It was an excellent experience that encapsulated the roots of Mexican culture. Definitely worth the price! The atmosphere was brilliant, the staff was exceptional, and I would recommend.

The experience was very nice. With the admission fee being completely fair. The length of visit allowed me and my family to be able to completely enjoy the atmosphere and the crowd of the event. The staff were awesome!

It was very nice. Hotel pick up and drop off was very good. Loved the cave and the pyramids. It was something new.

We had a driver come pick us up so there was no group or bus and it made for a really great trip. Herbert, our driver was so great! And our hosts and guides were great as well! The site is awesome. Who built those pyramids?!

Getting picked up at our hotel was huge benefit. The driver/guide was informative as we made our way to the pyramids. Breakfast in the cave was not really necessary. Next there was a display just outside the temples. The explanation of the agave plant and how they made string from it as well as the mezcals was informative. I was nit a big fan of mezcal but I enjoyed all of them, especially the creamed mezcals with pistachio, pecan, and pink pinenuts. The private guide taking us through the pyramids was very good. His english was good enough and he was able to explain the history and significance of the pyramids at Teotihuacan. They are very impressive and not to be missed!

I went yesterday and the hot air balloon ride was incredible, the breakfast was simple but acceptable, the pyramids were amazing, and the guide was fine... Everything would have been perfect were it not for the driver Fernando we unfortunately ended up with. He was rude from the moment he picked us up and drove at excessive speeds; for a moment, I thought we were running late and tried to be understanding, but we ended up waiting quite a while at the reception area, so his driving was undoubtedly reckless. On top of that, he would jerk the vehicle forward abruptly at every stop; one of the other passengers in our van even complained to the guide and other staff members about the situation, but apparently, nothing was done about it. I imagine they spoke to Him, because his attitude got even worse afterward. In the end, that passenger was lucky enough to switch drivers and move to another van, but the rest of us were stuck with him. I can only say that it is inconceivable for someone like that to be providing a service. Sadly, because of him, the rest of the otherwise good experience was ruined. I am writing this without expecting anything in return—simply so people know, and hopefully, something will be done about it.

We had an excellent flight this morning with Ivan and the whole team. Everything was very smooth from the pickup to the flight. The captain Ivan was excellent and gave us many opportunities for pictures. Overall I would recommend the experience to anyone visiting.
