One of the highlights of our trip. We have been to several balloon flights in multiple countries and this is one of the best ones we've been. Their operation runs like a well-oiled machine from pick-up, all the way to drop-off. The entire crew was very professional. Our pilot, Capt. Calixro, is the best one we've had with the smoothest landing we've experienced. The fact that he even maneuvered the basket in the truck bed with us still in it was just soooo impressive! Saul was a tour guide and he was very helpful and patient with our group. I highly recommend this company if you're wanting to do a balloon ride while in Mexico City.

Truly amazing. My girlfriend and I had such a beautiful time. We thought we would be scared of the height, but you really don’t even notice it. From the moment they picked us up from our Airbnb to the drop off, we felt very well taken care of. The views were breathtaking and the photos (extra fee) they took were so beautiful.

Definitely a highlight of my trip, getting to experience the pyramids from above and the sunrise was beautiful. For any travelers who have a fear of heights, I wasn't sure how I would feel getting into the balloon but it actually felt so peaceful and really secure. They had professional photographers on hand with the option to buy photo packages at the end of the flight. The pyramids were also impressive and you can climb one of them. Well organized with friendly upbeat staff.

This was an amazing experience. The process is explained very clearly and they make everything very easy. Both the team members and operators of equipment seem to prioritize safety over anything else, and provide weather updates to you between your booking and travel date. The trip is stunning, and luckily the winds brought us directly over the pyramids. Saul was our team member and made us feel so informed and comfortable. I recommend 100%.

We had the most magical time with Galla and her crew! They were great at communicating what we were doing, where we needed to be, and what to expect. The hot air balloon ride is something my family and I will never forget. This tour was great for everywhere from ages 20 to even 60+. I don’t really drink but even the tequila tasting was delicious. Not organized, no clear direction when checking in and the process, not enough seats for everyone to enjoy coffee and get situated before departing to their van/balloons. Our group got split into opposite sides of basket after being told to go to the wrong balloon first.

I have zero complaints about the entire experience. Everything went smoothly, and someone was there to guide every part of the process and make us feel comfortable - especially one of the guides named Saul! He was awesome! He gave us hot air balloon magnets at the end :) Highlights of the experience included a champagne toast upon landing, all the Halloween decorations at the meeting spot (we were there at the end of October) and the Birds Eye view of the pyramids of course! We got lots of awesome videos and photos too. They also provided various snacks and drinks (for no extra cost) like chocolate croissants, breakfast buns, Halloween candy, cookies and coffee. Disclaimer: we found our own transportation (uber) to and from the hot air balloon from Mexico City and we did not pay for the Cave breakfast. We Ubered to the pyramids after the balloon and spent a few hours there. Finding an Uber was quick and simple.

Amazing experience with a sunrise hot air balloon launch. The entire operation is very well run and very safe. The staff were extremely professional and very friendly. The views of the sunrise, the mountains, and the pyramids were unbelievable. This is something we will never forget and would recommend to anyone looking for a fun and different way to see this part of Mexico.

The balloon portion is unforgettable! A lifetime experience! I enjoyed every minute of it. However, the breakfast in the cave was very overrated. The cave does not look how it does in the photos and the breakfast is a very bad representation of what authentic Mexican cuisine can be. The pyramids were awesome to view in person, but the fact it was an additional charge and they charged 220MXN yet when I got the ticket for my usage upon arrival it said it was 210MXN so they’re taking money from you without notifying you. Also, they offer photos and drone shots but that is a steep price and half the photos aren’t that good and enter are the drone shots. It’s a worth while experience, but to anyone else thinking of this I’d express caution in the “package” you buy as some like the one I chose were not worth the full extend of the cost

Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish! The hot air balloon ride was definitely worth the money, and getting to see the pyramids from above at sunrise was something I’ll never forget. Everything was well organized, the views were incredible, and overall it was great value for the experience. The only downside was the additional cost of purchasing the photos at the end, which I felt was quite expensive. It would have been nice if they were included in the package or offered at a more reasonable price. Aside from that, I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Mexico City!

Jakim was a super friendly tour guide and made the experience great. It was definitely worth doing both the hot air ballooning and seeing the archeological site on the ground. I did the tour in late October and it was chilly on the hot air balloon, so I recommend dressing in layers.

The experience was great. Pick up, arrival, and check in went smoothly. We speak Spanish but there was great bilingual support for those who don’t. We had a great time with Victor, Saul, and Martin. Saul helped us with check in and departure, Victor was our pilot and we felt safe the entire flight, Martin helped us have fun with transportation and taking pictures. Would recommend this company.

First time hot air balloon experience. The whole experience went so smooth and memorable. Getting picked up and dropped off at our hotel was very convenient especially since it was our first time traveling to Mexico City. Every staff member from the driver to the tour guides were all friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this experience!

This was a fantastic experience. Soaring above the countryside in silence apart from when the burners are on. Then a lovely breakfast in the cave with a little show. Finally onto the pyramids which were very interesting.

I booked this tour through TripAdvisor, and afterward, someone contacted me through WhatsApp claiming to work with the tour agency. What concerned me most was that this person knew the address of the hotel I was staying at and the number of guests included in my reservation. After booking the tour, I was contacted by two different phone numbers, both claiming to represent the agency and attempting to get additional money from me. As a tourist booking this type of activity for the first time, I was relying on the host and company to communicate clearly with me. When I reached out to ask for clarification about whether these messages were legitimate or a scam, I received no response. I went on this tour without realizing that someone claiming to be connected to the agency would have access to such personal information, including my hotel address. I cannot say for certain how this information was obtained, but the situation was extremely concerning. It raises serious questions about how customer information is being handled and whether it is being shared with unauthorized individuals. I will be escalating this matter directly to TripAdvisor because this is unacceptable, and I believe it deserves to be investigated. I would not book with this agency again unless these concerns were properly addressed. That said, I do want to acknowledge that the tour itself was awesome. The people leading the activity were accommodating, welcoming, and made sure to check in with us throughout the experience. The activity was enjoyable, and I appreciate the care shown by the people who assisted us during the tour. Unfortunately, the positive experience during the activity does not excuse the serious concerns I had before it. Customer safety, privacy, and clear communication should be a priority, especially when dealing with tourists in an unfamiliar country.
