What an incredible and unique experience! Horseback riding 40 minutes from central Mexico City. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The scenery was absolutely beautiful, and the atmosphere was so peaceful and breathtaking. Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and patient, making us feel comfortable and safe throughout the entire experience. Even though I had no previous horseback riding experience, the horses were so well-trained and seemed to know exactly what to do, which made the ride relaxing and enjoyable. This was such a special and memorable adventure! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City, even if you’ve never ridden a horse before. Definitely an experience my family and I will always remember!!

Omar was a great guide, he was patient, fun and punctual. We met him at a common pick up point and drove about 40 minutes to his village to meet the horses. The horse were well taken care of and clearly loved. Since me and my wife had some experience with horses, after testing our skills a bit they let us go faster with the horses. Overall, had a lot of fun and would come back.
Didn’t have one, tour was cancelled due to weather but bad weather never materialized, still waiting for my refund.
Riding through the forest and alongside the river was a wonderful experience in total contrast to the traffic and intensity of CDMX less than an hour away. The horses were well trained and the staff super attentive so as new riders we felt comfortable and safe but at the same time able to explore our new skills. Our kids really appreciated this since we've mostly been dragging them to museums and restaurants. We all loved seeing a totally different side of the City.
I had a fantastic time on this tour! Omar and his crew are so good at what they do, and the horses are wonderfully trained. The food on the stop at halfway was delicious authentic mexican food too. I highly recommend this tour!
My partner and I wanted to spend some time in the mountains outside of Mexico City, and this tour was a great way to do so! The horses are well-behaved, the guides are so helpful, and having Omar to teach us about the history of the area was very informative. Have some experience riding horses? Great, you'll have fun trotting and a bit of loping. No experience? You'll still have a blast, walking at your own pace. We highly recommend this tour and will be back!
I have ridden with Omar before though Airbnb and had a wonderful time. I tried another company last time that was cheaper and had a not so great experience. So I paid the higher price to tour with Omar this time. I am so happy I did. I mistakenly booked the wrong date for my tour, but Omar was still able to accommodate me for the date I wanted. He picked me up near my hotel, and took us to Dinamos Park. Once there, we walked to the horses. I selected to ride the smaller horse, which was the perfect size for me. Omar gave a short lesson and rules for the riding, then off we went. It took us about an hour to ride to the second Dinamo from the first, with many obstacles and steep areas. We had two other guides walk alongside us and helped us when needed. We were able to ride at our own pace, and had opportunities to trot and canter. Once we reached the second Dinamo, we gave the horses treats and rest while we ate lunch. The restaurant had delicious food, which was included in the tour. After lunch, we mounted our horses again to head back home. The overall ride was about 2.5 hours, and the whole experience was about 4 to 5 hours. Omar and the horse people took great care of us. While we rode in a single file, we had plenty of opportunities to go at a faster pace when safe to do so. We also had an area where we could gallop the horses. My horse was very smooth, and other guests wanted to canter/gallop on my horse. So we switched during that time so they got to enjoy the running, while I also got to sit and run on the other horses too. I even got to sit on Omar's horse and enjoy a quick canter. And best of all, instead of getting yelled at by Luis from Cdmx Experience for cantering during the trail, Omar allowed me to canter a bit on my own in the trail when I found safe surfaces. When they wanted me to slow down, they told me in a calm and kind manner. Many pictures were taken of us on the horses and riding. I am so happy that I paid 125 dollars to ride with Omar instead of doing the cheaper one from Cdmx Experience. Omar's tour is much better and you are welcomed to canter and gallop when it is safe to do so. From now on, this will be the only company I will do horseback riding in Los Dinamos.
I had an AMAZING experience, it was my first time riding a horse and I felt very safe. The forest is beautiful very peaceful. I am so glad I booked this experience. Our tour guide recommended dishes to try and it was delicious, the quesadillas (as basic as that sounds) were the best quesadillas I have tried on this trip.
Amazing! Omar was so kind and his English is great. The men he works with are great animal handlers and we did some steep ascents but we felt so safe. The lunch up at the top of the ride was so good and we brought cash so we could order a beer too. So fun and totally worth the money.
Omar was very friendly and we all had a great time. I do feel like we got our money's worth with the included: transportation to/from the destination, lunch, water, and many hours in a cool forest & village. Omar is a local to the area and we enjoyed his stories!
We had a nice experience horseback riding. The view was beautiful in the forrest. Omar was a great host. He talked history with my husband, which my husband really enjoyed. We felt safe on the horses. My one suggestion would be for Omar to first offer the paid restrooms at the lunch location instead of the restaurant "restroom" that was unsanitary and difficult to climb to. Other than that, we had a great time.
