride and some which were taken by drone whilst we were in the balloon. We agreed to purchase a photo and video package however as we were about to pay we were offered an additional video at an additional cost. At this point, disliking the drip pricing techniques, I decided I would only purchase the photos. I paid for the pictures but no one got my details or matched the payment to my photos. This was only done after I left then returned to confirm how I would get the photos.

Everything was really amazing. My favorite part was seeing the sunrise, it was really beautiful.Everyone was really attentive and friendly. Definitely recommend 10/10.

It was such a blessing being able to go on this adventure from the beginning all staff was extremely pleasant! Went on a solo trip, felt completely safe the entire time. They come and pick you up then drop you off depending on your location. It was definitely worth it. The photos and videos they take a professional.

The customer service since the reservation it’s awesome and keep increasing to the date of the tour. One day prior to your reservation, you would be contacted to receive further information about your trip. Louis, was the person in charge of driving us to Teotihuacan, after very smooth travel from CDMX with a lot of pickup spots. The flight with Joel was wonderful, he explains everything from the departure to the landing. When you end your flight, Guillermo would be waiting for you at the “Globopuerto” to give a warm welcome after the flight. For future trips, without doubts I’ll choose again Balloon’s Paradise

Christopher is a top notch captain and Paradise is a professional company and experience from start to finish. We started with a cup of coffee, photo session as the balloon was being set up, an amazing experience over the pyramids with go pro and drone filming the entire time! We ended in a beautiful pasture with horses and sheep roaming around followed by a toast and blessings. Happy birthday to me for an experience of a lifetime!

One of the greatest experiences ever. The service, staff—just everything in general—was amazing. They picked us up at 4:30 a.m. and took us to Teotihuacán, where we checked in and enjoyed some coffee. After the incredible balloon trip, we celebrated with tequila, then went to a restaurant where we had delicious traditional Mexican food. We also had the opportunity to visit the pyramids, followed by a tour about mezcal and some history. Finally, we were dropped off back home.

My husband and I had an amazing morning flying around Teotihuacan with Paradise Balloons. The service was top-notch and seamless. We were offered coffee and water while we waited for the crew to prep the balloon. The photographer was a nice touch and we loved his work so much, we purchased one of his packages. I would highly recommend booking with Paradise!

Fantastic experience!! Fantastic!! Don't hesitate to book with Balloon Paradise. This was my 2nd time doing a hot air balloon and pyramid experience the first time in 2019 I used Volare and I have to say that Balloon's Paradise exceeded my expectations and was a better experience from pick up to drop off. Christopher responded so quickly to any question I had and the transportation was on time and smooth. It's a much more intimate and relaxed feeling than the cattle call at Volare. Our pilot was fabulous!! They even have a drone that will take amazing videos and their editor does a great job of putting it together for you. We had a large group of 9 and they were able to handle it with ease. Can't recommend Balloon Paradise highly enough!
