Great experience overall, from pick up to the balloon flight!

Everything was very smooth and clear throughout the flow of the day. Truly made for a magical experience to start the day in the balloon overseeing the historic site. I only wish we had more time to explore at the pyramids, though we had exactly the amount of time described in the booking. Was a perfect booking to match the amount of time we had in the area.

The entire experience was smooth and well organized. Pickup at our hotel in Roma Norte with a 1 hour drive. The hot air balloon views were scenic and gorgeous. The photo and drone/video package is available for purchase. Champagne at the end was a great touch. Everyone we interacted with was amazing, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely recommend this experience

It was very fun and worth the money and the early wake up. Our pilot Alfredo was the best in the business and it was smooth sailing from take off to the softest landing. It was beautiful scenery from all angles of the pyramids, mountains, sunrise and even the tip of the volcano. Our guide was extremely nice, our group was small and enjoyable and the ride was about 30-40 minutes long.

Great experience! Our guide Laura was personable and enthusiastic. The cave breakfast was tasty, and the tour of the pyramids was the right amount of time. The balloon basket felt very tight with six people; you could barely move; five should be the absolute max. The ride back into the city was also excruciatingly long…with traffic and other drop-offs scattered throughout the city, it was every bit of 3 hours after the tour concluded.

Barbra was awesome! The balloon ride was out of this world. Loved that they had options to pick you up vs. meeting somewhere else.

Absolutely worth the 3am wake-up! Sunrise over the Teotihuacan pyramids was truly an unforgettable experience. The entire staff, our driver Ivan, guide Fernanda, hot air balloon operator, David, and the crew were all so knowledgeable, professional and ensured all aspects of the trip ran smoothly and that participants were having an enjoyable time. If I'm back in CDMX, I'd do it all over again!
