Really really disappointed by the service at the restaurant located in the lobby. Got there and my bolt was broken to my door and had to get that fixed. The rooms were also SO hot. They have 2 vents in the room - one was real and one the guy said was literally fake. Just for show. The room was very hot due to that. Lastly and most important - the service was horrible. If you’re a person of color DO NOT COME HERE. Was treated with very little respect and the people servicing us food kept forgetting our items. Was very slow and very rude. Never coming back
Service sucks. Every other hotel is aviable to accommodate certain fees on the bill until check out. Bad service. I come to CDMX for business alot but im going to have to choose another hotel that can accomodate my stay
If you can avoid staying here PLEASE DO! By All means
I rarely feel the need to leave a review in a place, let alone a bad one but this is insane - You have to call 1000 times to reception to get them to pickup your laundry and if that was not enough, they hold it until you go and physicially pay!! Its the worst thing in the world, the know zero about convenience or customer care. Everything here is about "internal rules", completely insane. Havent had an experience like this in a while
Not to mention they hammer the walls for the entire day and dont give any notice or apology to their customers lol, just to finish it off.
Go somewhere else, you deserve better
My husband and I were at St Isidro before and after my back surgery. My neurosurgeon recommended this beautiful hotel and it was exceptional! The hotel is extremely clean and the junior suite we had was comfortable. The rooftop terrace was nice to go to for fresh air especially after my surgery. The outdoor furniture was very comfortable. The front desk staff were pleasant. Our favorite front desk staff member was Larissa! She went out of her way to help us and her English was excellent! She always had a smile on her face! Note to management - Larissa is a valuable employee!
Excellent stay all around. It feels like a nice hotel with a beautiful lobby, but the rooms are apartments. I was on the 3rd floor and appreciated the spaciousness, very hot shower and tasty room service. The place is very clean. The tuna pastor tacos and cheesecake were both excellent. I left before breakfast service, but I would gladly return.
