1. The driver was safe & prompt. 2. Hot Air Balloon tour was organized. Captain was safe, checked in on the passengers frequently. Staff were all great & hardworking. 3. Disappointed that we did not go to the Caves as what we paid for, there should be a partial refund for this. 4. Buffet breakfast was good, lots of options. Hope that we were offered different 5. In the future, we would like to suggest the following: - for all passengers to be on time, not 5-10 minutes late. - not to wear strong perfume. Some individuals are intolerant of scents. Please be considerate of others. 6. Time spent: pretty good. 7. Photographer: average shots, not the greatest. Photos and drone shots: overpriced! $80-100USD! Come on!

Misleading tour. They claim to offer a guided tour inside the pyramids. And that the tour guide would guide us through the archaeological site. The “guide” left us at the entrance and told us to go explore on our own until pick up time. And it is not possible for anyone to go inside the pyramids at all. If I knew that, I would have just booked the balloon flight only and not wasted my time and money on the rest.

The Hot Air Balloon is a highly recommended. You will not regret it!!

La verdad la experiencia de los globos se vio opacada primero por la no entrega de los certificados que prometieron, segundo por el cobro desproporcionado de las fotos que no son buenas y tampoco son muchas y por último por que nos llevan a un negocio de ellos a ver los souvenirs pero el cobro es demasiado exagerado, una manilla allí la cobraba en 300 MXN, cuando los vendedores en la pirámides de Teotihuacán la cobran a 100 y hasta menos, ojalá quien lea esto no se deje engañar porque de verdad que el valor es muy desproporcionado. No lo recomiendo por abusivos en ese sentido.

Excellent experience, the hot air balloon trip was very nice, the obsidian workshops were very interesting, there was no breakfast in the cave because we were supposed to specify that we wanted breakfast in the cave, that was the only thing I didn't like because at no point did they mention it to us.
