We waited for about 40 min at the Pick up Point and Nobody showed up. All the Numbers on the ticket were unreachable. No help- no contact.

This was supposed to be a special birthday experience for me, and instead it turned into an extremely disappointing morning. I messaged the company on Thursday when I arrived in Mexico to confirm the tour and received no response. I reached out again yesterday, one day before the tour, to make sure everything was still scheduled — again, no response. Despite the lack of communication, we trusted that our confirmed booking would be honoured. We got up extremely early, got completely ready and were outside waiting in the cold from 4:30 AM until 6:00 AM for our scheduled pickup. No one ever showed up. No message. No call. No cancellation. No explanation. Viator Support also attempted to contact the tour operator and received no response. They tried again this morning while we were waiting, and still nothing. This is completely unacceptable. If there was an issue with the tour, the very least the company could have done was communicate that to us. Instead, we lost sleep, stood outside in the cold for over an hour and had a birthday experience we were genuinely excited about completely ruined. I am currently awaiting my refund through Viator. Based on my experience, I would not recommend booking with this operator. A cancellation with proper communication is one thing; taking a customer’s booking, ignoring repeated attempts to confirm, and then simply not showing up is another.

Terrible experience. I booked the sunrise balloon flight on October 29 and chose the option with my own transportation, but Travelife never told me where to meet them. I texted them several times the day before asking for the meeting point and got zero response. I drove an hour, arrived at 5 AM, and the site has so many balloon companies that finding them was impossible. No one was there for me. I only found out the tour was cancelled when I called Viator myself. Travelife is just a third party, not an actual tour operator. Avoid them and book with a real operator.

Terrible no showed. They never called me or informed me. I had to wait an hour before finding a ride back. But god thing about app they reimbursed me.

Extremely disappointing and completely unprofessional experience with Travelife. I booked their All-Inclusive Hot Air Balloon Tour in Teotihuacán, but the experience never even started. My reservation clearly stated a 5:00 AM meeting time at the Angel of Independence in Mexico City. I arrived at 4:45 AM, 15 minutes early, as any responsible customer would. Nobody showed up. No driver, no guide, no message, no explanation. Absolutely nothing. I had already tried contacting the operator through Viator the previous day without receiving a response. At 5:20 AM, I tried calling and messaging them again through the platform, but nobody answered. I waited until 6:00 AM, a full hour after the scheduled departure, before finally giving up and leaving. Getting up in the middle of the night, arranging transportation, and waiting outside for over an hour for a company that doesn't even bother to communicate with its customers is completely unacceptable. The worst part wasn't just the missed tour, but the complete lack of communication and basic professionalism. This was supposed to be a special experience in Mexico, and Travelife ruined it. I paid $219.80 for an all-inclusive experience and received absolutely nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding Travelife. There are other balloon tour operators in Teotihuacán, and I would not risk wasting your time, money, and vacation with a company that fails to show up and doesn't respond to its customers. One star because zero stars isn't an option.

Cancelled our tour due to overbooking. This ruined part of our trip and we didn’t get to experience something we’ve been looking forward too.

A beautiful experience, worth the money. Everything was solmooth and and very well organized. Highly recommend this trip to everybody. Favorite part of my entire mexico trip.

Are you looking for an all-inclusive plan? I decided to give my vote of confidence and I was surprised since there are many options, in this one I found after the flight, breakfast a tour included to pyramids with an expert guide at no additional cost. I would do it again 100/10 attention

Wir hatten Flug, Transfer und Frühstück für Freitag, den 06.11.26 gebucht. Dienstag erhalten wir die Stornierung von Viator, Mittwoch von Viator der Betrag abgebucht und mitgeteilt, wie und wann der Ablauf ist. Wir haben zur Sicherheit nochmals von uns aus storniert, da wir uns nicht Ernst genommen fühlten. Warscheinlich wurden mehr Flüge verkauft, als Kapazitäten vorhanden sind und dann funktioniert die Kommunikation zwischen den Veranstaltern nicht. Wir werden beim nächsten Mal direkt bei einem Anbieter vor Ort buchen.
