Outstanding excursion! The guides were great, the weather was excellent (cool in the morning so check first but prepare to wear jeans and bring a sweater- think layering). The communication for pick up location and time (ours was at the hotel), to just asking general questions about the tour were answered quickly. Our driver, Victor, was excellent and with us the whole day. The balloon ride was fabulous. The breakfast following was very good. Then onto the Sun and Moon temples. A lovely experience. We had about 1.5 hours there and that was plenty of time. Overall we felt this trip was well worth it and we highly recommend creating this experience for yourself or family.

Unique experience offering breathtaking sunrise views and a bit of education to match. While there was an obligatory stop at a gift shop, r was filled with guides teaching about native culture and they didn't pressure too hard to make you buy items. The pyramid site was one to behold but it does get very hot and would recommend doing some breathing exercises first.

Incredible views, friendly tour guides, smooth pick up and drop off. Our guide Barbara and hot air balloon pilot Daniel were particularly excellent. The weakest element was perhaps the breakfast, as the food came out a bit cold and the restaurant staffed seemed a little too eager for tips relative to the service given.

Really great experience from start to finish. Picked up outside the hostel in the morning and brought to the centre in Teotihuacan. From there we got our hot air balloon and that experience was absolutely amazing. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely fantastic and an unforgettable experience that I will keep forever. We were picked up in front of the lodging and served hot refreshments. We had plenty of time to take photos before, during, and after the flight. Our pilot Mauricio was excellent and made sure we were safe, had amazing views, and took photos of us.

The crew is so wonderful and great at explaining everything. It was such a fun experience. The entire trip was perfect in length, a lot of time to appreciate all the scenery and take pictures.

This experience was amazing. We opted to be picked up. The communication was great. Events went smoothly. I even ordered extra chilaquiles. I wish I were able to get one of the hot air balloon souvenirs. The ruins are a lot bigger when walking around. Plenty of vendors and make sure you have a hat and sunscreen. There are two pyramids, moon and sun. You can go up the moon pyramid. Be careful it is steep. There is little to no shade around the ruins. We went during Dia de los muertos and celebrated our anniversary. Staff was great. Supported anything we needed. The only thing we are waiting on is our videos and photos. Here are some we took.

Wow!!! What a tremendous day all around. This was definitely the highlight of our week in Mexico City. From the pick-up to the drop-off all items were handled exceptionally well. Tremendous value for your money.

I will never have that experience again, it was sensational. Every part of the tour was magnificent and extremely professionally run. Note- When you enter the park there are several tour guides to assist you if you want someone to translate all the signs and information. Ours was not good, it was hard to understand him, his knowledge was confusing and it was expensive $1000. It’s best you translate the information yourselves on a translation app. Also it was a bit of a hard sell with all the photos they took afterwards, and yet I paid $1,500 for the whole kit like the others did but I haven’t received them as yet.

The whole experience was amazing we showed up about 10min late after the provided time but kamini was patient with us. The whole experience was spectacular. From the check in to the balloon ride everything was professional and attentive.

Had a great experience, the views were breathtaking. The team that took us up in the air is very professional and communicates thoroughly. Definitely recommend. The ride lasted about half an hour to 45 minutes. You do have to wake up super early but it’s worth it

The experience as a whole was fantastic and a great value. I would note there are several “hidden” fees such as admission to the pyramids, payment to add a guide and to pay for the professional photos from the balloon ride. Not that these weren’t worth the price, they definitely were, but would advise putting aside an extra $3000 pesos as well as cash tips if you want to get all the bells and whistles.

Once we were taken to the place where they launch the balloons, the owner arbitrarily decided my husband could not go on the ballon because he was using a cane. The other gentleman who was scheduled to go with us decided if my husband couldn’t go, it was not safe for him to go. He didn’t have a cane but was physically in worse shape than my husband. My husband goes to the gym 3 times a week. He was able to go but one look at the cane and that was it. I was promised they would refund the cost of my husband and our friend but that apparently was a lie. There are other companies operating balloons. Choose another.

