Great tour! I was picked up on time. Paco, our driver, was very polite and professional. It took us one hour to get to the pyramids from Polanco. Once we were there, we met Andrea, our host, and she explained how the balloon works and the safety measures the crew takes. Our pilot was very professional as well, and we had a great flight. The toast was a great way to end it.

I just experienced the best day of my life all thanks to Andrea, who has been a great host and guide during our tour; I will definitely return with my family. A very complete tour, they take care of everything so you don't have to struggle with transportation or places to visit.

I was told that the optional fee was extra when I went to the meeting place, but I thought that since it takes an hour to get from the meeting place to the solar pyramid in the first place, I'd be charged absolutely extra.
