AMAZING, jam packed, very well organized. Be prepared for a day full of activity. We especially appreciated how they picked us up from our Airbnb OUTSIDE of the central cdmx area <3 It was so insanely well organized that I never at one point felt worried or stressed. They were kind enough to accommodate us in english and their English was perfect! They were very informative, sending out a very clear message on how to prepare for our tour. Our pick up was right on time, the itinerary was packed, the hot air balloon was amazing, highly recommend. The Cave breakfast was cool, includes coffee, water, bread, and your choice of chilaquiles, omelettes, or two vegan options. The mineral and cultural informative session was interesting (mezcal tasting was cool too ofc) and at the end, our driver was kind enough to drop us off either at our Airbnb or anywhere in the city center. five star service, an experience you cannot miss.

We will pick you up at the hotel or Airbnb you requested. Please remember that our pickup radius is within 10 km of the historic center. If your hotel is outside this area, we can pick you up at the Sheraton Maria Isabel Hotel, which is our meeting point.
These are our facilities; if you did not book the full package, you must arrive at 6:00 a.m. If you booked the full package, we will pick you up before 5:00 a.m. Upon arrival, we will check you in, show a safety video, and you will have time to enjoy coffee and cookies.
The hot air balloon flight will begin and will last approximately 45 to 60 minutes, depending entirely on the weather. Please note that the pilot does not control the direction, as it is determined by the wind; they can only control the ascent and descent of the balloon. Remember that we will record your journey with a drone—don’t forget to wave!
If you chose the cave option, this is the restaurant for you. Imagine having breakfast inside a completely natural cave—it's truly a one-of-a-kind experience.

We will enter the archaeological zone (pyramids) The entrance fee is not included (5USD) per person, you will be able to visit the pyramids, temples and the road of the dead, pre-Hispanic museum.
We will have a brief introduction to what we will visit later at the Pyramids of the Sun and the Moon; a cultural overview, and we will also enjoy a tasting of delicious pulque and xoconostle liqueur. You will learn about obsidian, maguey, and precious stones, all guided by a local artisan.

The tour company overbooked the tour. They notified me only 10 hrs before by email- I was sleeping so I didn’t know. They picked me up by mistake over someone else and then kicked me off the van. Incredibly unprofessional and disappointing.
Definitely do not book with this company. We booked our reservation months in advance with a scheduled hotel pick-up. They confirmed our reservation and hotel pick-up, only to cancel it on us the NIGHT BEFORE because they had over-booked, making it impossible for us to even re-book this experience we have been looking forward to for months. This company does not care about you. They care about making money. Period. They book as many people as possible, wait until the last second to see if anyone cancels, and then drop any extras. You, your vacation, your memories, your experience, it’s all just $$ to them. Says a lot about their priorities. Not the kind of company I would trust with your opportunity, experience, or even safety for that matter. If you want to cancel, you have to do it at least 24hr in advance so they don’t lose money, but if they overbook and cancel you, they can do it the night before your 4:15am hotel pickup and you lose the experience you’ve been excited about for months. I could not be more bummed right now. Massive disappointment.
Ismael did a wonderful job as a guide and had an excellent round of activities for us to do. We just got a little tired at the end but it was all worth it. He was extremely flexible and had lots of interesting tidbits of history sprinkled throughout.

Seeing the beautiful landscapes from above was truly breathtaking, and the views were something we’ll never forget. The entire experience felt magical, from the excitement of taking off to floating peacefully in the sky and taking in the incredible scenery. It was such a unique and memorable adventure, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Mexico City. Definitely a must-do experience! 🎈❤️

great experience with great hosts! hot air balloon landing and take off was smooth, transportation was very accommodating & very smooth as well.
Experience got cancelled due to weather. The host gave us options but a partial refund didn’t make sense . They were only trying to refund 1 ticket for the hot air balloons so we were guna end up paying over 300 just for breakfast in a cave. So we decided to cancel and refund the whole package. They didn’t give us no real receipt just a verbal you will get refunded soon. It’s been a week and still no refund. Going to file a claim and go that route.

This was an amazing experience. From the pick up to the actual balloon ride to the informational market, our family had so much fun. Ismael was our host, and he always found ways to make the trip even more fun. The balloon views were stunning, and my wife, who is afraid of heights, still felt like the carriage was safe and comfortable. Low-key, the tequila tasting and obsidian information was awesome. Our guide, Marie, was hilarious and made learning about agave fascinating. Finally, the drive there and back with Pablo was nothing short of smooth. We look forward to returning to CDMX and sharing this experience again!

The driver was on time and shared his location so we knew where he was. Our host for today was very friendly and helpful throughout the day. The hot air balloon ride was incredible!
