Great place, very good buffe lunch, nice workshop visit. The guide Sergio Toledo was very king and knowledgeable, my family and I enjoyed a lot this trip.
We never got all we paid for because all you wanted to do was sell us trinkets and food. Never got our pyramid tour and the artisan village was a sham to sell us expensive things.
Excellent experience, Humberto excellent person and with a lot of knowledge, a trip full of interesting data and very good atmosphere
everything was great, only they didn't come to the hotel to pick us up and they had told us they would, the experience was super cool the tour too
Excellent everything! Very good guide throughout the tour so 100% recommended. Super good all the way. I'd come back!
Excellent service, just be careful with the restaurant chosen for the meal as it takes too long, arrives cold and in some cases with bad taste.
Excellent experience and service, lots of caution and well explained by the Tourist Guide, very good everything to the truth
The Guide and company very good, excellent service, all very expert and with high knowledge. I really recommend them.
I traveled from Colombia to visit the country of Mexico and I had a very nice experience, good treatment from the employees. the tourist places are beautiful. I recommend the company
It was a very pleasant experience which I enjoyed a lot since the Mexitours staff is very professional and attentive at all times and the Tour is very perfect since they explain everything in detail
I am starting the tour with this Enterprise to Teotihuacan and the last two rows we can not see anything, we did not see anything of the square of the three cultures of what the guide explains because the glasses have a material on top that does not show anything. We were picked up late, we're very uncomfortable.
Excellent Service and have a first order guide Don Humberto, thank you very much for your experience and knowledge. The visit was excellent, the places visited beautiful, punctuality and Service also
Enterprise has to be much more careful in the Tours it offers tourists. We have done 3 tours with the Enterprise, the first one (to Tenochtitlan) was good, but it could be better, because for traffic issues that are not the responsibility of the Enterprise, the trip took longer than the account to reach the ruins, besides, the guide had to make a great effort that you could hear what he said, since the vehicle (although it has audio system, he did not use it as he did not wear a microphone). The second (Garibaldi and Dinner in Bellinis), the pickup from the Hotel took 45 minutes, and this shortened the stay in the restaurant, as the time was set very short, although in Garibaldi it improved somewhat, however, did not attend any of the existing canteens (Tenampa). The third tour was very bad (Puebla and Cholula), as instead of a guide, you had a rider, as the guide explained almost nothing. Traffic delayed departure more than 2 hours, time in Cholula was reduced to about 60 minutes and a very fast stop of 15 minutes in Tonanzintla and then in Puebla the stay time, including lunch (which was done at 5 pm) was limited to 2 1/2 hours and running, there was no accompaniment of the guide to the cathedral, there were no explanations, the guide was a motorist. And to top it off, on the way back, a road accident of the vehicle that had us from 9 pm until after 12 pm waiting for the guide (motorist) to resolve their situation, without the Enterprise taking charge of picking up the tourists (20) to take them to their hotel. Fatal.
A very nice day and especially very good attention from our guide Aaron, excellent person. Greetings
In December I toured the Pyramids of Teotihuacan, and it was a great experience with Mexitours, they explained in detail everything about the history of this mythical place and they were very punctual when arriving for me. I highly recommend it
He's traveled to some places, even Cd. From Mexico, on previous occasions, but I never had an experience like this day, excellent is little, thank you Mr. Aaron Avila Guido, magnificent guide, super recommended, I felt, in family or better, super well attended, highly recommended, cheerful, respectful, very good explanation of each place we visit, I leave very grateful, super happy...😉👏🏻
We had a lot of fun and also learned a lot! Jaime was our guide and treated us very well. We highly recommend it.
Punctuality, excellent transport vehicles and very friendly staff and very well organized tour Highly recommended
The tourist places visited, are excellent representatives of the Mayan Culture, the Colonial and Viceroyal Epoch of Mexico, unfortunately the Guide Service , despite having one on the bus was non-existent, I do not accompany in the visits, so each one of our luck we went to know said places, Plaza de 3 Culturas was only panoramic visit in the bus we did not go down, which seemed inadequate given its importance.
The driver drives very well and the guide who was with us was very delivered. He was very attentive to everyone and made the tour super enjoyable.
The tour proved satisfactory and the guide demonstrated a great knowledge and initiative that made the whole tour very enjoyable. However, a lot of time was lost in the craft workshop which although it is true may be interesting to buy some souvenir the time allocated was excessive and the rest time for the visit to the Basilica of the Virgin of Guadalupe. To visit the pyramids you have to wear a hat and long sleeves in addition to comfortable shoes since the ascent to them is demanding but definitely must be done; another aspect that must be considered is that the complex has apart from the pyramids other very interesting buildings that must be visited to live the experience complete. The square of the three cultures is interesting, but even more so the story of the events that happened there. The visit to the Basilica of Guadeloupe is a very comforting and revitalizing faith experience that needs to be experienced. Again the guide was Alberto who was instrumental in complementing the tour.
They were more than an hour late to pick me up at the hotel. Then we switched transport twice. They didn't know what our guide would be. They put together several routes on the same tour, i.e. I went to the Basilica of Guadalupe without contracting for it. A tour that should have lasted 7 hours, already passed 10 hours. I went back from Uber to my hotel. Unacceptable disorganization!
The guide Andrés Maceda is an excellent guide and gives very good explanations, knows how to give very good schedules and curious data, great visit
Very nice , good Service, recommend them, punctual and with nice charisma. Greetings from Costa Rica!
