Alicia did a great job, and including guests in her presentation. Very knowledgeable as well.

We did the 2.5 hours highlight with Alicia. Easy meeting point, tickets included. You could spend days at this museum but if your time is limited, this tour is perfect. We appreciated her professionalism, her knowledge and her enthusiasm.

The tour was excellent. Alex offered so much valuable information. He connected the dots with pre Hispanic and the Spanish conquest. As Mexican Americans we walked away feeling so proud of our heritage.

Our Guide was very knowledgeable about the history of Mexico’s indigenous people and painted a wonderful picture of what life would have been like. However, for a 2.5 hour tour she should have been able to cover more of the Museum. instead she got caught up in small details and in the end did not cover enough of the museum.

Hector was our guide and he was incredible… He presented all of the different cultures as if it was a movie going back into time. If you are a big history buff, I highly suggest taking this tour and ask for Hector!

This was a fantastic tour! The museum was quite large, but our guide Lily made the exhibits digestible and interesting. She was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. I highly recommend this tour in the beginning of your visit because it covered a lot of the other sites in Mexico City.

Unfortunately, I was so late, I missed the tour. I was 10 minutes behind when I went to the meeting point but there was no one there. They had already entered the museum. I got a text message asking where I was and explaining that I was too late to join the tour. I waited in line to buy another ticket - by then I was 20 minutes late! I hadn’t allowed enough time to walk from the Uber drop off point to the meeting place at the flagpole. My fault.

Everything was perfect and we got a meal prior to the tour at a less touristy place nearby. I've been on 4 tours of Teo and this was the best.

We had a great time during our tour with Alicia! She was very friendly and knowledgeable and was an overall great guide. The check-in/ticketing process was easy, but note that no food or drink is allowed. Also if you have a large bag you will have to use their free lockers to store it. The museum itself was fascinating and filled with so many artifacts and info. We only got through 2 of the exhibits with Alicia, but that’s only because there is just that much to see! I would highly recommend going on this tour because your guide will be able to describe what you’re looking at and provide context. As a non-Spanish speaker, going through the museum without our guide was more challenging as most of the display info is Spanish only. Also note that the museum is huge so expect to be there for several hours ( we were there for 4 and saw less than 50%) and wear comfortable shoes.

Leonardo was a fantastic tour guide with a deep knowledge of Pre-hispanic Meso American. History. I took the tour in english and our guide had impeccable proficiency. He was very engaged with the group and answered all questions readily. I enjoyed this activity as a solo traveler.

From the moment we met, he shared personal insights and experiences that made us feel more at ease and engaged for what was to come. Leonardo’s extensive knowledge of the museum’s exhibits was impressive; he was articulate, well-educated, and always made time for our questions. We genuinely appreciated his passion for history, which enriched our visit. I highly recommend requesting Leonardo as your tour guide. He is exceptional, and we look forward to returning and asking him to show us more of Mexico City.

Eliseo did a wonderful job navigating us through the Museum of Anthropologie and Castle Chapultepec. We took the tour in Spanish and he made sure the group learned relevant and interesting facts about both places.

This was a very interesting and informative tour. Very much appreciated getting the highlights for each location and being given so much information. Also - keep in mind you can use your ticket and go back - same day if you want to explore more independently. Alex was our guide and he was great! He kept everything moving while answering questions. He was fun too - making small jokes to keep things interesting. Recommend for those that want to gain a real understanding of Mexico’s history and appreciate its culture.

Alicia Cerrillo Rivera was the perfect guide for us, she spoke perfect and clear English, the audio gear was in perfect working condition; we knew exactly how to get through to access inside the Museum and Castle. I say she was the perfect guide because she was very knowledgeable and passionate about the history, she had visual aids to complement the story telling (a tablet with prepared images/pictures/paintings to help explain and support the story). We were the only ones in the group to have booked the Museum and Castle combo so we had Alicia all to ourselves during the walk from the Museum to the castle and during the castle visit. Thank you again Alicia for your kind and pleasant guidance, me and my wife are still talking about everything we learned and discussed with you!!!