Omar was a great host. It was my first time riding a horse. I was comfortable after a few minutes into the ride. The elevation does get pretty high. The food was delicious. The little town that we ate in was pretty neat. I would book it again. The forest was lovely. So peaceful. You will not have service.
Best horseback riding experience! The forest is absolutely beautiful and the river is captivating! I’m glad I chose this tour!
We took this trip on our last day in Mexico City. It was so nice to get outside the city and into nature. Homar picked us up near where we were staying in Roma Norte. He was a friendly and experienced guide, and his English is excellent. My friend is very experienced on horses and I have ridden only a few times. Homar made sure we both got the rides we wanted. I felt safe the entire trip. We saw beautiful waterfalls and stopped for lunch at an outdoor restaurant with tasty authentic Mexican food. The horses were sure footed and sweet. A special thank you to Homar’s assistant Toro! He made me feel so comfortable.
This was a blast! The horses were clean and well cared for. They were very well behaved. Our guide Omar was very accommodating and catered to our different riding experiences. His English was excellent and he was very friendly. His partner Toro took good care of the less experienced rider and Omar made sure I got to trot and gallop a bit. Lunch was delicious and the forest was a nice change from the hustle to and busted the city. Highly recommend this!!
What an awesome and truly memorable experience for me and my family! Omar went out of his way to make our adventure so much fun and safe! The horses were very well-mannered and their handlers were very professional. Would highly recommend to friends and family! Thank you, Omar! We hope to see you and Botas, Barbie and Capulín again someday!
Such a great experience, especially after many days in the city. Our guide was fantastic, the horseback riding was fun, and the food was fantastic! Great time!
That was the best horseback riding experience I've had. The set up of the trip was fantastic. The tour guide Omar was incredible. We stopped at a restaurant that served me the best meal I've had in Mexico. 10/10 would definitely recommend.
This was an amazing horseback riding experience just a short drive away from CDMX! Omar was super attentive and nice all the way through! We went up through woods and crossed a stream in a beautiful reserve and then had delicious lunch before coming down again. My horse Botas was super calm and responsive to my commands. I would definetely recommend this tour if you want to decompress from the city and spend some time in nature.
My family and I went on the horseback tour and we had an amazing time! Omar was awesome. We all met him at a convenient spot in the city and he drove us to the national park. The horses and the wranglers were really great too (shoutout to Felipe! And Daniela!). The horses were chill and felt safe to ride. The area was a beautiful forest. Stopped for breakfast which was delicious, got to try some traditional food we hadn’t had before. All in all, 100% recommend!!
If I can give this tour more than 5 stars I would! It was not only the best horseback riding experience I have had, but also the best tour during my time in Mexico! Omar was very calm, informative and personable, and the 2 people assisting us on our rides were also extremely great. From the guides to the food to the beautiful scenery, each piece made the tour one of a kind from beginning to end. Definitely would return without a doubt.
This experience was well worth it. Queer friendly and good for all levels of riders. Highly recommend. I was the only one on the tour and felt that they still took the care as if there were many people. The food was great and I was glad to see life outside of the city. The vegan options were great and we got coffee to warm us up from the rain. Was definitely the highlight of my trip to Mexico.
I’m so glad we did this! Omar and Tomas were wonderful guides and provided a beautiful, authentic horseback riding experience. The mountains Los Dinamo (I think) is about an hour outside of Centro and is well worth the trip. Omar was so friendly and encouraging! We got a quick riding lesson before heading up the trail to the restaurants. The horses are well-trained and know the trail so driving them was easy. There were some steep portions of the trail but if I can do it, so can you! The mountains are so peaceful and it was a perfect getaway from the main city. The food at the restaurant is TOP TIER! It is a completely different vibe from the main city, it truly feels like a hidden gem! This was one of the last excursions we did in Mexico City and it was truly the perfect way to wrap up this trip. You will not regret it!
Very good experience to get out of the routine. The horseback riding route entertaining and quiet, always with the help of two people to ensure we felt safe. The guide, Omar, very kind.
It was just wonderful - nature-riding- competent companion. Everything was right ❤️ The helpers were nice and accommodating. I'd be happy to.
Very nice experience!!! I was with my partner in Mexico City and we wanted to ride horses. “19.3 North Degrees” was the best option. They picked us up at the hotel and took us to “Los Dinamos” to ride horses. We felt very safe the entire time and everyone was very friendly, we got to know a little more about the culture. Thank you!!!
