Cdmx : Balloon Flight + Cave Breakfast + Round Trip

Cancelled our booking 10 hours before the tour with no explanation. Too late to book with another operator so we just miss out on the experience. Weather is good so we can see no valid reason for the cancellation. If you’re planning on booking this experience I advise that you look elsewhere.

Our driver, Eduardo, was fantastic and made the morning easy and enjoyable. Cristal was an amazing tour guide — knowledgeable, friendly, and really made the pyramid excursion special. And our balloon captain, Eloy, gave us an unforgettable experience flying over the Teotihuacán pyramids. 🎈 The balloon flight, breakfast, and pyramid excursion were all amazing, and we even met some great new travelers along the way. I honestly can’t say enough good things about this experience or the entire team. If you’re visiting Mexico City, do this excursion! The staff were very friendly and the experience overall was very cool. Fernanda was excellent in her part of communicating to us everything. Some minor things to improve upon: 1. speed of getting people up in the air (this delayed my group and made the ride slightly shorter) 2. really long wet grass & mud that you have to walk through while waiting for takeoff 3. received our complimentary bubbles after the ride was complete (not during) and it was very very sweet (not a crowd pleaser) 4. very limited menu if you choose the breakfast in a cave option (this is also where you could offer different alcohols)

Very nice experience, we were picked on time. The driver was excellent. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. Our tour guide Doilis was knowledgeable and excellent in explaining everything. The Ballon ride was fun, I was just hoping for 50 min on the air (it was 37 minutes) and for the Ballon to go a bit higher. But we are satisfied with the whole experience

This hot air balloon ride was a fantastic experience! The views were breathtaking, soaring above the landscape as the sun rose was something I’ll never forget. The whole process felt safe and relaxed, making it perfect for both first-timers like us.

This was such an incredible experience from start to finish! My friend and I booked the Teotihuacan hot air balloon tour and it exceeded every expectation. The guides were so kind and attentive throughout the entire day, and the balloon ride itself was breathtaking. It was peaceful, beautiful, and the views were unreal. I have to give a special shoutout to Jessica at the El Jaguar shop. She was so knowledgeable about the stones and genuinely enthusiastic about teaching us about the local plants and their uses. Her energy was contagious, and I was so moved that I ended up buying an espresso liqueur and some bracelets with the jewels to take home with me. The tour included so much that I truly felt like I got my money’s worth and then some. I would do this experience 100 more times with this company, their team, and their guides. Great experience. An amazing experience with very prompt professionals! I reached out via WhatsApp to schedule the pickup location and they were able to just pick me up at our bed and breakfast. Extremely prompt. Super on time and the timeliness is awesome. Made it to the pyramids for the sunrise and the view was breathtaking. Once we were done with the balloon ride, we scooted to the Jaguar Hotel for a breakfast buffet that was included. It wasn’t gourmet by any level, but it was fairly alright and included. After the buffet, we were met with some folks associated with the gift shop (or I think the gift shop) where we learned about the local things and talked about the local things. It appeared this was a normal thing for all the groups, not just this company. Lastly, we made our way to the pyramids. The ticket wasn’t included but it was 210MXN at the ticket counter. We went to both pyramids and loitered around for about an hour. Overall, it was a great experience. Loved it and highly recommend this crew.

Unreal experience a must do in Mexico City! Everything about this balloon flight was very professional from start to finish. The pick-up was smooth and punctual, which made the early morning much easier. The view is so unreal seeing the pyramids from above is something I'll never forget. They even celebrated my birthday with a small cake, which felt very special. I am so grateful for that touch. Gracias! If you are in Mexico City, definitely do it! It was an excellent trip.

Everything was great as expected, we got picked up right at the door of our hotel, everyone including the driver was very very nice and friendly. The flight was beautiful and everything went on very smoothly and the pilot was very professional. The breakfast afterwards was very good, i recommend lining up for the pork quesadillas that the cuban lady is making on the side because they were definitely a highlight, and she is a very kind person. I think the only negative thing is that tickets for Teotihuacán were not included. But other than that it was a great experience and i would for sure do it again and I’d love to bring the rest of my family to do it with me next.

The whole experience was amazing! The facilitators are working their best to get you the most unforgettable journey. I also liked it when the maneuvered the balloon very close to the pyramid I haven't seen it being done with others.

Excellent service! Brought our family 20-30 yo kids and GF plus bro in laws. One person afraid of heights did great. Our take off and la ding was perfect. Thanks to pilot Paco. Other balloons bounced along when landing. Bring some cash for tipping the folks who grab the ropes to help you land.

Ulises was extremely nice and helpful. The balloon flight is 100% recommended. We felt secure the whole time and the view is amazing. Breakfast was included and it was very good. Moreover, they gave us time to visit the pyramids. I will recommend Ulises for all future trips.

This was truly one of my favorite travel experiences. The ballon ride is magical and the tour of the site afterwards was well done and interesting. The guides were knowledgable and just generally fun to be around. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience. Excellent for the price. Kind of wish we have a bit more time in Teotihuacan but it wasn't bad. Only an hour at the ruins. Overall will recommend.

First of all, it was a very happy experience. Regardless of the amount, they were as thoughtful as possible for us. There was absolutely no pressure regarding videos, photos or memories, and the included meals were comfortable to eat at a buffet and delicious. The best part was his attitude. I was touched by your consideration for the participants, and it was a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this place.

Very nice experience. We would normally do this tour on Monday. Unfortunately it was foggy that day. We were informed and we planned a later day. It turned out to be a bright day. Being able to see Teotihuacan from the balloon first and then walking around it yourself will help you understand the greatness of the site and make it memorable. The balloon went perfectly over the pyramid along with the sunrise. Jose organized a good driver, breakfast was in order. There was something of (non-committal) upselling, although this tour remains a nice package. Do provide warm clothes for the morning (January). This day was worth it for us double and thick.

Excellent! We were picked up at the hotel at the agreed time, the balloon ride was amazing, the breakfast included was excellent. The only point to note is that there is only 1 hour free to visit the archaeological zone of the pyramids at the end, which is quite busy.

The experience was unforgettable for the attention of Ulysses and his team, Pepe the experienced driver and Fernando the guide, among others. They provided us with a memorable experience. Complied with and with the required safety protocols, warm and very knowledgeable about history. I would certainly repeat it. Also the cost/benefit ratio well above others offered in the area.

Ulysses was always very forthcoming from the moment of booking, and the carrier and tour guide we were assigned (Alfonso) was very friendly and knew a lot about the history of Teotihuacan. On the day of the flight there were some drawbacks, something normal considering all the variables (transport is independent of the organizer, you have to leave very early and depends on the weather). Still, overall it was a very cute and special experience to share with a couple. Undoubtedly, Ulysses offers a very good price for everything it includes, and I recommend traveling with it. It is important to follow the instructions: you have to be very warm because it is very cold. It is also advisable to check the weather forecast if you are booking a few days in advance, as balloon flights are often cancelled when conditions are not ideal.
