The experience was super awesome. I’ve done this two other times with other companies but by far this has been the best one. Stephanie our host was super helpful and very engaging. I was concerned with my mom’s disability was going to be an issue, but they were so accommodating and very helpful really helped my mom be at peace. Will definitely do this again. Highly recommended

From the ewrly morning pick up in Mexico City to the drop off they made sure communication was upmost importance and made sure we had zero confusion the whole time , our first day was canceled due to bad weather and they were able to get us into the air the next day no issues .

These scammers run a nice game. You can't take your bag on the hot air balloon, so they ask you to lock it up. There's a limited amount of lockers, and when I went, the locker I got had no key. I was adamant about having somewhere to lock my bag, and they finally agreed to "lock" it in the office. I took my phone, wallet and passport, but left everything else. When I got back to the city and emptied my bag, it was clear that it was gone through, not only because zippers were open, but the hidden cash was also missing. When I contacted the company, they essentially laughed at me and said that I should have checked before leaving and they could have "looked into it". A perfect tourist tax scam game. A nice $100 tip, and a reinforcement of the negative stereotype that Mexico isn't a safe country. If you book any tours through a third party, be sure to demand its not with Von Navi. Or, be prepared to duck tape any money you bring to your body.

It was a great experience. Flying over the pyramids was awesome. The people there took great care of us. I would definitely recommend this to others.

Highly recommend taking to the skies with Captain Airand Von Navi. We took off at the crack of dawn and Captain Miguel’s crew had EVERYTHING covered. Our flight felt like gliding on clouds (seriously, the landing was so perfect, SpaceX might want a lesson). Captain Miguel kept us entertained, informed, and completely wowed, and his entire family joined in to make the experience unforgettable. Flying over the pyramids was great! Do it! It's a once-in-a-lifetime ride you’ll be talking about forever. Ps: I am scared of flying but this was super smooth!

My experience was wonderful since I arrived at reception they offered me a rich welcome coffee and snacks , the super friendly and attentive staff at all times, when we arrived at globoport I found very nice souvenirs because the cold was cannon, the pilot of our flight really quite an expert and finish with a rich breakfast in a cave type called xibalbá, really if you have the opportunity do not miss it !!!🥰
