Checked in and checked out same day. Bathroom was not clean. If they can’t be bothered to nicely wipe down in the high touch areas, what else is going on. Mold in all shower corners and flaking paint from the ceiling put it over the top.

ULIV Parque Lincoln was a great find for us! Perfect location in Polanco, steps from both Parque Lincoln and the main commercial drag of Calle Masaryk. Super fast WiFi (for the remote workers) - 630 download, 575 upload. And zero street noise, which if you've ever stayed in Mexico City, can be hard to find. Both the ULIV staff and building security were helpful and attentive. The ULIV team in particular was professional, without being overbearing the way a lot of the bigger rental service companies can be. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic location, walkable to the best shops and restaurants in Mexico City. Close to Parque Lincoln, numerous malls, offices, and yet tucked away on a quiet side street. Staff are friendly and kind. The property is very clean and the amenities are convenient. Great rooftop balcony with an awesome view and bbq for a great night in.

I really enjoy staying here. The room is bug and well equipped and the location is great. I stayed here in February and it's not cold at all. The communication via the chat works well. It's easy to book early checkin and the price for this is acceptable. I would recommend it
