It was amazing experience from the start to the end. We’re picked up from the hotel very safe way as soon as we arrive we’re checked in then we were offered coffee and cookies Then we watched how our air balloon was filled up with hot air. The flight was amazing it took about an hour the drone was filming us from different angles. The sunrise on the balloon was a breath taking experience seeing the Pirámides fro the sky. The pilot was very experienced. We had very smooth landing. The breakfast in the cave and tequila tasting were excellent too. We had very nice and vibrant guide for the tour on Teotihuacan pyramids On the way back the driver let us go before the main stop. I recommend this tour 100% Galia

Breakfast was beautiful and delicious. Such a unique experience. Our tour guide and all other workers were very kind, helpful & informative. I hope to come back and do it again!

went with my girlfriend, my sister, and my sister's boyfriend, and we really enjoyed the ride. Our pilot during the balloon flight was Fernando, and he was amazing. He made us feel safe and secure the entire time, was clear in his communication, and taught us a lot about the way balloon tlight works.Breakfast in La Gruta restaurant was amazing: tasty, delicious, and an elegant yet very natural place. We loved it. Our tour guide, Itza, was also very punctual, as was our driver, Mario. No complaints at all! We also want to commend Diego's effort as a tour guide. He was very involving and very thorough in his explanation during the tour. We appreciated his overall guidance.

Everything went as smooth as possible. The experience was amazing and well worth waking up at 3am. Not only was it fun, but you get to learn so much about the culture and its history. The guides were all very helpful too!!

This is an incredible tour, that I’d highly recommend. The hot air balloon was breathtaking! We were very lucky to have Antonio as our pilot who was fantastic. Breakfast at La Gruta was delicious and great for vegetarians. The true highlight was our guide Diego we had for the pyramids. His passion and knowledge were incredible.

The whole experience was exceptional. We took the very early morning All Inclusive full package with hotel pick up. While we were in our hotel lobby earlier than the designated pick-up time of 4:50 AM, our driver who was running late was not able to pick us up from our hotel but instead requested us to meet him at the Angel de la Independencia. Even that did not deter us from having a wonderful trip. Once at the site, the check in was very smooth, they offer coffee and cookies while waiting for the balloon ride. Be ready to be mezmerized! Hop onto the basket which is part of the experience! The balloon flight was very smooth you wouldn't even feel that you are already floating. Our pilot is so experienced that it seems he was able to keep us up there longer than others allowing more time for more pictures. The view is amazing seeing the pyramids and all the colorful balloons up in the sky! After the smooth landing, the pilot provided wine toast to the group and a personalized flight certificate! Extra perk that we did not know! The breakfast in the natural cave is another experience. The food is really good from the Café de Olla (Mexican coffee), concha (sweet bread), and the flank steak Chilaquiles. You will be given a chance to choose from the offered menu. The cultural tour is very informative from showing what the obsidian stones are to the local fermented agave liquor tasting. Then we were transported to the unbelievable pyramids. Our guide was so knowledgeable that he spent extra time really explaining some history around it. Once again, the whole experience was exceptional. A Must-Do! From the unbelievably smooth balloon flight which is the highlight of the trip to the breakfast in a natural cave with amazingly good food. Then the cultural tour with local fermented agave with cactus juice liquor “Pulque” tasting to finally the pyramids tour with a very knowledgeable tour guide put together by a well-organized travel coordinator Jessie equals a perfect Teotihuacan Trip!

Everyone was very sweet! I was afraid to do the hot air balloons as it's my first time and I'm afraid of heights but it was very smooth. Our guide/attendant throughout the day was very friendly, informative and kind. I loved the cave atmosphere, but it was pretty cold so I’d recommend a jacket. The cultural workshops were very informative and interesting + easy to engage with. Would definitely recommend and do this again!!

We had a wonderful time on the hot air balloon ride and breakfast at La Gruta. Pickup was seamless even though it was very early in the morning. I would recommend adding the tour to your Mexico City visit!

This was a very last minute but worth it decision! The pick up to the end of the tour was smooth sailing. The hot air balloon ride itself was very memorable. Our guide Jesse and Pilot Fabian were all very friendly and helpful.

The balloon ride was amazing! I’m not usually a morning person but I’m so glad I woke up for this. Sunrise via Hot Air Balloon ride was worth it. And the breakfast in the cave was sooo cute!

This was an incredible experience. The driver who arrived at our hotel, picked us up promptly for a nice early morning drive. The breakfast was wonderful and very tasty in the cave, and the flight itself was magical to say the least. I would recommend this company and their professionalism. As well if they offer you pictures and videos they take while you’re up in the sky utilizing the drones, the prices were initially absurd, but they were able to negotiate a reduced price. Don’t be afraid negotiate. Remember the videos are not very useful to them once you’ve left their office at the end of the tour.

A must-do when in Mexico City, extremely organized and breath-taking with lovely, knowledgeable staff, plenty of photo opps and yummy food. Shout out to Itza for being such a great guide throughout the day, and to Diego for telling us all we needed to know and more about the Teotihuacan temples - the history nerd in me was very happy!

The experience was amazing! Well worth our money. The hot air balloon ride felt safe, seamless, and well executed. It was amazing. The breakfast at La Gruta was tasty and an authentic experience (i believe there are other breakfast locations through tours that aren’t quite as special), and our tour of the pyramids was equally as great! An early morning and long day but overall excellent experience.
