Balloon Flight With Breakfast In Cave And Round Trip Cdmx

Amazing experience! We were picked up from our Airbnb at 4:40 AM and arrived at the base 45 minutes later where they provided coffee and pastries. Shortly after, we were in the air with the Happy Fly captain Daniel Vazquez, who was very impressive and did a great job explaining the process. Upon landing, we were greeted by the rest of the crew and a bottle of Rosé to go around. After driving back to base, received our flight certificate and shots of liquor then transported to the cave for breakfast which was also included in the package. The staff were patient, friendly, and overall provided a safe and amazing experience. 10/10 would recommend!

The whole process from booking to pickup was really smooth, and they were super communicative and very generous the entire time. The flight was amazing and smooth! The pilot was very knowledgeable, and super inclusive of me as a solo traveller and the only one that didn’t speak much Spanish. Would recommend :)

The experience was great! The pickup is very easy with clear directions and all of the staff is very friendly. They also have some fun surprises along the way. Perfect whether you’re a family, couple or on a solo trip! <3

We had a great experience on our hot air balloon ride. The team was professional, organized, and made safety their top priority from start to finish. Clear instructions were given before takeoff, which helped everyone feel comfortable and prepared. I was hoping we would fly directly over the pyramids, but unfortunately we did not. Even so, the experience was enjoyable, and the crew provided excellent service throughout the entire adventure. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a safe and well-organized hot air balloon experience.

Very punctual and hospitable tour operator. We were picked up bang on time, vehicle was clean and morning coffee was a delight. The balloon ride was very enjoyable and our pilot was amazing. Only suggestion would be to price the videos and photos of the ride a bit more sensibly to encourage guests to buy more.

We just finished our hot air ballooning tour and it was incredible ! Our guide Andrea insured a pretty smooth day despite a few hiccups with bookings. The hot air ballooning crew were great, worked like a well-oiled machine and looked like they were having a blast. At the restaurant in the cave the food and service were great. At the tasting was incredible, informative and fun! Would definitely recommend!

Exactly what they offer! No tricks or guess work. The driver, Josué picked us up from our Airbnb he was polite and car was clean. The tour guide spoke English and the ballon ride was just as promised with plenty of photo opportunities! The breakfast in the cave was AMAZING!! Great food and atmosphere. The workshop was informative and fun with complementary shots! Andrea was always available via WhatsApp and the tour guide Maru was very professional and fun! Overall you are going to have such a memorable one in a lifetime experience!!

This was an incredible experience! Our driver Erika was amazing, ensuring a safe ride between stops. Our tour guide Andrea was kind and friendly, always making sure we were comfortable. The hot air balloon ride was a great experience, and the restaurant in the cave was so unique. A very beautiful place. We also had the opportunity to try delicious liquor and learn about native plants and volcanic rocks. All that was included in our tour. Admission to go into the archeological site where the pyramids are located is not included but the cost for us was only $100 pesos. In there you have the option to explore on your own or hire a tour guide. Our driver and guide waited patiently for us until we were done exploring. Teotihuacán is filled with history, and this tour is a great way to explore it. I highly recommend booking with this company!

The worst experience I have ever had. I would never recommend this agency. I booked and paid for this experience in full at the beginning of October. Once my payment was processed, I received a confirmation stating that my reservation was confirmed and providing a meeting location. I even responded requesting a direct address, but never received one. From the moment I booked until the actual day of the reservation, I made several attempts to communicate with this company through messages, emails, and phone calls. I received absolutely no meaningful communication or clarification. The only thing they confirmed was that they had received my payment, that my booking was confirmed, and that the meeting point provided was correct. After spending approximately an hour and a half trying to locate the meeting point, which I ultimately had to find on my own, I finally arrived, only to be told that my reservation had been canceled through the app. What makes this even more outrageous is that I had received another message from the agency shortly before arriving, essentially telling me that everything was ready for my trip. When I questioned the cancellation, I was told that although they had canceled my reservation through the app, they still had my spot available. However, if I wanted to participate, I would have to pay for the experience AGAIN, in full, and wait for the refund from my original booking. Excuse me? Why would I pay twice for an experience I had already paid for in full and received confirmation for? Nobody notified me that my reservation had been canceled. Nadie comunicó este problema de antemano. Instead, I traveled all the way here specifically for this experience, only to arrive and be told that I needed to pay again to receive something I had already purchased. This is completely unacceptable and incredibly unprofessional. The lack of communication, poor organization, and complete disregard for the customer are beyond disappointing. I wasted time, energy, and an entire travel experience because this company could not properly communicate or honor a confirmed reservation. Do yourself a favor and book with another agency. Andrea was a very good guide and organized everything from our transportation to the smallest details of what we needed. I recommend you come with comfortable clothing and with cash on hand for tips. Very good tour!

You absolutely have to experience this at least once in your life, everything was very well organized from the start, they arrived on time for me, I didn't have to worry about anything since everything was included in the option I chose. Except for the ticket to enter the pyramids, I recommend buying it online. Bring cash since many places do not accept card payments.

I am very happy to have lived this experience with Andrea and her team; they were all very organized. I had a very good breakfast at the Cave, it was complete and very tasty. The tasting was good. I highly recommend bringing cash; you will need it, as well as comfortable clothing and a cap.

From the beginning, they had contact with me to inform me of all the details; they were very attentive and responsible. The flight has been the best experience anyone could have. The breakfast was very delicious in a wonderful place. I recommend bringing cash since it is difficult to use a card or there is not good reception.
