Uliv Polanco

The place was a last minute booking by UTOPIC Platon when they sold the room out from under me. The building is OK. The location is not as good as other parts of Polanco but security was fine. No AC in the living room and the sun beats in pretty strong. The toilet had inadequate pressure and was a problem.No one seemed to have an idea how to clear it. I left after one night. Rea at the front desk was very helpful and nice however. Still waiting for the promised refund. There are much better ULIV properties. You should have my whatsapp and email so please contact me to advise about the refund that was promised by Rea at the front desk. This was all arranged before i departed. Gracias PS. Still NO REFUND after being told by their HQ they issued a credit. BEWARE!

What a tremendous week spent here in the beautiful Polanco neighborhood in the heart of this amazing city!! The sweeping views of the city from my 14th floor apartment gave me great panoramic views that I was able to enjoy in complete safety. Nine minutes walk from my office in one direction and 10 minutes walk in the other direction to museums, good bars and stores. Most of all the energy of th neighborhood, city and building will be why I come back here and soon

Such a great stay, a lot of amenities, tall building with a huge rooftop, the rooms are huge and the kitchen has everything you need, there’s a washer and a dryer and 2.5 bathrooms with a convinience store just next to it

I had an amazing time at my stay with Uliv. Diana and Mario presented exceptional customer service. Any questions or concerns I had they were always available to address them.