Very memorable experience! I had such a lovely time with my girlfriends on the hot air balloon ride. Our host Isaac was great and pilot Alfredo were fantastic. 10/10 would recommend

It was a great experience! From pick up to the entire experience- it’s worth getting the entire packet. We went to family, and our guide and pilot were amazing! They always checked in to ask if we needed anything else. It is chilly in the morning so layer up!

We had a slight delay at the balloon site as the pilots confirmed that the weather was OK (it was quite foggy) and luckily we got to go! I loved the balloon ride, which felt both thrilling and whimsical and the wonderful head pilot had been doing it for 55 years! Breakfast in the cave was fine, followed by some mezcal, tequila and pulque tasting that was delicious and informative. Our time at Teotihuacan was great, helped by our guide that we hired at the entrance.

Such a fun and unforgettable experience! This was both my first time as well as my boyfriend’s on a hot air balloon and this experience exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was very accommodating and friendly, provided coffee/snacks in the morning. The hot air balloon itself was so fun and I was scared initially since it was my first time but it was so smooth and not scary at all! It was so fun and scenic and beautiful. Watching the sunrise and all the other hot air balloons in the sky with the pyramids is unreal. I couldn’t recommend this tour more. After we landed we got to have breakfast in a cave and then learn about local history. We then got to visit the pyramids as well. 10/10 experience, I would definitely do it again!

10/10 would recommend! It lasts about 4ish hours and everything you do is great! The hot air balloon with the little snack before and then the breakfast afterwards in the cave. The little surprise was after breakfast we get a mini mezcal and pulque tasting with some culture facts. And lastly the pyramids were massive and amazing! Loved every bit of it.

We had a wonderful experience on our hot air balloon flight, breakfast in a cave, tequila tasting, and pyramid excursion! Every stop was enjoyable and made for such a memorable day. The hot air balloon ride was an incredible experience, and the breakfast in the cave was a unique and special touch. The tequila tasting and exploring the pyramids made this excursion a perfect combination of adventure, culture, and fun. Another huge plus was the convenient pickup and drop-off near our hotel. This made the day so much less stressful because we didn't have to worry about arranging transportation or figuring out how to get to and from the excursion. I believe our guide was Freda, and she was fantastic! She did a great job keeping everyone informed, explaining what to expect at each stop, and keeping the group on schedule throughout the day. We truly enjoyed the entire experience and would absolutely recommend this excursion to anyone visiting Mexico City. It was a wonderful way to experience the beauty, history, and culture of the area!

The Balloon experience was so incredible.it was the most wonderful experience to share with my daughter.our pilot Aurturo and his wife were the best.. he is a 35 yr pilot…..the cave breakfast was also illuminating! Our guide Barbara was lovely

Great experience, just as advertised. However the breakfast in the cave, although nice, wasn’t all that good. I would’ve skipped had I known. Best to just book the balloon ride and pyramids.

I did have some reservations as I calling to confirm. I reached out through the number provided by the trip advisor agent and was given the wrong company. After that was sorted out, I was able to communicate with the correct company via what’s app. Take a translation tool with you as the driver spoke little English and I spoke little Spanish. We made it work though. The ride was smooth and comfortable. I especially appreciated the continental breakfast before the flight. The staff and pilot were excellent at explaining safety measures prior to the flight. I enjoyed the experience overall- hot air balloon, caves, breakfast, temples. It is a long day that starts very early. Dress in layers take a light jacket, wear comfortable shoes. Tap is a widely accepted form of payment but you may be charged extra to cover transaction fees.

It was such a great experience. For the price, it was very much worth it. Because we lived near area of pick up, it was so convenient to have the driver pick us up at the place we stayed. The experience from the time we were picked up (including both driving and events) ended up being more than 6 hours, which I truly didn’t mind. This is just helpful to know for those who plan their days more precisely. Overall, I would recommend, our tour guide was so nice and gave us enough time to explore both the pyramids and the tequila tasting. The breakfast at the cave was also a great experience. The atmosphere was very calm in all scenarios. Our tour group was a good amount of people, not too little and also not overcrowded. Huge thanks!
